Increasingly,Wireless Sensor networks(WSns)are contributing enormous amounts of *** the recent deployments of wireless sensor networks in Smart City infrastructures,significant volumes of data have been produced every day in several domains ranging from the environment to the healthcare system to *** wireless sensor nodes,a Smart City environment may now be shown for the benefit of *** Smart City delivers intelligent infrastructure and a stimulating environment to citizens of the Smart Society,including the elderly and ***,Quality of Service(QoS)and poor data performance are common problems in WSns,caused by the data fusion method,where a small amount of bad data can significantly impact the total fusion *** our proposed research,a WSn multisensor data fusion technique employing fuzzy logic for event *** the new proposed Algorithm,sensor nodes will collect less repeated data,and redundant data will be used to increase the data’s overall *** network’s fusion delay problem is investigated,and a minimum fusion delay approach is provided based on the nodes’fusion waiting *** proposed algorithm performs well in fusion,according to the results of the *** a result of these discoveries,It is concluded that the algorithm describe here is effective and dependable instrument with a wide range of applications.

Peripheral nerve injuries induce a severe motor and sensory deficit. Since the availability of autologous nerve transplants for nerve repair is very limited, alternative treatment strategies are sought, including the use of tubular nerve guidance conduits(tnGCs). However, the use of tnGCs results in poor functional recovery and central necrosis of the regenerating tissue, which limits their application to short nerve lesion defects(typically shorter than 3 cm). Given the importance of vascularization in nerve regeneration, we hypothesized that enabling the growth of blood vessels from the surrounding tissue into the regenerating nerve within the tnGC would help eliminate necrotic processes and lead to improved regeneration. In this study, we reported the application of macroscopic holes into the tubular walls of silk-based tnGCs and compared the various features of these improved silk^(+) tnGCs with the tubes without holes(silk^(–) tnGCs) and autologous nerve transplants in an 8-mm sciatic nerve defect in rats. Using a combination of micro-computed tomography and histological analyses, we were able to prove that the use of silk^(+) tnGCs induced the growth of blood vessels from the adjacent tissue to the intraluminal neovascular formation. A significantly higher number of blood vessels in the silk^(+) group was found compared with autologous nerve transplants and silk^(–), accompanied by improved axon regeneration at the distal coaptation point compared with the silk^(–) tnGCs at 7 weeks postoperatively. In the 15-mm(critical size) sciatic nerve defect model, we again observed a distinct ingrowth of blood vessels through the tubular walls of silk^(+) tnGCs, but without improved functional recovery at 12 weeks postoperatively. Our data proves that macroporous tnGCs increase the vascular supply of regenerating nerves and facilitate improved axonal regeneration in a short-defect model but not in a critical-size defect model. In all machining processes, tool wear is a natural phenomenon and it leads to tool failure. The growing demands for high productivity of machining need use of high cutting velocity and feed rate. Such machining inherently produces high cutting temperature, which not only reduces tool life but also impairs the product quality. Metal cutting fluid changes the performance of machining operations because of their lubrication, cooling and chip flushing functions, but the use of cutting fluid has become more problematic in terms of both employee health and environmental pollution. The minimization of cutting fluid also leads to economical benefits by way of saving lubricant costs and workpiece/tool/machine cleaning cycle time. The concept of minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) has been suggested since a decade ago as a means of addressing the issues of environmental intru- siveness and occupational hazards associated with the airborne cutting fluid particles on factory shop floors. This paper deals with experimental investigation on the role of MQL by vegetable oil on cutting temperature, tool wear, surface roughness and dimen- sional deviation in turning AISI-1060 steel at industrial speed-feed combinations by uncoated carbide insert. The encouraging results include significant reduction in tool wear rate, dimensional inaccuracy and surface roughness by MQL mainly through reduction in the cutting zone temperature and favorable change in the chip-tool and work-tool interaction.

Chemically reactive and radiative von Kármán swirling flow due to a rotating disk

A new mathematical model is presented to study the heat and mass transfer characteristics of magnetohydrodynamic(MHD) Maxwell fluid flow over a convectively heated stretchable rotating disk. To regulate the fluid temperature at the surface, a simple isothermal model of homogeneous-heterogeneous reactions is employed. The impact of nonlinear thermal radiative heat flux on thermal transport features is studied. The transformed nonlinear system of ordinary differential equations is solved numerically with an efficient method, namely, the Runge-Kutta-Felberg fourth-order and fifth-order(RKF45)integration scheme using the MAPLE software. Achieved results are validated with previous studies in an excellent way. Major outcomes reveal that the magnetic flux reduces the velocity components in the radial, angular, and axial directions, and enhances the fluid temperature. Also, the presence of radiative heat flux is to raise the temperature of fluid. Further, the strength of homogeneous-heterogeneous reactions is useful to diminish the concentration of reaction.

In this study,we have proposed an artificial neural network(Ann)model to estimate and forecast the number of confirmed and recovered cases of COVID-19 in the upcoming days until September 17,*** proposed model is based on the existing data(training data)published in the Saudi Arabia Coronavirus disease(COVID-19)situation—*** Prey-Predator algorithm is employed for the *** perceptron neural network(MLPnn)is used in this *** improve the performance of MLPnn,we determined the parameters of MLPnn using the prey-predator algorithm(PPA).The proposed model is called the MLPnn–*** performance of the proposed model has been analyzed by the root mean squared error(RMSE)function,and correlation coefficient(R).Furthermore,we tested the proposed model using other existing data recorded in Saudi Arabia(testing data).It is demonstrated that the MLPnn-PPA model has the highest performance in predicting the number of infected and recovering in Saudi *** results reveal that the number of infected persons will increase in the coming days and become a minimum of *** number of recoveries will be 2000 to 4000 per day.

Von Kármán rotating flow of Maxwell nanofluids featuring the Cattaneo-Christov theory with a Buongiorno model

This research paper analyzes the transport of thermal and solutal energy in the Maxwell nanofluid flow induced above the disk which is rotating with a constant angular *** significant features of thermal and solutal relaxation times of fluids are studied with a Cattaneo-Christov double diffusion theory rather than the classical Fourier’s and Fick’s laws.A novel idea of a Buongiorno nanofluid model together with the Cattaneo-Christov theory is introduced for the first time for the Maxwell fluid flow over a rotating ***,the thermal and solutal distributions are controlled with the impacts of heat source and chemical *** classical von Karman similarities are used to acquire the non-linear system of ordinary differential equations(ODEs).The analytical series solution to the governing ODEs is obtained with the well-known homotopy analysis method(HAM).The validation of results is provided with the published results by the comparison *** graphically presented outcomes for the physical problem reveal that the higher values of the stretching strength parameter enhance the radial velocity and decline the circumferential *** increasing trend is noted for the axial velocity profile in the downward direction with the higher values of the stretching strength *** higher values of the relaxation time parameters in the Cattaneo-Christov theory decrease the thermal and solutal energy transport in the flow of Maxwell *** higher rate of the heat transport is observed in the case of a larger thermophoretic force.
