Computation.of the Gen.tic Code: Full Version

On. of the problems in.the developmen. of mathematical theory of the gen.tic code (summary is presen.ed in.[1], the detailed—to [2]) is the problem of the calculation.of the gen.tic code. Similar problem in.the world is un.n.wn.an. could be delivered on.y in.the 21st cen.ury. On. approach to solvin. this problem is devoted to this work. For the first time a detailed description.of the method of calculation.of the gen.tic code was provided, the idea of which was first published earlier [3]), an. the choice of on. of the most importan. sets for the calculation.was based on.an.article [4]. Such a set of amin. acid correspon.s to a complete set of represen.ation.of the plurality of overlappin. triple gen. belon.in. to the same Dn. stran.. A separate issue was the in.tial poin., triggerin. an.iterative search process all codes submitted by the in.tial data. Mathematical an.lysis has shown.that the said set con.ain. some ambiguities, which have been.foun.ed because of our proposed compressed represen.ation.of the set. As a result, the developed method of calculation.was reduced to two main.stages of research, where at the first stage on.y sin.le-valued domain. were used in.the calculation.. The proposed approach made it possible to sign.fican.ly reduce the amoun. of computation.at each step in.this complex discrete structure.

The Study of the Secrets of the Gen.tic Code

The disclosure of man. secrets of the gen.tic code was facilitated by the fact that it was carried out on.the basis of mathematical an.lysis of experimen.al data: the diversity of gen.s, their structures an. gen.tic codes. n.w properties of the gen.tic code are presen.ed an. its most importan. in.egral characteristics are established. Two groups of such characteristics were distin.uished. The first group refers to the in.egral characteristics for the areas of Dn., where gen.s are broken.down.in.pairs an. all 5 cases of overlap, allowed by the structure of Dn., were in.estigated. The secon. group of characteristics refers to the most exten.ed areas of Dn. in.which there is n. gen.tic overlap. The in.errelation.of the established in.egral characteristics in.these groups is shown. As a result, a n.mber of previously un.n.wn.effects were discovered. It was possible to establish two fun.tion. in.which all the over-un.erstood codon. in.mitochon.rial gen.tic codes (human.an. other organ.zation.) participate, as well as a sign.fican. differen.e in.the in.egral characteristics of such codes compared to the stan.ard code. Other properties of the structure of the gen.tic code followin. from the obtain.d results are also established. The obtain.d results allowed us to set an. solve on. of the n.w breakthrough problems—the calculation.of the gen.tic code. The full version.of the solution.to this problem was published in.this journ.l in.August 2017.

The relative values of the RT an. ST boun.ary en.rgy were determin.d on.the basis of the measuremen.s of the an.les between.the grain.boun.ary plan.s. It has been.shown.that the en.rgy of ST boun.aries in.reases with the in.rease of the stackin. fault (SF) en.rgy. The en.rgy of the RT boun.aries does n.t depen. on.the SF en.rgy.

Sodium thiopen.al, used in.a n.rcotic dose, makes it possible to iden.ify the n.rvous processes that un.erlie con.ciousn.ss an. establish the causes of its disorder. When.studyin. the cortical EEG activity, the impulses of in.ividual n.rve cells an. the electromyographic activity of the muscles of the forelimb, it was foun. that thiopen.al blocks a n.mber of n.uron.l reaction. requirin. en.rgy support: ton.c activatin. reaction. to acetylcholin., applied to n.uron., cease;the rate of spon.an.ous n.uron.l activity drops;the stage of n.n.specific activation.in.respon.e to electrocutan.ous stimulation.disappears. So, thiopen.al blocks con.ciousn.ss by sign.fican. limitation.of the brain.en.rgy metabolism. This results in.a loss of the adaptive fun.tion.of the cen.ral n.rvous system. At the same time, glutamatergic excitation. the formation.of which does n.t depen. on.en.rgy support, is resistan. to the action.of thiopen.al. The blockin. of the brain.s en.rgy supply caused by thiopen.al, in.accordan.e with its depth, develops in.two stages—hypoxic an. n.rcotic. The hypoxic stage is accompan.ed by hyperactivity in.the n.rvous system, which is man.fested by epileptiform discharges on.the EEG an. powerful un.otivated movemen.;the n.rcotic stage is associated with blockade of motor activity an. flatten.n. of EEG oscillation.. The post-n.rcotic state associated with the con.equen.e of the hypoxic effect of thiopen.al leads to the loss of ion.c homeostasis an. is accompan.ed by a steady drop in.the amplitude of cortical n.uron.spikes.

Our data demon.trate a direct lin. between.the violation. of the processes of oxidative phosphorylation.an. accumulation.of free fatty acids owin. to chan.e in.activity of en.ogen.us phospholipases, in.particularly, mi- tochon.rial phospholipase A2.
