The voltage decay of lithium-rich layered oxides(LLOs)is still one of the key challenges for their application in commercial battery although these materials possess the advantages of high specific capacity and low *** this work,the relationship between voltage decay and tap density of LLOs has been *** voltage decay can be significantly suppressed with the increasing tap density as well as the homogenization of the primary or secondary particle size of agglomerated spherical *** results have shown that an extreme small voltage decay of 0.98 m V cycle^(-1)can be obtained through adjusting the tap density of agglomerated spherical LLOs to 1.99 g cm^(-3),in which the size of primary and secondary particles are *** work offers a new insight towards the voltage decay and capacity fading of LLOs through precursor preparation process,promoting their application in the real battery in the future.

Owing to the 4.0 industrial revolution condition monitoring maintenance is widely accepted as a useful approach to avoiding plant disturbances and ***,Motor Current Signature Analysis(MCSA)is widely reported as a condition monitoring technique in the detection and identification of individual andmultiple Induction Motor(IM)***,checking the fault detection and classification with deep learning models and its comparison among them selves or conventional approaches is rarely reported in the ***,in this work,wepresent the detection and identification of induction motor faults with MCSA and three Deep Learning(DL)models namely MLP,LSTM,and ***,we have developed the model of Squirrel Cage induction motor in MATLAB and simulated it for single phasing and stator winding faults(SWF)using Fast Fourier Transform(FFT),Short Time Fourier Transform(STFT),and Continuous Wavelet Transform(CWT)to detect and identify the healthy and unhealthy conditions with phase to ground,single phasing and in multiple fault conditions using Motor Current Signature *** faults impact on stator current is presented in the time and frequency domain(i.e.,power spectrum).The simulation results show that the scalogram has shown good results in time-frequency analysis for fault and showing its impact on the energy of current during individual fault and multiple fault *** is further investigated with three deep learning models(i.e.,MLP,LSTM,and 1D-CNN)for checking the fault detection and identification(i.e.,classification)improvement in a three-phase induction *** simulating the three-phase induction motor in various healthy and unhealthy conditions in MATLAB,we have collected current signature data in the time domain,labeled them accordingly and created the 50 thousand samples dataset for DL *** the DL models are trained and validated with a suitable number of architecture *** simulation,the multiclass confusion

Multiple morphological abnormalities of the sperm flagella(MMAF)is a specific type of asthenoteratozoospermia,presenting with multiple morphological anomalies in spermatozoa,such as absent,bent,coiled,short,or irregular caliber *** genetic studies revealed pathogenic mutations in genes encoding cilia and flagella-associated proteins(CFAPs;e.g.,CFAP43,CFAP44,CFAP65,CFAP69,CFAP70,and CFAP251)responsible for the MMAF phenotype in infertile men from different ethnic ***,none of them have been identified in infertile Pakistani males with *** the current study,two Pakistani families with MMAF patients were ***-exome sequencing(WES)of patients and their parents was *** analysis reflected novel biallelic loss-of-function mutations in CFAP43 in both families(Family 1:ENST00000357060.3,***300Lysfs*22 and ***526Serfs*43 in a compound heterozygous state;Family 2:ENST00000357060.3,***526Serfs*43 in a homozygous state).Sanger sequencing further confirmed that these mutations were segregated recessively in the families with the MMAF *** reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was carried out to detect the effect of the mutation on mRNA of the affected *** research demonstrated that biallelic loss-of-function mutations in CFAP43 accounted for the majority of all CFAP43-mutant MMAF *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first study to report CFAP43 biallelic loss-of-function mutations in a Pakistani population with the MMAF *** study will help researchers and clinicians to understand the genetic etiology of MMAF better.

Over the last fifteen years, China rapidly expanded its outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) through remarkable economic growth and the “go global” policy. Chinese firms explored investment avenues especially in developing and emerging countries. As a result, China became the third largest contributor of OFDI. We examine the determinants of Chinese OFDI in 67 countries during the period lasting from 2006 to 2015 using the feasible generalized least square method. We find that the size of the economy, market opportunities, cost advantages due to low wage structure, ease of doing business, country risk, and geographical proximity are the prominent factors leading to changes in Chinese OFDI in developing and emerging economies. We find that China’s investments in different developing and emerging countries are driven by a different set of factors and the determinants of Chinese OFDI vary in low and high per capita income countries.

This article concerns the analysis of an unsteady stagnation point flow of Eyring–Powell nanofluid over a stretching *** influence of thermophoresis and Brownian motion is also considered in transport *** nonlinear ODE set is obtained from the governing nonlinear equations via suitable *** numerical experiments are performed using the Galerkin scheme.A tabular form comparison analysis of outcomes attained via the Galerkin approach and numerical scheme(RK-4)is available to show the credibility of the Galerkin *** numerical exploration is carried out for various governing parameters,namely,Brownian motion,steadiness,thermophoresis,stretching ratio,velocity slip,concentration slip,thermal slip,and fluid parameters,and Hartmann,Prandtl and Schmidt *** velocity of fluid enhances with an increase in fluid and magnetic parameters for the case of opposing,but the behavior is reversed for assisting *** Brownian motion and thermophoresis parameters cause an increase in temperature for both cases(assisting and opposing).The Brownian motion parameter provides a drop-in concentration while an increase is noticed for the thermophoresis *** the outcomes and the behavior of emerging parameters are illustrated *** comparison analysis and graphical plots endorse the appropriateness of the Galerkin *** is concluded that said method could be extended to other problems of a complex nature.

Herein,the rational design micromilieus involved silk fibroin(SF)-based materials have been used to encapsulate the osteoblasts,forming an extracellular coated shell on the cells,which exhibited the high potential to shift the regulation of osteoblasts to osteocytes by encapsulation *** coating treated cells showed a change in cell morphology from osteoblasts-like to osteocytes-like shape comparedwith untreated ***,the expression of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),collagen I(Col I)and osteocalcin(OcN)further indicated a potential approach for inducingosteoblasts regulation,which typically accelerates calcium deposition and cell calcification,presenting a key role for the SF encapsulation in controlling osteoblasts *** discovery showed that SF-based cell encapsulation could be used for osteoblasts behavior regulation,which offers a great potential to modulate mammalian cells'phenotype involvingalternatingsurrounding cues.

A number of research programs have been established to evaluate potential applications of constructed wetlands in Western Australia. These constructed wetlands are known not only for their nutrient removal capability, but also their role in habitat creation, urban landscaping and water quality and environmental health. They play an important role in the reduction of nutrients, particularly phosphorous, from entering the waterways. This paper reports on the improvement of water quality in the Peel Main Drain before its disposal into the Peel Estuary, Perth, Western Australia. The nitrogen to phosphorous (N:P) ratio was below the critical limit during summer (dry spell) and the system was limited by nitrogen. The concentration of phosphorus was high in summer and low in winter due to increased availability of dissolved oxygen in winter. A wetland was proposed to improve the water quality in the Peel Main Drain using vegetation and substrate. The hydrologic effectiveness was found to be 78% for a detention time of 30 hours. It is expected that the maximum nitrogen removal efficiency of the constructed wetland will be 80% with an estimated efficiency of 40% in the first year and 60-80% in the subsequent years. For phosphorous it is expected that the constructed wetland will be effective in removing filterable reactive phosphorous. Traditional sediment remediation techniques have been found unsuitable for the long term binding of the phosphorous therefore the use of Phoslock TM is recommended.
