Breast cancer(BC)is a most spreading and deadly cancerous malady which is mostly diagnosed in middle-aged women worldwide and effecting beyond a half-million people every *** BC positive newly diagnosed cases in 2018 reached 2.1 million around the world with a death rate of 11.6%of total *** diagnosis and detection of breast cancer disease with proper treatment may reduce the number of *** gold standard for BC detection is biopsy analysis which needs an expert for correct *** diagnosis of BC is a complex and challenging *** work proposed a deep learning-based(DL)solution for the early detection of this deadly disease from histopathology *** evaluate the robustness of the proposed method a large publically available breast histopathology image database containing a total of 277524 histopathology images is *** proposed automatic diagnosis of BC detection and classification mainly involves three ***,a DL model is proposed for feature ***,the extracted feature vector(FV)is passed to the proposed novel feature selection(FS)framework for the best ***,for the classification of BC into invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC)and normal class different machine learning(ML)algorithms are *** outcomes of the proposed methodology achieved the highest accuracy of 92.7%which shows that the proposed technique can successfully be implemented for BC detection to aid the pathologists in the early and accurate diagnosis of BC.

Want to make me emotional？ The influence of emotional advertisements on women＇s consumption behavior

A wide difference of opinion exists about the content and composition of emotions. Advertising may influence an audience and their buying decisions about products and services. The objective of this study is to better conceptualize how women emotionally respond to emotional advertisements （EAs）. The variant views are integrated into an ACE model, composed of subordinate levels of emotions （E）, celebrity endorsements （C）, and appeal drivers （A）. This empirical study examines women＇s emotional response using data from 240 Chinese women respondents. The study participants were invited to develop ACE mix based advertisements and fill out questionnaires. PLS-SEM analysis, a novel approach in ACE advertisement development and its applicability to consumer behavior, was used. The results show that showbiz celebrities expressing the emotion of happiness with music and color make the most effective ACE mix to influence the consumption behavior of women. The results are significantly mediated by attention levels and are widely applicable in the burgeoning advertising industry. The study also calls for further research with different ACE mixes in different contexts and on different audiences. It also opens doors for policy making and an appropriate understanding of women＇s consumption behavior in the Chinese context.

Gait recognition is an active research area that uses a walking theme to identify the subject *** Gait Recognition(HGR)is performed without any cooperation from the ***,in practice,it remains a challenging task under diverse walking sequences due to the covariant factors such as normal walking and walking with wearing a ***,over the years,have worked on successfully identifying subjects using different techniques,but there is still room for improvement in accuracy due to these covariant *** paper proposes an automated model-free framework for human gait recognition in this *** are a few critical steps in the proposed ***,optical flow-based motion region esti-mation and dynamic coordinates-based cropping are *** second step involves training a fine-tuned pre-trained MobileNetV2 model on both original and optical flow cropped frames;the training has been conducted using static *** third step proposed a fusion technique known as normal distribution serially *** the fourth step,a better optimization algorithm is applied to select the best features,which are then classified using a Bi-Layered neural *** publicly available datasets,CASIA A,CASIA B,and CASIA C,were used in the experimental process and obtained average accuracies of 99.6%,91.6%,and 95.02%,*** proposed framework has achieved improved accuracy compared to the other methods.

Optimization of moderator assembly for neutron flux measurement:experimental and theoretical approaches

A moderator of paraffin wax assembly has been demonstrated where its thickness can be optimized to thermalize fast neutrons. The assembly is used for measuring fast neutron flux of a neutron probe at different neutron energies, using BF03(U10and 200) and3He(U0.500)neutron detectors. The paraffin wax thickness was optimized at 6 cm for the neutron probe which contains an Am–Be neutron source. The experimental data are compared with Monte Carlo simulation results using MCNP5 version 1.4. Neutron flux comparison and neutron activation techniques are used for measuring neutron flux of the neutron probe to validate the optimum paraffin moderator thickness in the assembly. The neutron fluxes are measured at(1.17 ± 0.09) 9 105 and(1.19 ± 0.1) 9 105n/s, being in agreement with the simulated values. The moderator assembly can easily be utilized for essential requirements of neutron flux measurements.

Energy Management System Design and Testing for Smart Buildings Under Uncertain Generation (Wind/Photovoltaic) and Demand

This study provides details of the energy management architecture used in the Goldwind microgrid test bed. A complete mathematical model, including all constraints and objectives, for microgrid operational management is first described using a modified prediction interval scheme. Forecasting results are then achieved every 10 min using the modified fuzzy prediction interval model, which is trained by particle swarm optimization.A scenario set is also generated using an unserved power profile and coverage grades of forecasting to compare the feasibility of the proposed method with that of the deterministic approach. The worst case operating points are achieved by the scenario with the maximum transaction cost. In summary, selection of the maximum transaction operating point from all the scenarios provides a cushion against uncertainties in renewable generation and load demand.

The automatic detection of noisy channels in surface Electromyogram(sEMG)signals,at the time of recording,is very critical in making a noise-free EMG *** an EMG signal contaminated by high-level noise is recorded,then it will be useless and can’t be used for any healthcare *** this research work,a new machine learning-based paradigm is proposed to automate the detection of low-level and high-level noises occurring in different channels of high density and multi-channel sEMG signals.A modiﬁed version of mel fre-quency cepstral coefﬁcients(mMFCC)is proposed for the extraction of features from sEMG channels along with other statistical parameters i-e complexity coef-ﬁcient,hurst exponent,and root mean *** state-of-the-art classiﬁers such as Support Vector Machine(SVM),Ensemble Bagged Trees,Ensemble Sub-space Discriminant,and Logistic Regression are used to automatically identify an EMG channel either bad or good based on these extracted ***-based analyses of these classiﬁers have also been considered based on total classi-ﬁcation accuracy,prediction speed(observations/sec),and processing *** proposed method is tested on 320 simulated EMG channels as well as 640 experi-mental EMG *** is used as our main classiﬁer for the detection of noisy channels which gives a total classiﬁcation accuracy of 99.4%for simulated EMG channels whereas accuracy of 98.9%is achieved for experimental EMG channels.

The papain-like protease(PLpro)is vital for the replication of coronaviruses(Co Vs),as well as for escaping innate-immune responses of the ***,it has emerged as an attractive antiviral *** this study,computational approaches were employed,mainly the structure-based virtual screening coupled with all-atom molecular dynamics(MD)simulations to computationally identify specific inhibitors of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-Co V-2)PLpro,which can be further developed as potential pan-PLprobased broad-spectrum antiviral *** sequence,structure,and functional conserveness of most deadly human Co Vs PLprowere explored,and it was revealed that functionally important catalytic triad residues are well conserved among SARS-Co V,SARS-Co V-2,and middle east respiratory syndrome coronavirus(MERS-Co V).The subsequent screening of a focused protease inhibitors database composed of^7,000 compounds resulted in the identification of three candidate compounds,ADM13083841,LMG15521745,and *** three compounds established conserved interactions which were further explored through MD simulations,free energy calculations,and residual energy contribution estimated by MM-PB(GB)SA *** these compounds showed stable conformation and interacted well with the active residues of SARS-Co V-2 PLpro,and showed consistent interaction profile with SARS-Co V PLproand MERS-Co V PLproas ***,the reported SARS-Co V-2 PLprospecific compounds could serve as seeds for developing potent pan-PLprobased broad-spectrum antiviral drugs against deadly human ***,the presented information related to binding site residual energy contribution could lead to further optimization of these compounds.
