Na0.5Li0.5Zr2(PO4)3has been synthesized by solid state reaction and characterized by thermogravimetry/ differential thermal analyses (TGA/DTA) in the temperature range 300 - 1573 K. X-ray diffraction m.a.ure- ments have been carried out to determine the phase of the composition and scanning electron microscopy (SEm) for microstructure evaluation. Impedance spectroscopy at different temperatures (310 - 600 K) and frequencies (300 kHz - 1 GHz) have been carried out and the dielectric relaxation behaviour was determined under the same conditions. A dc conductivity maximum value of 0.25 S/m.a. 580 K was observed. However, the mixed alkali effect was not observed. The material exhibited relaxation behaviour with a peak in the dielectric permitivity at 469 K. There were no structural transformations observed.

Despite the increasingly widespread production of electricity from solar energy and despite Turkey is in the sun belt, Turkey cannot used its potential sufficiently effective and widely. Especially, this situation is of more importance for the Southeastern Anatolia Region Turkey’s most sunning area. In this study, among renewable energy resources the generation of electricity from solar energy in terms of both its current potential and production technologies and the solar energy potential of Southeastern Anatolia Region provinces and the degree and method of using this potential to generate electricity have been investigated. Suggestions have been made to benefit from the solar energy in a way of effective and widespread for Southeastern Anatolia Region. Also, a suggestion for convenient place which is 130 m2 and was formed by Karacada? volcanic eruption and is not used for agriculture and rocky area has been made.

为了有效提高我国低渗、特低渗油藏采收率,提出了构筑低界面张力阴离子双子表面活性剂黏弹流体的思路,以满足驱油剂同时提高波及效率及洗油效率、注入性好、无色谱分离的要求。本文以阴离子双子表面活性剂分子结构对其溶液黏度、黏弹性、界面活性影响为研究基础,构筑了GCET黏弹流体,并评价了其主要性能及油藏环境适应性。研究表明,羧酸盐双子表面活性剂溶液流变性及界面活性优于磺酸盐双子表面活性剂的;疏水链碳数较大(m=18),间隔基团碳数适中(s=3)的羧酸盐双子表面活性剂溶液流变性能较好;疏水链碳数较大(m=18),间隔基团碳数较小(s=2)的羧酸盐双子表面活性剂溶液界面活性较高。以此,优化分子结构设计并构筑的GCTE流体具有良好的黏度行为、黏弹性、界面活性及油藏温度及矿化度适应性。在模拟矿化度(12000 mg/L)条件下,0.5%的GCTE黏弹流体黏度12.68 m.a.s;溶液黏弹性较好(=0.366mN/m。GCTE黏弹流体在非常规油藏提高采收率方面具有良好的应用前景。

Background and objective:Activated carbon is commonly used as an immobilisation matrix due to its large surface area,making it a highly desirable matrix for use in immobilising enzymes as preparation for use on the industrial *** objective of this research is to determine the effectiveness of different acids for functionalisation on immobilisation capacity and also to characterize the functionalized activated carbon for the functional groups *** and methods:Activated carbon was functionalised with three acids(hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and sulphuric acid)along with a control sample washed with distilled *** capacity was calculated with hydrochloric acid functionalized activated carbon(HCl-FAC)giving the highest immobilization capacity(6.022 U/g).Characterisation of the functionalised activated carbon was conducted using FT-IR(Fourier Transform Infra-Red)spectroscopy analysis of the samples with the aim of analyzing the various functional groups present to determine the sample with distinct characteristics thus telling the degree of adsorption of lipase onto the activated carbon ***:HNO3-FAC(functionalized activated carbon)showed a very distinct pattern as a larger number of surface functional groups *** immobilisation on a matrix ensures thermal stability and increased reusability of the ***,in this research,lipase sourced from Candida antarctica was immobilised on acid functionalised activated *** best acid for functionalisation was found to be hydrochloric ***:Due to the very distinct patterns shown by the FT-IR spectrum of the HNO3-FAC after a fair com.a.ison with others,it allows for a larger number of surface functional groups which will definitely enhance the stability of the enzyme lipase.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a disease of public health concern in Nigeria,with chronic hepatitis B and C infections contributing most to the disease *** the increasing incidence of HCC,surveillance practices for early diagnosis and possible cure are not deeply rooted in the *** article aims to review the current status of HCC surveillance in Nigeria,stressing the encounters,breaches,and potential *** factors,such as limited tools for screening and diagnostics,insufficient infrastructure,and low cognizance among the doctors,and the general public affect the surveillance practices for HCC in ***,the lack of standardized guidelines and protocols for HCC surveillance further intensifies the suboptimal diagnosis and ***,there are opportunities for refining surveillance practices in the *** would be achieved through boosted public health sensitization cam.a.gns,integrating HCC screening into routine clinical services,and leveraging technological developments for early detection and ***,collaboration between government agencies,healthcare providers,and international organizations can facilitate the development of comprehensive HCC surveillance programs person-alized to the Nigerian ***,HCC surveillance practice faces substantial *** addressing the drawbacks and leveraging prospects,Nigeria can improve HCC surveillance,with subsequent improved outcomes for individuals at risk of developing the disease.

Prostate cancer was perceived to be low in Africa,but recent studies have highlighted increase in incidence and mortality rate in the region including *** nursing management of patients with prostate cancer could help to reduce the mortality rate.A descriptive survey was used to ascertain the patients’perception of pre-operative and post-operative nursing care provided to patients with prostate cancer in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi,Anambra State,University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital Enugu,Enugu State and Federal Teaching Hospital Abakiliki,Ebonyi State in South East *** questionnaire was used to elicit information from.a.sample of 274 respondents statistically drawn using stratified random sampling technique from.a.population of *** showed that patients perceived the post-operative care as satisfactory(80.1%)and pre-operative nursing care as unsatisfactory(40%).The hypothesis revealed that there is no significant difference(p>0.05)in nursing care provided by the nurses in three selected health *** on the findings,the researchers recommended that there is need to empower nurses with more information on prostate cancer management especially in pre-operative care to enable them to provide suitable quality care.

Reports of avian malaria parasites in village chicken in Nigeria generally remain fragmentary and *** study was conducted in Gombe Local Government Area of Gombe State,Nigeria to investigate avian malaria parasites in Village Chickens(Gallus gallus domesticus)and to determine the risk factors associated with the prevalence of the haemoparasites.A total of 530 village chickens blood samples were obtained from.a.parently healthy village chickens'brachial veins using sterile 2mls syringes and 23 gauge *** blood sm.a. was made from each blood sample,and Giem.a.stained and examined for the presence of avian haemoparasites under an *** result indicates 23.8%overall prevalence rate of three species of avian malaria parasites consisting of Plasmodium,Haemoproteus and Leucocytozoon *** *** the highest prevalent rate of 13.0%followed by Haemoproteus spp.(5.1%),mixed Plasmodium spp.+Haemoproteus spp.(4.9%)infection and Leucocytozoon spp.(0.8%).Prevalence of avian malaria parasites was significantly higher in cocks com.a.ed to hens(pm.a.ed to growers chickens(pmalaria parasites during the rainy season com.a.ed to the dry season of the study *** was concluded that haemoparasites of Plasmodium,Haemoproteus and Leucocytozoon species that occur in both single and mixed infections are prevalent among village chickens that are apparently healthy in Gombe Local Government Area of Gombe State,Nigeria.

沈84块位于辽河盆地大民屯凹陷东北部,地理位置属辽宁省新民市境内,构造面积2.2 km。研究区盆地构造演化具有幕式沉降特点,目的层沉积（S34段）为盆地初始沉降幕的构造相对稳定期。在平面上,研究区位于大民屯凹陷静安堡构造带的东北部,为一完整的断裂背斜构造,断块为北东走向:长轴约2.8km,短轴0.8km。区块内断层系统复杂,含有9条大断层。其中一条大的北东方向封闭断层把区块分为南北两个断块。S34油层属下第三系沙河街组,油层埋深为1000-2800m左右,平均孔隙度为19%,平均渗透率为2.96×10-3μm。储层属河流-三角洲沉积体系,砂体厚度薄、沉积结构复杂。研究区有12种沉积环境或沉积微相,其中的10中类型分别为:泛滥平原、湖相（湖相泥）、分流河道、天然堤、主河道（河流环境）、三角洲平原、三角洲前缘、泛滥盆地泥质沉积、决口扇和河口坝。储层地质分层厚度变化大,垂向和纵向连续性差。油藏无气顶和底水,边水能量不大,基本为淡地层水。沈84块S34段油层为高凝油,原油高含蜡量、高凝固点、高初馏点、原油密度为0.8435-0.8991 g/cm,原油粘度为3.83-9.67m Pa.s,凝固点为42-67℃,含蜡量为37.5%,胶质+沥青16-19.3%,初馏点127-132℃,在平面上原油性质变化不大,但随埋藏深度的增加,原油性质有变好的趋势,属世界少有原油类型。然而油藏温度只有67.5℃,只比凝固点上限温度高几度,属于死油油藏值。这些因素使得该区块原油开采困难。开采23年后,采收率分别只有11.27%和14.99%。低采收率的原因主要是与流体性质有关生产井和注水井近井带地层伤害和流体的非牛顿流体特性。地层伤害的原因是由于生产井温度下降导致气体膨胀,从而使石蜡结晶、析出和沉淀。低温水驱也会导致注入能力的下降。本研究的主要目标是研究油藏伤害的原因以及大多数油藏相对于高含水的过度注水。这是为了确定一个但在经济和技术的可能范围内合理的最佳开采策略。为了实现这一目标,采用分析和数值方法,并根据获得的有关案例研究的知识,采取了一些措施来处理这种情况。根据我们的研究结果,提出了一些建议。对于高凝油问题,首先要研究油藏温度和岩石渗透率对油流变性的影响。为此,采用实验方法研究了储层流体流变特征及温度、油粘度、岩性、压力和润湿流体对驱油效率的影响。结果表明,沉84-An12块的转变温度为61.2℃,低于该值时,油不能流动。在较低温度下,表观粘度是剪切依赖性的,但剪切时间不影响其值。因此,原油可以分类为具有剪切稀化特性的原油。岩石对酸化的渗透性具有高灵敏度（73-84%）,并且渗透率的降低可能是由于溶解的矿物在遇到空气时再沉淀。低盐度下的渗透率也会下降,这是由于细小的颗粒聚集并向岩石的喉孔迁移,水驱的效率取决于原油的粘度和地层温度。此外,驱替效率也与储层岩性有关,非均质各向异性、小孔半径和高页岩含量是阻碍水驱替效率的另外因素。随着温度的升高,渗透率饱和曲线向右移动,两相区域扩大,等渗饱和点增加,束缚水增加,残余油饱和度显着降低。当温度低于蜡沉淀点时,渗透率饱和曲线随压力梯度增加向右移动,而二元相区域膨胀。虽然温度是主要的控制因素,但高压梯度也可以改善原油的流变性,从而提高采收效率。剩余石油分布在很大程度上不仅受到沉积微相的影响,而且还受到区块的非均质性、水驱模式和原油的高凝油性质的影响。沉积微相是影响剩余油分布的主要因素,注入水受沉积相控制。为此,基于上述分析表明温度和沉积微相是主要控制因素,建议使用蒸汽,特别是通过蒸汽辅助重力排水作为高产量的良好选择。储层内的流动受损（地层损害）是石蜡沉积以及其他因素的结果,这种推论是基于井水平进行的油藏增产模型。我们对两年前获得的结果进行了测试,结果发现油的平均分布偏差为11%（从54%到48%）。这可以作为我们模型准确性的证明,因为预计饱和度会随着时间的推移而下降。迄今为止尚未充分了解沥青质沉淀和沉积的机理。储层中的沥青质沉积是一个复杂的问题,不可能进行现场试验。实验室测试既昂贵又耗时。为了研究沥青质沉积的影响,有必要依赖于为沥青质吸附和沉积开发的不同模型。缺乏信息使得沥青质沉积的建模和模拟变得困难。在初级采油期间,没有令人满意的模型和模拟器可用于储层中的沥青质沉积。因此,有必要更好地研究该问题,并建立一个更好的模型来模拟原油和二次采油期间石油储层中沥青质的沉淀和沉积。对于如此高的凝固点和沥青质和石蜡含量,了解沥青质沉积发生的机理和控制因素是有意义的。这项工作研究了沥青质沉积机理,并确定了该过程的模型。这个简单的模型只需要油藏温度,该模型似乎很好地解释了前人的问题,准确率超过95%。还研究了沥青质沉积与其他储层性质之间的关系,即压力和深度,这两者都与沥青质沉积是压力和深度的函数一致,如文献中所确定的那样。取得的
