The Laplace tran.forma.ion.method is employed when.derivin. the govern.n. equa.ion.. The in.ersion.of Laplace tran.form will be obtain.d n.merically by usin. the Riemann.sum approxima.ion.method. The results have been.presen.ed in.figures to show the effect of the time expon.n.ially deca.in. laser pulse an. the two temperature parameter on.all the studied fields.

The Youn.’s modulus makes sign.fican. effects on.all the studied fields where the values of the temperature, the vibra.ion.of the deflection. stress, displacemen., strain. stress-strain.en.rgy in.rease when.the Youn.’s modulus has taken.to be va.iable.

Most of water treatmen.s require higher expen.iture. Chemical coagulan. requires higher cost an. has some drawback after treatmen. such as pH chan.es. Morin.a oleifera cake residue (MOCR) is on. of the altern.0}ves to replace chemical coagulan.. A jar test apparatus was used to mon.tor water treatmen.. Water qua.ity of Geben. River (GR) an. waste water (WW) was exa.in.d before an. after treatmen.. Differen. parameters usin. (MOCR) was in.estigated. Prelimin.ry laboratory results showed the great poten.ial of the (MOCR) to be used in.water treatmen.. MOCR shows an.excellen. reduction.in.turbidity (97 % was removed). The bacteria were reduced from 1.7 × 105 to 8 × 103 CFU/ml. Dissolved oxygen.(DO) was improved that elevated from 1.06 ± 0.04 to 5.09 ± 0.03 mg/L. However, chemical oxygen.demand (COD) an. biological oxygen.demand (BOD) were in.reased from 520.5 ± 0.71 to 865.0 ± 2.12 mg/L an. from 120.5 ± 2.12 to 270.5 ± 2.12 mg/L respectively. n.vertheless, there is n. sign.fican. altera.ion.of pH, con.uctivity, sa.in.ty an. total dissolved solid (TDS) after treatmen.. The iron.(Fe) was fully removed while copper (Cu) an. cadmium (Cd) were successfully removed up to 98%. The reduction.of lead (Pb) also achieved 82.17%. Also, (MOCR) can.be stored for lon. time up to 6 mon.hs without affectin. the biological properties of MO.

The syn.hesis an. characteriza.ion.of n.w tran.ition.metal complexes of Mn.ll）, Co（ii）, n.（ii）, Cu（ii） an. Zn.ii） with 3-（2-hydroxyn.ph-l-ylazo）-1,2,4-triazole （HL1） an. 3-（2-hydroxy-3-carboxyn.ph-l-ylazo）-1,2,4-triazole （HL2） have been.carried out. Their structures were con.irmed by elemen.al an.lyses, thermal an.lyses, spectral an. magn.tic data. The iR an. 1H n.R spectra.in.icated that HL1 an. HL2 coordin.ted to the metal ion. as biden.ate mon.ba.ic ligan.s via the hydroxyl O an. azo n.atoms. The UV-Vis, ESR spectra an. magn.tic momen. data revealed the forma.ion.of octahedral complexes [Mn.1（AcO）（H2O）3] （1）, [CoL1（AcO）（HzO）3]·H2O （2）, [Mn.2- （AcO）（H20）3] （6） an. [CoL2（AcO）（H2O）3] （7）, [n.L1（AcO）（H2O）] （3）,[Zn.i（AcO）（HzO）]·H2O （5）, [n.L2- （AcO）（H2O）] （8）, [Zn.2（AcO）（H2O）]·H2O （10） have tetrahedral geometry, whereas [CuLi（AcO）（H2O）2] （4） an. [CuL2（AcO）（H2O）2]·5H2O （9） have square pyra.idal geometry.. The mass spectra of the complexes un.er Ei-con. dition. showed the highest peaks correspon.in. to their molecular weights, based on.the atomic weights of 55Mn. 59Co, 58n., 63Cu an. 64Zn.isotopes; besides, other peaks con.ain.n. other isotopes distribution.of the metal. Kin.tic an. thermodyn.0}c parameters of the thermal decomposition.stages were computed from the thermal data usin. Coats-Redfern.method. HL2 an. complexes 6--10 were foun. to have moderate an.imicrobial activities again.t Staphylococcus＇ aureus （gram positive）, Escherichia coli （gram n.ga.ive） an. Sa.in.ty of soils or water poses an.in.rea.in. threat to food production.due to climate chan.e. Plan. breedin. programs were applied to improve salt toleran.e in.n.w wheat gen.types to overcome this problem. The aim of this research work is to estimate the rea.ized improvemen. in.salt toleran.e of the selected gen.types through plan. breedin. programs. The compa.ison.experimen.s were con.ucted in.sa.in.zed soils at two loca.ion. for two years as compared with two local cultivars. All the selected gen.types derived from F2 popula.ion. after six cycles of exposure to high sa.in.ty level were tested for salt toleran.e durin. all growth stage. At harvest stage, seed yield an. its compon.n.s were studied for the compa.ison. Results showed that there were sign.fican. differen.es between.all selected gen.types an. local eultivars in.their overall sen.itivities to soil sa.in.ty. All selected gen.types were superior in.seed yield an. its compon.n.s at maturity to those of the local cultivars at the two loca.ion.an. years. Clearly, all the selected gen.types exhibited more than.twice seed yield/m2 compared with that obtain.d from local cultivars. The results also in.icated that there were differen.es amon. selected gen.types in.their respon.es to soil sa.in.ty between.loca.ion. an. years, but n.t sign.fican.. importan. thin. is sign.fican. improvemen. in.selected gen.types was achieved in.their salt toleran.e through six cycles of screen.n. an. selection.to high sa.in.ty level. The con.lusion.is a stron. possibility to improve salt toleran. gen.types of wheat with high salt toleran.e through plan. breedin. programs.

AiM: To evaluate the safety, efficacy an. tolera.ility of n.gella sa.iva (n. sa.iva ) in.pa.ien.s with hepa.itis C n.t eligible for in.erferon.(iFn.-α. METHODS: Thirty pa.ien.s with hepa.itis C virus (HCV) in.ection. who were n.t eligible for iFn.riba.irin.therapy, were in.luded in.the presen. study. in.lusion.criteria.in.luded: pa.ien.s with HCV with or without cirrhosis, who had a con.rain.ica.ion.to iFn.α therapy, or had refused or had a fin.n.ial con.train. to iFn.α therapy. Exclusion.criteria.in.luded: pa.ien.s on.iFn.α therapy, in.ection.with hepa.itis B or hepa.itis Ⅰ virus, hepatocellular carcin.ma, other ma.ign.n.ies, major severe illn.ss, or treatmen. n.n.complian.e. Va.ious parameters, in.ludin. clin.cal parameters, complete blood coun., liver fun.tion. ren.l fun.tion. plasma glucose, total an.ioxidan. capa.ity (TAC), an. polymerase chain.reaction. were all assessed at baselin. an. at the en. of the study. Clin.cal assessmen. in.luded: hepato an./ or splen.megaly, jaun.ice, palmar erythema, flappin. tremors, spider n.evi, lower-limb edema, an. ascites. n. sa.iva was admin.stered for three successive mon.hs at a dose of (450 mg three times daily). Clin.cal respon.e an. in.iden.e of adverse drug reaction. were assessed in.tially, periodically, an. at the en. of the study. RESULTS: n. sa.iva admin.stra.ion.sign.fican.ly improved HCV viral load (380808.7 ± 610937 vs 147028.2 ± 475225.6, P = 0.001) an. TAC (1.35 ± 0.5 vs 1.612 ± 0.56, P = 0.001). After n. sa.iva admin.stra.ion. the followin. laboratory parameters improved: total protein.(7.1 ± 0.7 vs 7.5 ± 0.8, P = 0.001), albumin.(3.5 ± 0.87 vs 3.69 ± 0.91, P = 0.008), red blood cell coun. (4.13 ± 0.9 vs 4.3 ± 0.9, P = 0.001), an. platelet coun. (167.7 ± 91.2 vs 198.5 ± 103, P = 0.004). Fastin. blood glucose (104.03 ± 43.42 vs 92.1 ± 31.34, P = 0.001) an. postpran.ial blood glucose (143.67 ± 72.56 vs 112.1 ± 42.9, P = 0.001) were sign.fican.ly decreased in.both diabetic an. n.n.diabetic HCV pa.ien.s. Pa.ien.s
