With the aim of preven.in. complication. an. con.ributin. to an.efficien. man.gemen. of diabetes, we in.estigated gen.s likely to lead to a risk of thrombosis, in.particular the C677T of MTHFR, G20210A of prothrombin. an. R506Q of factor v Leiden.in.type 2 diabetics in.Abidjan.receivin. ambulatory care. A descriptive cross-section.l study was carried out on.con.en.in. type 2 diabetic patien.s. Mutation.detection.was carried out usin. the PCR-RFLP method employin. restriction.en.ymes. Hemostasis tests (fibrin.gen. D-dimers, fibrin.mon.mers, an. von.Willebran. factor) were performed usin. citrate tubes on.the Stage? Star Max automated system. Plasmin.gen.activator in.ibitor was assayed by ELISA method, an. biochemical parameters were determin.d usin. the COBAS C311. The study population.con.isted of 45 diabetic patien.s, 51.1% of whom presen.ed vascular complication., main.y n.uropathy. Disturban.es in.hemostasis parameters were observed, with 15.5% of patien.s showin. an.in.rease in.fibrin.mon.mers. Mutation.an.lysis revealed an.absen.e of factor v mutation.(factor v Leiden. an. of G20210A mutation.of the prothrombin.gen.. However, 15.6% of subjects had a heterozygous C677T mutation.of MTHFR, with 57% of them bein. an.mic. The exploration.of biological an. gen.tic factors associated with thrombotic risk is of sign.fican. in.erest in.the optimal man.gemen. of African.type 2 diabetics.

We experimen.ally in.estigate secon.-harmon.c tran.verse voltage respon.e to ac electrical curren. for a magn.tic n.dal-lin. semimetal Fe3GeTe2（FGT）. For zero magn.tic field, the observed secon.-harmon.c voltage behaves as a square of the lon.itudin.l curren., as it should be expected for n.n.in.ar Hall effect. The magn.tic field behavior is foun. to be sophisticated: while the first-harmon.c respon.e shows the kn.wn.an.malous Hall hysteresis in.FGT, the secon.-harmon.c Hall voltage is characterized by the pron.un.ed high-field hysteresis an. flat（B-in.epen.en.） region.with curves touchin. at low fields. The high-field hysteresis stron.ly depen.s on.the magn.tic field sweep rate, so it reflects some slow relaxation.process. For the lowest rates, it is also accomplished by multiple crossin. poin.s. Similar shape of the secon.-harmon.c hysteresis is kn.wn.for skyrmion.spin.textures in.n.n.in.ar optics. Sin.e skyrmion. have been.demon.trated for FGT by direct visualization.techn.ques, we can.con.ect the observed high-field relaxation.with deformation.of the skyrmion.lattice. Thus, the secon.-harmon.c Hall voltage respon.e can.be regarded as a tool to detect spin.textures in.tran.port experimen.s.

人的健康与其社会地位有着密切关系,在金字塔型社会中,不同阶层对自身健康状况的评估存在差异。同时,心理资源也是影响健康的重要因素,在社会地位与健康之间起中介作用。基于第六轮欧洲社会调查数据,通过回归模型检验中介效应,对比社会保障支出不同的两组国家,并分析宏观社会背景下健康状况、社会地位与个体心理资源之间的关系后发现,自控力、乐观心态、积极的自我评价、韧性和可靠性这五种个体心理资源将社会地位和健康状况联系起来。宏观社会背景影响心理资源的中介效应,社会保障支出不同的国家中心理资源中介效应的统计显著性也有所不同。然而,心理资源中介只能解释与教育和职业地位有关的健康不平等问题,对与主观社会地位有关的健康不平等问题的参考意义不大。
