The successful implementation of any software project depends upon the requirements. Change in requirements at any stage during the life cycle of software development is taken as a healthy process. However, making out this change in a co-located environment is somewhat easier than the distributed environment where stakeholders are scattered at more than one location. This raises many challenges?i.e.?coordination, communication & control, managing change effectively and efficiently and managing central repository. Thus, cloud computing can be applied to minimize these challenges among the stakeholders. We have used a case study to evaluate the framework using cloud computing.

青光眼是由多种因素引起的神经退行性疾病,眼压过高会损害视神经而导致永久性视力丧失。虽然青光眼的基本病理生理机制尚未确定,但眼组织如视神经,视网膜,脉络膜以及虹膜的血流改变是青光眼发病的重要危险因素。由于不同因素所引发的视神经损害的有限认知,测量方法和治疗方面缺乏,人们对青光眼的理解存在障碍。尽管研究人员在不断地积累证据,力证眼血流的变化在青光眼发病机制中起着重要的作用,但大部分情况下,对于眼血流的变化和青光眼的患病风险之间的关系,他们都持有多样甚至矛盾的结论。本文中,我们回顾了青光眼的不同方面以及眼血流在疾病发展中的影响。

This paper proposes a new involutive light-weight block cipher for resource-constraint environments called I-PRESENTTM. The design is based on the Present block cipher which is included in the ISO/IEC 29192 standard on lightweight cryptography. The advantage of I-PRESENTTM is that the cipher is involutive such that the encryption circuit is identical to decryption. This is an advantage for environments which require the implementation of both circuits. The area requirement of I-PRESENTTM compares reasonably well with other similar ciphers such as PRINCE.

Background:Mucociliary clearance is an important defense mechanism in human upper and lower respiratory *** of this process by certain conditions such as cigarette smoking can predispose to chronic infection and neoplasm of the nose and paranasal ***:This was a cross-sectional study conducted in Kano metropolis,*** adults were enrolled,a saccharine test was conducted,and the nasal mucociliary clearance time was *** of the result was carried out using Statistical Product and Service Solutions version ***:There were 225 participants categorized into 75 active smokers(33.3%),74 passive smokers(32.9%),and 76 nonsmokers(33.8%,living in a smoking-free zone).The age range of the participants was between 18 and 50 years,with a mean age of(31.2±5.6)*** participants were *** were 139(61.8%)of Hausa-Fulani ethnic group,24(10.7%)Yoruba,18(8.0%)Igbo,and 44(19.5%)other ethnic *** in this study showed that the average mucociliary clearance time among active smokers was prolonged([15.25±6.20]min)compared to passive([11.41±4.25]min)and nonsmokers([9.17±2.76]min)respectively,with a statistical significance(F=33.59,P<0.001).Binary logistic regression revealed that the number of cigarettes smoked per day was an independent predictor of prolonged mucociliary clearance time(P=0.008,odds ratio=0.44,95%confidence interval=0.24–0.80).Conclusion:Active cigarette smoking is associated with prolonged nasal mucociliary clearance *** number of cigarette sticks smoked per day was found to be an independent predictor of prolonged mucociliary clearance time.

Comparative study of the turtle excurrent duct system increases our understanding the evolution of sperm motility and fertility maintenance in higher *** in this study we observed the histology and ultrastructure organization of efferent ductules in the Pelodiscus sinensis using light and transmission electron *** efferent ductules were extratesticular and 22-28 in number originated from rete *** epithelium was entirely composed of two types of cells,the predominant non-ciliated and ciliated *** ciliated cells have long cilia that protrude into the lumen to form a *** cells associated with clusters of mitochondria in the supranuclear cytoplasm and possess coated vesicles,vacuole,intracellular spaces and junction *** cells in the proximal portion of the ductules contained endocytic apparatus with coated pits and tubules in the apical *** and lipid droplets were predominantly present around the nuclei of these *** non-ciliated cells had clusters of mitochondria present in both the supranuclear and perinuclear cytoplasm whereas,the nuclei of these cells were lightly *** er,the contour of the epithelium towards lumen was irregular as it had a deep *** apical cytoplasm goes deep into the lumen to form cytoplasmic *** is the first study to describe the detailed features of efferent ductules in Pelodiscus sinensis with,special focus on the morphology of ciliated cells,as these cells are involved in the mixing of luminal fluid and transport of spermatozoa towards the distal region.

Wheat [Triticum aestivum L. (Poaceae)] is the staple diet of people in Pakistan. It is attacked by many types of pests. Therefore the purpose of this study was to assess the impact of climate change on the ecology and epidemiology of various wheat pests in Punjab, Pakistan. Results indicate that maximum weeds hot spots 242 (5.98%) Phalaris minor, 45 (1.18%) wild oat and 203 (5.01%) broad leaf weeds were noted in 2015. Aphid 31 (0.86%) hot spots were recorded in 2016 while maximum army worm 13 (0.26%) hot spots were noted in 2017. Maximum 70 (1.73%) spots of yellow rust and 85 (2.10%) hot spots of brown rust were observed during 2015 while 84 (4.16%) spots of loose smut were observed during 2017. ANOVA shows that years have no significant difference (P > 0.05) but weeks have significant effect on occurrence of these pest incidences except brown rust. But regression ANOVA was significant (P ≤ 0.05) and regression models equations have been developed on the bases of recorded data. Pest incidence was taken as dependent variable Y and weather factors i.e. minimum temperature as X1, maximum temperature as X2, relative humidity as X3 and rain fall as X4 were taken as independent variables. This study will help in recommendations for moving forward aiming at integration of biology of rust and smut diseases of wheat with changing climate for development of resistant varieties for resilient and durable management of these pathogens.

Oviduct is not merely conduit which join the uterus and ovaries,but the venue of fertilization,sperm capacitation and sperm *** storage observed in many animal species ranges from few hours to several *** are known to store sperm for period upto year or *** examined the ultrastructure of oviduct epithelium and glandular secretions in Pelodiscusis *** storage of spermatozoa was restricted to isthmus,uterus and *** of oviduct was lined with ciliated,secretory and third type of *** third type of cells was observed with abundant mitochondria,vacuoles and narrow *** the two basic cells were found which spanning the entire *** predominant were secretory cells while the others were *** prominent characteristic of ciliated cells was the presence of secretory vacuole released in the lumen in apocrine *** cells have typical biphasic granules with dark and lucent *** addition,gland cells show prominent feature including the presence of different shape,size and electron density *** synthesis of these granules are described firstly present study,Apperantly mitochondria appear to play a role in dense granule *** granules are displaced toward the apical cytoplasm when the material of the less dense portion is added more concentric layers for final maturation with the assistance of the rough endoplasmic reticulum and *** composite granules are released into the lumen by exocytosis when the less dense portion merges with the luminal *** substance leaching out of from epithelium as well as glands may contribute to keeping the sperm quiescent and alive during storage in the female reproductive tract.
