Superconducting parameter determination for (Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4)x/Cu0.5Tl0.5-1223 composite

The addition of magnetic Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles to the superconducting Cu0.5Tl0.5-1223 phase has been used to investigate the electrical resistivity behavior of the composite above the superconducting transition temperature T c. This was studied according to the opening of spin gap and fluctuation conductivity. The results indicated that the pseudogap temperature (T*) and superconducting fluctuation temperature (T scf) change by increasing the addition of Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles. It was found that T* is related to hole carrier concentration P and it also depends on the antiferromagnetic fluctuation affected by magnetic nanoparticles. The excess-conductivity analysis showed four different fluctuation regions started from high temperature up to T c, and they were denoted by short wave (sw), two-dimensional (2D), three-dimensional (3D), and critical (cr) fluctuations. The crossover temperature between 3D and 2D (T 3D–2D) in the mean field region was decreased by increasing the addition of Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles, in accordance with the decrease in T scf with x. The coherence length at 0 K along c-axis ξ c(0), effective layer thickness of the 2D system d, and inter-layer coupling strength J were estimated as a function of Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticle addition. Moreover, the thermodynamics, lower and upper critical magnetic fields, as well as critical current density have been calculated from the Ginzburg number n G. It was found that the low concentration of Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles up to x = 0.08 wt% improves the superconducting parameters of Cu0.5Tl0.5-1223 phase. On the contrary, these parameters were deteriorated for (Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4) x /Cu0.5Tl0.5-1223 composite with x > 0.08 wt%.

Hub genes associated with immune cell infiltration in breast cancer, identified through bioinformatic analyses of multiple datasets

Objective:The aim of this study was to identify hub genes associated with immune cell infiltration in breast cancer through bioinformatic analyses of multiple ***:nonparametric(nOISeq)and robust rank aggregation-ranked parametric(EdgeR)methods were used to assess robust differentially expressed genes across multiple ***-protein interaction network,GO,KEGG enrichment,and subnetwork analyses were performed to identify immune-associated hub genes in breast *** cell infiltration was evaluated with the CIBERSORT,XCELL,and TIMER *** association between the hub gene-based risk signature and survival was determined through Kaplan–Meier survival analysis,multivariate Cox analysis,and a nomogram with external ***:We identified 163 robust differentially expressed genes in breast cancer through applying both nonparametric and parametric methods to multiple GEO(n=2,212)and TCGA(n=1,045)*** bioinformatic analyses further identified 10 hub genes:CXCL10,CXCL9,CXCL11,SPP1,POSTn,MMP9,DPT,COL1A1,ADAMDEC1,and *** 10 hub-gene-based risk signature significantly correlated with the prognosis of patients with breast ***,these hub genes were strongly associated with the extent of infiltration of CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,neutrophils,macrophages,and myeloid dendritic cells into breast ***:Integrated analyses of multiple databases led to the discovery of 10 robust hub genes that together may serve as a risk factor characteristic of the immune microenvironment in breast cancer.

Understanding diffusion and solute transport,is regarded as a main activity in environmen.al management,sustainable development and sedimentation processes because of their role in diffusion of *** current paper presents an experimen.al study which was done in a parabolic channel with permeable and impermeable bed conditions in order to estimate the transverse mixing coefficient(TMC) and the maximum solute mixing length(SML) for different channel bed roughness coefficients and *** cross section of the channel was 0.5 m wide and 0.3 m deep with a parabolic shape(*** to furrow irrigation).Three levels of bed roughness coefficient of 0.02,0.04,and 0.06,and three discharges of 5,10,and 15 L/s were *** infiltration channel was applied at a low level and medium level as well as a case without *** the current experiments,sodium chloride was used as a soluble tracer and was injected into the water at mid depth in the upstream cross *** tracer concentration profile in the water and velocity profile were measured at eight cross sections in the *** results showed that the values of SML ranged between 20 and 46 m in impermeable and permeable beds channel beds *** assessment of usual discharge values,infiltration,and roughness coefficient of a furrow(agricultural field) indicated that the SML of the furrows were less than20 *** the current research,the average dimensionless mixing coefficient was found to be 0.17 in the nonrectangular ***,equations were developed to explain the TMC and SML in a permeable parabolic channel that could be beneficial in prediction of fertilizer transport in furrow irrigatio n.

Estimation of sediment load and erosion of different geological units: A case study from a basin of north-eastern Iran

Erosion of geological units and sediment load in rivers can be considered as the serious problems in recent *** sediment loads generate major hazards for water resources development,particularly in terms of loss of reservoir storage due to sedimentation and siltation of water distribution *** this paper,the performance of four sediment rating curve (SRC) development methods was evaluated for the Shirin Darreh River(SDR) basin (1750 km^(2)),located in north Khorasan Province,*** of flow discharge (Q) and suspended sediment flux (SSF)(Q-SSF pairs,n=957)and daily flow discharge,recorded by the Regional Water Company of north Khorasan (RWCnK) at the Qaleh-Barbar (QB) gauging site during 1989-2018 were *** flow discharge classification method performed best by meeting the desired criteria of most statistical indices,including normalized root mean square error (nRMSE),mean bias error (MBE),mean absolute error (MAE),index of agreement (d),and coefficient of determination (R^(2)).Based on the optimized method,the rate of suspended sediment transportation at the study site was estimated about2.7×10^(6) ton year^(-1).Erodibility of the exposed formations in the study area was estimated based on a factorial scoring model (FSM).Three indices,focused on the outcrop and erodibility,were calculated for the geological units at sub-basin and total *** deposits are the most extensive geological unit in the three sub-basins and the maximum formation outcrop ratio (FOR) and participation in erosion (PCE)were obtained for these rocks at total *** fact,marl unit can be regarded as the main source to supply the suspended sediments in the study basin.

The present work describes a facile, one-pot three component environment friendly, green synthesis of a series of 5-（4-methoxyphenyl）-7,7-dimethyl-10-phenyl-7,8-dihydro-SH-indeno[ 1,2-b]quinoline- 9,11 （6H,10H）-dione derivatives 8（a-n）. 1,3-indanedione, awl-aldehyde and enaminone was thoroughly ground in the presence of catalytic amount of p-toluene sulfonic acid （p-TSA） to give the titled compounds in good yields. all the synthesized derivatives were evaluated for their anticonvulsant activity using the maximal electroshock （MES） method with phenytoin as a standard drug along with their neurotoxicity effect. Derivatives 8b, 8e and 8k exhibited significant anticonvulsant activity （P 〈 0.001）. The neurotoxicity study clearly revealed that all the tested compounds are non-toxic at a dose of 40 mg/kg. The molecular modeling studies also predicted good binding interactions of most active molecules with the serotonin 5-HT2A receptor. Therefore, it can be safely concluded that synthesized derivatives 8（a-n） would represent useful leads for further investigation in the development of a new class of anticonvulsant agents.

CACS: Cloud Environment Autonomic Computing System

This work proposes the adoption of Autonomic Computing System (ACS) in Cloud environment. ACS was first introduced by IBM to create systems capable of managing automatic self-configuration, self-healing, self-optimization and self-protection. These systems detect errors that cause failure, and then recover and reconfigure itself. The concept is wildly adapted by many software applications that have many restoring and recovery functionality such as operating systems (e.g. Windows Server 2012). This paper proposes a cloud ACS (CACS) for cloud computing environment that monitors, diagnoses, checks and heals cloud applications automatically and immediately with almost unnoticeable recovery time. In order to evaluate CACS, an application has been developed and applied for real time cloud applications. The results of different experiments scenarios demonstrate the ability of adopting the proposed system to heal well cloud applications. CACS is also compared with Windows Server 2012 operating system in terms of healing ability, speed, cost, methodology and other informative information. CACS showed domination in.almost all of these properties.

Measurement of mass attenuation coefficients,effective atomic numbers,and electron densities for different parts of medicinal aromatic plants in low-energy region

The mass attenuation coefficients(l/q) for different parts(root, flower, stem, and leaf) of three medicinal aromatic plants(Teucrium chamaedrys L. subsp. sinuatum,Rheum ribes, and Chrysophthalmum montanum) were measured using an ^(241)Am photon source in a stable geometry and calculated using the Monte Carlo n-Particle Transport Code System-extended(MCnPX) code and the WinXCOM program. The experimen.al and theoretical MCnPX and WinXCOM values exhibited good *** measured mass attenuation coefficient values were then used to compute the effective atomic number(Z_(eff))and electron density(n_E) of the samples. The results reveal that S1-S(stem of Teucrium chamaedrys L. subsp. sinuatum) has the highest values of l/q and Zeff.

Cirrhotic cardiomyopathy among patients with liver cirrhosis

Introduction: Cirrhotic cardiomyopathy (CCM) is a clinical syndrome in patients with liver cirrhosis characterized by an abnormal and blunted response in cardiac output and contractility to physiologic, pathologic, or pharmacologic stress but a normal to increased cardiac response at rest [1-4]. Information on the epidemiology and natural history of CCM is limited. Methods: all patients with a diagnosis of cirrhosis (n = 451) seen at gastroenterology clinic over the four years were evaluated. CCM was defined using echocardiogram (ECHO) and electrocardiogram (ECG) criteria [1]. Patients with structural or ischemic heart disease or incomplete information were excluded (n = 220). Results: Among the 231 patients with cirrhosis, 118 (51.1%) met criteria for CCM, and no patient had this problem documented in their medical record. Those with CCM were older (62.7 vs 57.8 years;p nd more likely to be female (55.8 vs 40.2%;p = 0.02) compared to those without CCM. The likelihood of CCM increased with each quartile of age (OR 1.6 per quartile;95% CI 1.2-2.0). Patients with alcoholic and unknown causes of cirrhosis are more likely to have CCM, (p nly associated with alcohol abuse in men than women (49.1 vs 21.3%;p = 0.002). Conclusion: CCM, a diagnosis of exclusion, defined by ECHO and ECG criteria is a common problem among cirrhotic patients attending a gastroenterology practice. Advancing age and female gender were associated with a higher prevalence of CCM, but the cause of cirrhosis was not possibly limited by smaller sample size within cause-specific categories. CCM was not recognized by our clinicians, and routine screening tests were not performed. Provider awareness of CCM is needed since implementation of angiotensin receptor blocker and beta-blocker therapy early in the course of cirrhosis may modify the changes in cardiac function [5,6].
