The paper has presented the impact on the line protection performance with the introduction of MUs （merging units） in the process bus level. The paper begins with the introduction on modem digital substation structure and process bus. Then, the paper describes the performances of different sensors such as CTs （current transformers）, CVTs （capacitive voltage transformers）, FOCS （fiber optical current transducers） and FOVS （fiber optical voltage transducers）. With the use of above transducers together with MUs, the performance of distance protection function and line differential protection function have been investigated and presented. Finally, conclusions based on the study are presented in the paper.

概述:本病例系一位4个孩子的母亲,30岁,来自印度贫困农村,有明显偏执和精神病史6年。患者的症状和社会功能已经越来越恶化,但家人一直没有带其就医,直到她在命令性幻觉的影响下杀死了自己3个月大的女儿。此后使用抗精神病药物治疗,患者的精神病性症状得到控制,心理社会功能也明显改善。该案例是在社区中未能识别和治疗精神疾病造成诸多负面后果的典型案例之一。该患者在弑婴之前已经有长达6年的显而易见的严重症状,但由于家人缺乏关于精神疾病的常识,当地缺少精神卫生保健资源,加上医疗费用相对昂贵,患者未能得到及时治疗,导致了这起原本可以避免的婴儿惨死案件。要改变上述三个在中低等收入国家的农村贫困地区阻碍治疗的因素,我们必须共同应对这一挑战。任务紧迫!这一因精神疾病未得到治疗所致的弑婴病例为我们敲响了警钟。

Livelihood status of small-scale fishermen and determinants of their income: Insights from north-eastern floodplains of Bangladesh

The small-scale fishermen in the north-eastern floodplains are one of the most vulnerable communities of Bangladesh due to their limited *** study assessed their livelihood status using a sustainable livelihood framework and employed a multiple regression model to evaluate factors influencing their *** data were collected from fishermen’s households in Tanguar Haor and Hakaluki Haor through direct *** revealed that these households lacked human capital,had poor sanitation facilities and suffered from frequent *** income is very limited as they lack training on other socioeconomic activities to comple-ment their livelihood grounded on ***,their financial capital was very deficient and ranked lowest among other livelihood ***’s major physical assets were the boats used for group and individual *** small-scale fishermen had limited involvement with local administration,and around half of them were members of various *** of these households had low participation in fishing or other income *** income of the fishermen was influenced by their age,fish catch per day,training and NGO *** increase the earnings and improve the livelihood status of small-scale fishers in the floodplain,this study suggests providing training on complementary income generating activities,improving sanitation facilities and providing additional government and non-government support.

Health-Benefit Assets of Different Indian Processed Teas: A Comparative Approach

A comparative deliberation has been considered among three Indian processed teas (black, green and white) in respect to their prevalence of some secondary metabolites, antioxidant ability (ABTS and DPPH assay), nutritional properties, inorganic elemental profile and bactericidal efficiency. Green and white tea, incidence of total phenol, total flavonoids, proanthocyanidins and tannin are higher than the black. ABTS and DPPH study reveals lower IC50 occurred in Green tea. Green tea is enriched in Na, Fe, Mg, and Mn content;black is rich in K, Ca and white has highest Zn. Total sugar and free amino acid are highest in white tea;total protein content is almost same in all three types. Green tea is enriched with vitamin C. Antimicrobial asset is experienced against Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus (gram + ve) and Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (gram?-?ve) bacteria. Study revealed that green tea has higher antimicrobial activity than the other two, though higher inhibitory effect of black tea might be attributed to the presence of substantial amount of tannin. Statistical evaluation reflects that in all organic and aqueous extracts, secondary metabolites correlate linearly with DPPH and ABTS assays but are not consistent with bactericidal efficiency in all cases.

BACKGROUND The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)virus has become a pandemic for the last 2 *** response to the virus leads to organ dysfunction and *** the severity of inflammatory response helps in managing critical patients using serology tests IgG and *** To investigate the correlation of the serology(IgM and IgG)with reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)status,disease severity[mild to critical],intensive care unit(ICU)admission,septic shock,acute kidney injury,and in-hospital *** We conducted a longitudinal study to correlate serum SARS-CoV-2 immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)serology with clinical outcomes in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)*** analyzed patient data from March to December 2020 for those who were admitted at All India Institute of Medical Sciences *** and laboratory data of these patients were collected from the e-hospital portal and analyzed.A correlation was seen with clinical outcomes and was assessed using MS Excel 2010 and SPSS *** Out of 494 patients,the mean age of patients was 48.95±16.40 years and there were more male patients in the study(66.0%).The patients were classified as mild-moderate 328(67.1%),severe 131(26.8%),and critical 30(6.1%).The mean duration from symptom onset to serology testing was 19.87±30.53 ***-hospital mortality was observed in 25.1%of *** seropositivity rate(i.e.,either IgG or IgM>10 AU)was 50%.IgM levels(AU/mL)(W=33428.000,P≤0.001)and IgG levels(AU/mL)(W=39256.500,P≤0.001),with the median IgM/IgG levels(AU/mL),were highest in the RT-PCR-Positive group compared to RT-PCR-Negative clinical *** was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of all other clinical outcomes(disease severity,septic shock,ICU admission,mechanical ventilation,and mortality).CONCLUSION The study showed that serology levels are high in RT-PCR positive group compared
