Franck-Condon factors and r-centrolds for the, A^1 ∑^＋ u-X^1∑^＋ 9 band system of ^107,109Ag2 are computed using Morse and Rydberg-Klein-Rees potentials for both lower and upper electronic states. The differences between the two sets of results are typically in the third decimal place for transitions involving vibrational levels with ν＇ and ν＂ up to about 15. Somewhat larger deviations appear for higher vibrational levels, but both sets of results follow the same pattern, which is to match well with the relative absorption band strength distribution in our experimental spectrum. The relative absorption band strengths are calculated by assuming that the electronic transition moment has only a weak dependence on the internuclear distance r. Good agreement between our measured and calculated absorption band strength ratios is found, which provides an excellent test of the calculated Franck- Condon factors and relative absorption band strengths. The r-centrold value for the （ν＇ = 0, ν＂ = 0） band is found to be approximately equal to the average value of r＇ and r＇＇e , indicating that the potentials of both states are not significantly aaharmonic around their minimum regions.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)arises on the background of chronic liver *** the development of effective anti-viral therapeutics HCC is continuing to rise,in part driven by the epidemic of non-alcoholic fatty liver *** patients present with advanced disease out with the criteria for transplant,resection or even locoregional *** available therapeutics for HCC are effective in a small minority of ***,there has been a major global interest in immunotherapies for cancer and although HCC has lagged behind other cancers,great opportunities now exist for treating HCC with newer and more sophisticated *** checkpoint inhibitors are at the forefront of this revolution,other therapeutics such as inhibitory cytokine blockade,oncolytic viruses,adoptive cellular therapies and vaccines are *** these may be categorized as either boosting existing immune response or stimulating de novo immune *** some of these agents have shown promising results as monotherapy in early phase trials it may well be that their future role will be as combination therapy,either in combination with one another or in combination with treatment modalities such as locoregional *** these agents are likely to generate new and exciting opportunities for treating HCC,which are summarized in this review.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a challenging cancer predominantly arising on the background of cirrhosis of viral or non-viral ***,whilst the treatments for viral hepatitis have improved dramatically over the last 10 years,the obesity epidemic,and the associated rise in metabolic-associated(non-alcoholic)fatty liver disease(MAFLD),means that the incidence of HCC is increasing and better treatments for HCC are *** surgical treatment can be curative,it is often not a realistic option due to the stage of HCC at *** many years the standard of care for unresectable HCC was *** development of immunotherapy has been a landmark in cancer *** therapies unleash cytotoxic T cell responses to cancer using antibodies that block T cell checkpoints(e.g.,PD-1/PD-L1 and CTLA4).These agents rapidly gained approval for use in many different *** studies in HCC using these molecules were encouraging,but not conclusive,and although these treatments were approved for use in the USA,did not garner worldwide approval as first-line treatments for HCC(1,2).However,in a landmark trial of unresectable HCC(IMbrave150)published in 2020,the combination of the PD-L1 blocking antibody Atezolizumab,and the VEGF inhibitor Bevacizumab,demonstrated a significant survival benefit over sorafenib,and has become the current standard of care(3).

It is necessary to know the status of adhesion conditions between wheel and rail for efficient accelerating and decelerating of railroad *** proper estimation of adhesion conditions and their real-time implementation is considered a challenge for *** this paper,the development of simulation model of extended Kalman filter(EKF)in MATLAB/Simulink is presented to estimate various railway wheelset parameters in different contact conditions of *** to concurrent in nature,the Xilinx®System-on-Chip Zynq Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)device is chosen to check the onboard estimation ofwheel-rail interaction parameters by using the National Instruments(NI)myRIO®development *** NImyRIO®development board is flexible to deal with nonlinearities,uncertain changes,and fastchanging dynamics in real-time occurring in wheel-rail contact conditions during vehicle *** simulated dataset of the railway nonlinear wheelsetmodel is tested on FPGA-based EKF with different track conditions and with accelerating and decelerating operations of the *** proposed model-based estimation of railway wheelset parameters is synthesized on FPGA and its simulation is carried out for functional verification on *** obtained simulation results are aligned with the simulation results obtained through *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first time study that presents the implementation of a model-based estimation of railway wheelset parameters on FPGA and its functional *** functional behavior of the FPGA-based estimator shows that these results are the addition of current knowledge in the field of the railway.
