Pure bitumen is not suitable for heavy traffic loads;hence modifiers are used to improve the bitumen ***,cup lump rubber(CLR)has become a preferred modifier due to its outstanding performance and less ***,little is known about the interactions between CLR and ***,this study investigates the behavior of bitumen with *** percentages of CLR(2.5%,5.0%,7.5%,and 10.0%by weight of bitumen)were used to modify conventional 60/70 penetration grade *** modified bitumen was evaluated through different laboratory testing such as dynamic shear rheometer,rotational viscosity,softening point,bending beam rheometer,ductility,and elastic *** testing results show that the addition of CLR increased the bitumen’s rutting resistance by 3 PG grades at high *** low pavement temperatures,the cup lump rubber modified bitumen(CMB)can withstand up to−34℃.Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR)analysis shows that the Aromaticity index at 1600 cm^(−1) rose as the CLR percentage increased,indicating the formation of a binder with a compact *** is expected to improve the elasticity of bitumen throughπ-π*** Force Microscopy(AFM)results showed the Catana phase increased in size and quantity at 5.0%and 7.5%CLR *** contact angle measurement revealed that the binders are hydrophobic and tend to repel the dropped water on the bitumen surface.

As the newest standard,the High Efficiency Video Coding(HEVC)is specially designed to minimize the bitrate for video data transfer and to support High Definition(HD)and ULTRA HD video resolutions at the cost of increasing computational complexity relative to earlier standards like the ***,real-time video decoding with HEVC decoder becomes a challenging ***,the Dequantization and Inverse Transform(DE/IT)are one of the computationally intensive modules in the HEVC decoder which are used to reconstruct the residual ***,in this paper,a unified hardware architecture is proposed to implement the HEVC DE/IT module for all Transform Unit(TU)block size,including 4×4,8×8,16×16 and 32×*** architecture is designed using the High-Level Synthesis(HLS)and the Low-Level Synthesis(LLS)methods in order to compare and determine the best method to implement in real-time the DE/IT *** fact,the C/C++programming language is used to generate an optimized hardware design for DE/IT module through the Xilinx Vivado HLS *** the other hand,the LLS hardware architecture is designed by the VHSIC Hardware Description language(VHDL)and using the pipeline technique to decrease the processing *** experimental results on the Xilinx XC7Z020 FPGA show that the LLS design increases the throughput in term of frame rate by 80%relative to HLS design with a 4.4%increase in the number of Look-Up Tables(LUTs).Compared with existing related works in literature,the proposed architectures demonstrate significant advantages in hardware cost and performance improvement.

An Optimized Technique for RNA Prediction Based on Neural Network

Pathway reconstruction, which remains a primary goal for many investigations, requires accurate inference of gene interactions and causality. Non-coding RNA (ncRNA) is studied because it has a significant regulatory role in manyplant and animal life activities, but interacting micro-RNA (miRNA) and longnon-coding RNA (lncRNA) are more important. Their interactions not only aidin the in-depth research of genes’ biological roles, but also bring new ideas forillness detection and therapy, as well as plant genetic breeding. Biological investigations and classical machine learning methods are now used to predict miRNAlncRNA interactions. Because biological identification is expensive and time-consuming, machine learning requires too much manual intervention, and the featureextraction process is difficult. This research presents a deep learning model thatcombines the advantages of convolutional neural networks (CNN) and bidirectional long short-term memory networks (Bi-LSTM). It not only takes intoaccount the connection of information between sequences and incorporates contextual data, but it also thoroughly extracts the sequence data’s features. On thecorn data set, cross-checking is used to evaluate the model’s performance, andit is compared to classical machine learning. To acquire a superior classificationeffect, the proposed strategy was compared to a single model. Additionally, thepotato and wheat data sets were utilized to evaluate the model, with accuracy ratesof 95% and 93%, respectively, indicating that the model had strong generalization capacity.

AIM: To assess the effects of eye rubbing on corneal thickness(CT) and intraocular pressure(IOP)measurements obtained 0-30 min after habitual eye rubbing in symptomatic ***: Measurements of IOP and CT were obtained at five locations(central, temporal, superior,nasal and inferior) before, and every 5min for 30 min interval after 30 s of eye rubbing, for 25 randomly selected eyes of 14 subjects with ocular allergy and 11age-matched normals. Differences in measurements were calculated in each group [Baseline measurements minus measurements recorded at each time interval after eye rubbing(for IOP), and for each corneal location(for CT)]and comparison were then made between groups(allergic versus control) for differences in any observed ***: Within groups, baseline mean IOPs in the allergic patient-group(14.2 ±3.0 mm Hg) and in the control group(13.1±1.9 mm Hg) were similar at all times,after eye rubbing(P >0.05, for all). The maximum reduction in IOP was 0.8 mm Hg in the control subjects and the maximum increase was also 0.8 mm Hg in the allergic subjects. Between groups(allergic versus control), the changes in IOP remained under 1 mm Hg at all times(P =0.2) after 30 min of eye rubbing. Between 0and 30 min of CT measurements after eye rubbing, the mean central CT(CCT), inferior CT(ICT), superior CT(SCT), temporal CT(TCT) and nasal CT(NCT) did not vary significantly from baseline values in the control and allergic-subject groups(P >0.05, for both). Between both groups, changes in CT were similar at all locations(P >0.05)except for the TC which was minimally thinner by about4.4 μm(P =0.001) in the allergic subjects than in the control subjects, 30 min following 30 s of eye ***: IOP measured in allergic subjects after30 s of habitual eye rubbing was comparable with that obtained in normal subjects at all times between 0 and30 min. To maximize energy profit with the participation of electricity,natural gas,and district heating networks in the day-ahead market,stochastic scheduling of energy hubs taking into account the uncertainty of photovoltaic and wind resources,has been carried *** has been done using a new meta-heuristic algorithm,improved artificial rabbits optimization(IARO).In this study,the uncertainty of solar and wind energy sources is modeled using Hang’s two-point estimating method(TPEM).The IARO algorithm is applied to calculate the best capacity of hub energy equipment,such as solar and wind renewable energy sources,combined heat and power(CHP)systems,steamboilers,energy storage,and electric cars in the *** standard ARO algorithmis developed to mimic the foraging behavior of rabbits,and in this work,the algorithm’s effectiveness in avoiding premature convergence is improved by using the dystudynamic inertia weight *** proposed IARO-based scheduling framework’s performance is evaluated against that of traditional ARO,particle swarm optimization(PSO),and salp swarm algorithm(SSA).The findings show that,in comparison to previous approaches,the suggested meta-heuristic scheduling framework based on the IARO has increased energy profit in day-ahead electricity,gas,and heating markets by satisfying the operational and energy hub ***,the results show that TPEM approach dependability consideration decreased hub energy’s profit by 8.995%as compared to deterministic planning.

Palmprint identification has been conducted over the last two decades in many biometric ***-dimensional data with many uncorrelated and duplicated features remains difficult due to several computational complexity *** paper presents an interactive authentication approach based on deep learning and feature selection that supports Palmprint *** proposed model has two stages of learning;the first stage is to transfer pre-trained VGG-16 of ImageNet to specific features based on the extraction *** second stage involves the VGG-16 Palmprint feature extraction in the Siamese network to learn Palmprint *** proposed model achieves robust and reliable end-to-end Palmprint authentication by extracting the convolutional features using VGG-16 Palmprint and the similarity of two input Palmprint using the Siamese *** second stage uses the CASIA dataset to train and test the Siamese *** suggested model outperforms comparable studies based on the deep learning approach achieving accuracy and EER of 91.8%and 0.082%,respectively,on the CASIA left-hand images and accuracy and EER of 91.7%and 0.084,respectively,on the CASIA right-hand images.
