Objective: Evaluating the bio-reducing activity and various potential, annotates the biological entitties of Fagonia cretica. Method: By fractionating the crude extract with different ethanol-water fraction mixture. This substantiates the reduction potential for the biological synthesis of AgNPs, its antioxidant, anti-urease and anti-Tyrosinase activity. Results: UV-visible spectra confirm the bio-reducing potential for Ag NPs with the optimized 50% ethanol-water fraction mixture. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) confirmed the round shaped AgNPs with an average size of 16 nm in optimized 50% fraction mixture. Further evaluating Ethanol-water fraction with 90% and 70% of plant extract showed more potentials for Anti-Tyrosinase and Anti-urease activity. Moreover, diluted 30% fraction exhibits two folds higher Anti-oxidant and Anti urease activity. Conclusion: Overall, this work showed that 50% Ethanol-water fraction has potentially active molecules (among all fractions) primarily involved in bio-reducing potential of Ag NPs and enzymatic assay while 90% mixture proved to be least active. This study suggested electing the optimum mixture fraction of 50% ethanol-water in order to screen the bioactive compounds and to inculcate their activity status for clinical trials.

Background:An optimal N rate is one of the basic determinants for high cotton *** purpose of this study was to determine the optimal N rate on a new cotton cropping pattern with late-sowing,high density and onetime fertilization at the first flower period in Yangtze River Valley,China.A 2-year experiment was conducted in 2015 and 2016 with a randomized complete block *** cotton growth process,yield,and biomass accumulation were ***:The results showed that N rates had no effect on cotton growing progress or *** yield was increased with N rates increasing from 120 to 180 kg·hm^−2,while the yield was not increased when the N rate was beyond 180 kg·hm−2,or even decreased(9∼29%).Cotton had the highest biomass at the N rate of 180 kg·hm^−2 is due to its highest accumulation speed during the fast accumulation ***:The result suggests that the N rate for cotton could be reduced further to be 180 kg·hm^−2 under the new cropping pattern in the Yangtze River Valley,China.

Acoustic signals travels rapidly in water without attenuating fish *** digital sonar and passive acoustic has been used for fish monitoring and fish ***,it is an urgent need to introduce new techniques in order to monitor the growth rate of fish during harvesting and without causing adverse effects to the harvested ***,a novel technique was introduced to probe the acoustic signal frequency ratio in absence and presence of the fish in tanks,which basically uses an acoustic sensor(hydrophone),acoustic signal processing system(scope meter),and a signal monitoring system(fluke view).Acoustic signals were selected from 48-52 Hz frequency,measure of dispersion of frequency signal represented as a function of time via Xlstat *** of dispersion displayed a significant effect of acoustic signal in the presence and absence of the fish in *** optimised protocols of this study will help to control and prevent excessive wastage of feed and enhance proper utilization of feed that chiefly enhance fish growth in aquaculture.

＜正＞Water scarcity for agricultural production has been on the rise and development of new water resources increasingly costly. Strategies for increasing farm-level water-use efficiency are widely discussed, but the impact of water saving technologies on water savings and water productivity system sub-basin level remains to be researched. This paper partly describes an ongoing project to understand impacts of water saving technologies on water savings and water productivity over a range of scales. The approach consists of the development of a spatially distributed modeling framework that accounts for spatial variability in topography, vegetation and soils and facilitates physically realistic spatial integration of the complete water balance in a range of scales. The approach combined modeling, field measurements and remote sensing. The project assesses the impact of water saving technologies on water savings and water productivity at the field and system levels. Controlled experiments at field-level are conducted in conjunction with farm surveys designed to assess the financial benefits of WSI. Continuously flooded rice is compared with three different systems of water-saving irrigation - AWD, saturated soil culture with raised beds （SSC）, and aerobic rice varieties and culture. Field results are being graded up to determine whether the water-saving potential of alternative management practices at field level results in water saving at irrigation system level. The initial results based on research being conducted at both ZIS and LIS are site specific. In the quest to scale up our models that can link interactions between scales （field and system） and between various important factors that may lead to real water savings and apply them to other irrigation systems, we explicitly incorporated the spatial variability in hydrologic conditions into the LIS surface-groundwater interaction model. At the field scale, a soil water balance model is developed to estimate recharge

The endurance performance(EP)of electric multi-rotors spraying drones(EMSDs)is a key technical indicator that ensures the completion of tasks and improves their *** improve the EP of current EMSD,a test system was designed to determine the EP based on the EMSD test platform,and the performance evaluation method was ***,a test model was established to determine the equivalent energy dissipation using the performance-testing platform of the ***,a multisensory test system was *** attitude sensor,high-power DC power supply,infrared thermal imager,and serial port server were *** mounting fixture was designed to meet the universal mounting requirements of *** addition,the software LabVIEW was employed to program the code for the controller and the host computer,where functions such as data collection,data processing,communication,and graphical user interface(GUI),were performed reliably in real ***,the test method was explored by considering factors such as the power consumption,thermal efficiency ratio,and unit load power consumption *** particular,a comprehensive index method and expert consultation weight method were used to evaluate the EP of the EMSD with multiple ***,a systematic real-machine test was carried out on the three types of drones that are currently widely used in the *** results verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method,which was employed to test and evaluate the EP based on the EMSD performance testing *** the same time,it can provide a reference for the development of the EMSD.

当代科学领域,氧化石墨烯(GO)及其还原形式(rGO)引起了科学界的重大关注。适当还原石墨烯氧化物既能保持其原有性能,同时又能增强其功效。传统上,在实验研究中各种危险化学药剂如(GO)的使用,对环境保护,人体健康,牲畜安全等存在着巨大的潜在危险。因此,利用来自绿色可再生资源的生物分子(如:植物,藻类和蓝细菌)来减少GO的污染就十分必要。在目前的研究中,我采用了新的研究方案,并采用了不同的微藻株探索其还原潜力,用于将GO还原成rGO,从而达到环境友好的目标。采用不同微藻类水生提取物中的生物活性分子作为绿色化学品(如:空泡藤(菌株211-11n),嗜酸环氧化酶(菌株211-9a)和Lyptolyngbya菌株(JSC-1)的来源,以减少石墨烯氧化物的污染。GO(227至287 nm)的表面等离子体共振的光谱变化和拉曼光谱中D和G带的变化,证实了氧化石墨烯成功地还原为还原的氧化石墨烯。通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线分析证实,还原的氧化石墨烯的形态和晶体结构。表面电位从-43r mV到-17 mV的连续降低进一步支持了将GO还原成rGO(ζ电位分析)。然后将合成的生物源rGO用作去除重金属如铅(Pb)和铜(Cu)的吸附剂。在不同的时间间隔内的吸附表明,Pb(95±2%)和Cu(96±2%)的去除率较高,表明生物源rGO是从污染水中去除重金属的优良材料,并且有可能成为其他环境污染物的高效吸附剂。总而言之,使用微藻作为还原生物分子的来源将GO还原成其还原形式,因此对环境的潜在威胁将被最小化。

＜正＞Improving water use efficiency is crucial to both Australia and China. In the case of China, development in the last half century has resulted in the irrigated area growing from 16.0 Mha to 55.9 Mha which accounts for 42.4% of the farmland. The total water use for irrigation in China gradually increased from approximately 100 BCM in 1949 to 358 BCM in 1980, after which, it has since stabilised. However, competition for water from other sectors is increasing. For example, industrial and municipal water use has increased rapidly and reduced the proportion used in irrigation to 92, 80 and 60% in 1949, 1980 and 2003 respectively. This situation demands major improvement in water use efficiency for irrigated agriculture if current production levels are to be enhanced or maintained. Irrigated agriculture makes up 70% of Australia’s consumptive water use. With the water resources in irrigation areas being close to fully allocated, or even over-allocated in some catchments, there is an increased competition for water. It is generally accepted that there will be less water available for irrigated agriculture in the future and the only way to provide enough water for irrigation will be to use the available resource more efficiently at both farm and catchment scales. In both China and Australia, it is hardly possible to withdraw more water from existing resources;the present irrigation practices and future irrigation developments should focus on improvement of water use efficiency in all sectors at all scales. However, savings from one part of the system may lead to higher water use in another part of the system and the overall improvement may be negligible. Some measures that may improve the water productivity in agriculture are canal lining, irrigation scheduling, high-tech irrigation technologies, improved cropping patterns and conversion to crops with higher economic returns.
