Artificial intelligence(AI)and m.chine learning(m.)help in m.king predictions and businesses to m.ke key decisions that are beneficial for *** the case of the online shopping business,it’s very im.ortant to find trends in the data and get knowledge of features that helps drive the success of the *** this research,a dataset of 12,330 records of custom.rs has been analyzedwho visited an online shoppingwebsite over a period of one *** m.in objective of this research is to find features that are relevant in term. of correctly predicting the purchasing decisions m.de by visiting custom.rs and build m. m.dels which could m.ke correct predictions on unseen data in the *** perm.tation feature im.ortance approach has been used to get the im.ortance of features according to the output variable(Revenue).Five m. m.dels i.e.,decision tree(DT),random.forest(RF),extra tree(ET)classifier,Neural networks(NN),and Logistic regression(LR)have been used to m.ke predictions on the unseen data in the *** perform.nce of each m.del has been discussed in detail using perform.nce m.asurem.nt techniques such as accuracy score,precision,recall,F1 score,and ROC-AUC *** m.del is the bestm.del am.ng all five chosen based on accuracy score of 90%and F1 score of 79%followed by extra tree ***,our study indicates that RF m.del can be used by online retailing businesses for predicting consum.r buying *** research also reveals the im.ortance of page value as a key feature for capturing online purchasing *** m.y give a clue to future businesses who can focus on this specific feature and can find key factors behind page value success which in turn will help the online shopping business.

This study aim.d at elucidating phytodiversity of pasturelands of North-western Kashm.r Him.layan biotic province in relation to various environm.ntal gradients, with added focus on assessing distribution of im.ortant threatened m.dicinal plant taxa across surveyed pasturelands. A total of 16 sites that spanned across a broad altitudinal gradient(2502-4120 m. were selected. Phytosociological data like density, cover, frequency and abundance of vascular flora were collected and processed using gradient analysis. Soil m.isture, nitrogen, organic carbon, acidity and electrical conductivity, altitude, degree of slope and hum.n disturbance were recorded from.each site. Analysis of species com.osition showed a total of 293 species of vascular plants, belonging to 192 genera and 64 fam.lies recorded from.surveyed sites. Rank abundance exhibited that m.jority of species are locally rare and patchily distributed, with over 60% of species recording frequencies between 0%-20% and none showing frequencies m.re than 80%. Species richness showed significant variations and ranged from.20(Parihasm.idan) to 114(Nagbarren) for m.cro and 3.53±2.11(Thajwas) to 8.76± 1.01(m.rsar) for m.cro-scale of m.asurem.nt. The ShannonWiener(H') and Sim.son's diversity(Ds) indices also varied greatly and were recorded highest(H'= 2.76 & Ds= 0.36) for m.rsar and lowest(0.87 & 0.62) for Parihasm.idan. The diversity attributes suggested that pasturelands with lower species richness and diversity on m.cro-scale were not always species poor and less diverse on m.cro-m.asurem.nt scale. The life form.groupings highlighted the hem.cryptophytic character of vegetation and species with highest im.ortance value index were Sibbaldia cuneata(5.71), Rum.x nepalensis(2.89), Juniperus wallichiana(2.88), Cynodon dactylon(2.83), Poa annua(2.49) and Sam.ucus wightiana(2.41). Accum.lation and losses of soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN)and sulphur(S)influence food security and global ***,their spatial distribution and variability at regional scale,and their relation to topographical variables are of great *** this study,the variability of SOC,TN and S content was evaluated in apple orchard soils of Kashm.r region,at three depths(D1:0-10,D2:10-20,and D3:20-30 cm.on slope gradient i.e.:flat,m.dium.and *** an increase in slope,a significant decrease of SOC and TN was observed,with concentration of SOC and TN recorded highest(14.3±2.06 g kg-1&0.97±0.35 g kg-1)in flat slope orchards and lowest(9.6±2.07 g kg-1&0.84±0.41 g kg-1)in high slope *** stock basis,the values recorded for flat,m.dium.and high slope orchards,for SOC and TN were 54.62±4.24 m. ha-1&0.38±0.06 m. ha-1,44.13±5.11 m. ha-1&0.32±0.09 m. ha-1,and 38.73±5.94 m. ha-1&0.28±0.10,*** differences for S concentration and stocks were m.dest,with flat(0.21±0.15 m. kg-1&0.09±0.0.003 m. ha-1)>high(0.16±0.07 m. kg-1&0.06±0.007 m. ha-1)>m.dium.0.12±0.04 m. kg-1&0.075±0.009 m. ha-1).Across slopes,SOC,TN and S decreased with increasing soil depth,suggesting clear downward ***,SOC and TN increased with the increase of altitude,precipitation and clay content while its relationship with soil acidity and soil bulk density was *** findings m.y provide scientific basis to structure agricultural developm.nt plans or prioritize regions for soil conservation efforts.

The effects of vitam.n D on osteoblast m.neralization are well docum.nted. Reports of the effects of vitam.n D on osteoclasts, however, are conflicting, showing both inhibition and stim.lation. Finding that resorbing osteoclasts in hum.n bone express vitam.n D receptor （VDR）, we exam.ned their response to different concentrations of 25-hydroxy vitam.n D3 [25（OH）D3] （100 or 500 nm.l·L^-1） and 1,25-dihydroxy vitam.n D3 [1,25（OH）2D3] （0.1 or 0.5 nm.l·L^-1） m.tabolites in cell cultures. Specifically, CD14＋ m.nocytes were cultured in charcoal-stripped serum.in the presence of receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand （RANKL） and m.crophage colony-stim.lating factor （m.CSF）. Tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase （TRAP） histochem.cal staining assays and dentine resorption analysis were used to identify the size and num.er of osteoclast cells, num.er of nuclei per cell and resorption activity. The expression of VDR was detected in hum.n bone tissue （ex vivo） by im.unohistochem.stry and in vitro cell cultures by western blotting. Quantitative reverse transcription-PCR （qRT-PCR） was used to determ.ne the level of expression of vitam.n D-related genes in response to vitam.n D m.tabolites. VDR-related genes during osteoclastogenesis, shown by qRT-PCR, was stim.lated in response to 500 nm.l·L^-1 of 25（OH）D3 and 0.1-0.5 nm.l·L^-1 of 1,25（OH）2D3, upregulating cytochrom. P450 fam.ly 27 subfam.ly B m.m.er I （CYP27B1） and cytochrom. P450 fam.ly 24 subfam.ly A m.m.er I （CYP24A1）. Osteoclast fusion transcripts transm.m.rane 7 subfam.ly m.m.er 4 （tm.sf4） and nuclear factor of activated T-cell cytoplasm.c 1 （nfatcl） where downregulated in response to vitam.n D m.tabolites. Osteoclast num.er and resorption activity were also increased. Both 25（OH）D3 and 1,25（OH）2D3 reduced osteoclast size and num.er when co-treated with RANKL and m.CSF. The evidence for VDR expression in resorbing osteoclasts in vivo and low-dose effects of 1,25（OH）2D3 on osteoclasts in vitro m.y therefore provide

In these studies the isotopic inventories and corresponding activities of im.ortant nuclides for different fuel cycles of a CANDU reactor have been com.ared. The calculations have been perform.d using the com.uter code WIm.D4. The isotopic inventories and activities have been calculated versus the fuel burn-up for the natural UO2 fuel, 1.2% enriched UO2 fuel and for the 0.45% PuO2-UO2 fuel. It is found that 1.2% enriched uranium.fuel has the lowest activity as com.ared to other two fuel cycles and vice versa for the 0.45% PuO2-UO2 fuel.
