The research volume increases at the study rate,causing massive text *** to these enormous text corpora,we are drowning in data and starving for ***,recent research employed different text mining approaches to extract information from this text *** proposed approaches extract meaningful and precise phrases that effectively describe the text’s *** extracted phrases are commonly termed ***,these key phrases are employed to determine the different fields of study ***,these key phrases can also be used to determine the spatiotemporal trends in the various research *** this research,the progress of a research field can be better revealed through spatiotemporal bibliographic trend ***,an effective spatiotemporal trend extraction mechanism is required to disclose textile research trends of particular regions during a specific *** study collected a diversified dataset of textile research from 2011–2019 and different countries to determine the research *** data was collected from various open access ***,this research determined the spatiotemporal trends using quality *** research also focused on finding the research collaboration of different countries in a particular research *** research collaborations of other countries’researchers show the impact on import and export of those *** visualization approach is also incorporated to understand the results better.

Dynamic trip point categorisation using manufacturing process for polycrystalline diamond compact bits as case study

Disruptions in the manufacturing process cast substantial impacts on the consumer’s centric values,cost,and overall *** ripple effect of these disruptions is observed in the whole assembly *** proper analysis and mitigation of disruptions is the key to the proficiency of the plant and resource *** research focuses on the quantitative analysis of the impact of disruptions of the manufacturing process,which is performed by analysing the disruptive workstation *** disruptive workstations have a significant impact on succeeding and preceding workstations,which have been analysed dynamically,and accordingly,the preset alarm trip points are *** results show that lowering the number of starts and stops decreases the number of rejections of valuable process batches that finally improve ***,the developed model is implemented on a polycrystalline diamond compact drill bit manufacturing *** results are compared with the research work of other researchers,showing a 60%reduction in the number of start/stop events,60%reduction in downtime,while a 75%reduction in the number of rejections is noted.

Climate change impacts on crop yield,crop water productivity and food security-A review

This paper provides a comprehensive review of literature related to the assessment of climate change impacts on crop productivity using climate,water and crop yield *** existing studies present that climate change models with higher spatial resolution can be a way forward for future climate ***,stochastic projections of more than one climate model are necessary for providing insights into model uncertainties as well as to develop risk management *** is projected that water availability will increase in some parts of the world,which will have its own effect on water use efficiency and water *** production can increase if irrigated areas are expanded or irrigation is intensified,but these may increase the rate of environmental degradation. Since climate change impacts on soil water balance will lead to changes of soil evaporation and plant transpiration,consequently,the crop growth period may shorten in the future impacting on water *** yields affected by climate change are projected to be different in various areas,in some areas crop yields will increase,and for other areas it will decrease depending on the latitude of the area and irrigation *** modelling results show that an increase in precipitation will increase crop yield,and what is more,crop yield is more sensitive to the precipitation than *** water availability is reduced in the future,soils of high water holding capacity will be better to reduce the impact of drought while maintaining crop *** the temperature increasing and precipitation fluctuations,water availability and crop production are likely to decrease in the *** the irrigated areas are expanded,the total crop production will increase;however,food and environmental quality may degrade.

Enzymatic production of N‑acetylneuraminic acid:advances and perspectives

N-Acetyl-d-neuraminic acid(NeuAc),a well-known and well-studied sialic acid,is found in cell surface glycolipids and glycoproteins,where it performs a variety of biological *** use of NeuAc as a nutraceutical for infant brain development and as an intermediate for pharmaceutical production demands its production on an industrial *** extraction,chemical synthesis,enzymatic synthesis,and biosynthesis are the methods used for NeuAc *** these methods,enzymatic synthesis using N-acetyl-glucosamine(GlcNAc)2-epimerase(AGE)for epimerization and N-acetyld-neuraminic acid lyase(NAL)for aldol condensation,has been reported to produce NeuAc with high production *** this review,we discuss advances in the two-step enzymatic synthesis of NeuAc using pyruvate and GlcNAc as *** major challenges in producing NeuAc with high yield are highlighted,including multiple parameter-dependent processes,undesirable reversibility,and diminished solubility of AGEs and ***,diferent strategies applied to overcome the limitations of the two-step enzymatic production are discussed,such as pyruvate concentration and temperature shift during the process to increase conversion yield,use of mathematical and computational simulations for process optimization,enzyme engineering to make enzymes highly efcient,and the use of tags and chaperones to increase enzyme *** suggest future directions and the strategies that can be followed to improve enzymatic synthesis of NeuAc.

MgO(001) barrier based magnetic tunnel junctions and their device applications

Spintronics has received a great attention and significant interest within the past decades,and provided considerable and remarked applications in industry and electronic information *** spintronics,the MgO based magnetic tunnel junction(MTJ) is an important research advancement because of its physical properties and excellent performance,such as the high TMR ratio in MgO based *** present an overview of more than a decade development in MgO based *** review contains three main sections.(1) Research of several types of MgO based MTJs,including single-crystal MgO barrier based-MTJs,double barrier MTJs,MgO based MTJs with interlayer,novel electrode material MTJs based on MgO,novel barrier based MTJs,novel barrier MTJs based on MgO,and perpendicular MTJs.(2) Some typical physical effects in MgO based MTJs,which include six observed physical effects in MgO based MTJs,namely spin transfer torque(STT) effect,Coulomb blockade magnetoresistance(CBMR) effect,oscillatory magnetoresistance,quantum-well resonance tunneling effect,electric field assisted magnetization switching effect,and spincaloric effect.(3) In the last section,a brief introduction of some important device applications of MgO based MTJs,such as GMR & TMR read heads and magneto-sensitive sensors,both field and current switching MRAM,spin nano oscillators,and spin logic devices,have been provided.

Perpendicular magnetic tunnel junction and its application in magnetic random access memory

Recent progresses in magnetic tunnel junctions with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy （PMA） are reviewed and summarized. At first, the concept and source of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy （PMA） are introduced. Next, a historical overview of PMA materials as magnetic electrodes, such as the RE-TM alloys TbFeCo and GdFeCo, novel tetragonal manganese alloys Mn-Ga, L10-ordered （Co, Fe）/Pt alloy, multilayer film [Co, Fe, CoFe/Pt, Pd, Ni, AU]N, and ultra-thin magnetic metal/oxidized barrier is offered. The other part of the article focuses on the optimization and fabrication of CoFeB/MgO/CoFeB p-MTJs, which is thought to have high potential to meet the main demands for non-volatile magnetic random access memory.

Hydro and Wind Power Integration: A Case Study of Dargai Station in Pakistan

Pakistan is facing acute energy crises since last few years. Due to shortage of fuel oil and its sky touching prices, it seems very uneconomical to generate electricity from fuel oil. In order to generate cheap electricity we have to rely on renewable energy resources. To address these challenges, wind power generation is among the popular options in the world which is now being considered in Pakistan as well. However unremitting change in wind speed from calm to stormy introduces real challenges. Storing wind energy in batteries during the periods of low demand seems an expensive option, especially when dealing with large scale power generation. Due to incessantly varying nature of wind speed, it is not feasible to rely only on wind power for cheap power production. Also, it is not thriftily possible to construct separate transmission line. However if we integrate wind power with hydro power, we can utilize the maximum possible transmission capacity. Existing hydro power station operating in that area or pumped storage scheme can be used. This paper is an attempt to analyze coordination of wind generation with hydro power in those areas of Pakistan where both wind and hydro power sources exist. In this paper, different issues have been analyzed taking case study of Dargai. This paper is first attempt in Pakistan about integration of wind and hydro power to draw some general conclusions and to point out some areas in which further research can be done.

Climatic regionalization mapping of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area,Australia

In this study,spatial analysis techniques were used to generate climatic zoning maps of the East Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area(MIA), *** term climate data were used to analyze and assess regional climatic variation by cluster analysis in a GIS environment. Based on thermal and moisture factors,four variables were chosen to develop climate *** variables include annual average rainfalls, annual average ETc,annual average Growing Day Degree(GDD) and daily average temperature generated from daily climate data of 36 years(1971-2006) on 12 local weather stations as the fundamental elements of regional climate ***-based spatial analysis models are used to map climate sub-regions from sets of climatic parameters derived from regional climate data *** climate zoning schemes are presented by integration of spatial interpolation,spatial cluster analysis and climate indices *** scheme comes with the two climate zones of the West and the East based on spatial cluster analysis according to selected climatic variables, and the other comes with the three comprehensive hydro-thermal zones and the six hydro-thermal balance zones.

Intraspecific Variations of Phosphorus Absorption and Remobilization, P Forms, and Their Internal Buffering in Brassica Cultivars Exposed to a P-Stressed Environment

Translocation of absorbed phosphorus （P） from metabolically inactive sites to active sites in plants growing under P deprivation may increase its P utilization efficiency （PUE）. Acclimation to phosphate （Pi） starvation may be caused by a differential storage pool of vacuolar P, its release, and the intensity of re-translocation of absorbed P as P starvation inducible environmental cues （PSlEC） from ambient environment. Biomass assay and three P forms, namely inorganic （Pi）, organic （Po）, and acid-soluble total （Ptas） were estimated in Brassica cultivars exposed to 10 d P deprivation in the culture media. Considering that -aPi/at denotes the rate of Pi release, Pi release velocity （RSPi） was determined as the tangent to the equations obtained for Pi f（t） at the mean point in the period of greatest Pi decrease, whereas the inverse of the RSPi was an estimate of the internal Pi buffering capacity （IBCPi）. Inter cultivar variations in size of the non-metabolic Pi pool, RSPi, re-translocation of Pi from less to more active metabolic sites, and preferential Pi source and sink compartments were evaluated under P starvation. The cultivar ＇Brown Raya＇ showed the highest Pi storage ability under adequate external P supply, and a more intensive release than ＇Rain Bow＇ and ＇Dunkled＇ under P stress. Cultivar ＇B.S.A＇ was inferior to ＇Con-l＇ in its ability to store and use Pi. Roots and upper leaves were the main sink of Pi stored in the lower and middle leaves of all cultivars and showed lower IBCPi and larger RSPi values than lower and middle leaves. In another trial, six cultivars were exposed to P-free nutrition for 29 d after initial feeding on optimum nutrition for 15 d. With variable magnitude, all of the cultivars re-translocatad P from the above ground parts to their roots under P starvation, and [P] at 44 d after transplanting was higher in developing leaves compared with developed leaves. Traceability implementation in food supply chain: A grey-DEMATEL approach

Numerous incidents of food adulteration,fraudulence and foodborne disease outbreaks have shaken the consumer confidence towards the food they *** incidents compel the Food Supply Chain(FSC)partners to implement an appropriate traceability system in their respective supply chains to sustain the consumer *** objective of this research is to identify the drivers(major factors)which play a significant role in the successful implementation of the traceability system in FSC and evaluate the causal relationships developing *** drivers are identified towards implementation of the traceability system in FSC through literature review and supported with expert’s *** grey-based DEMATEL approach is identified to evaluate these relationships among the drivers according to their net ***,these drivers ranked based on the prominence and effect *** finding of this research shows that the drivers are clustered into two groups namely:influential(cause)and influenced(effect)*** drivers belong to the influential group,and remaining eight are from the influenced *** most influential driver is the “food safety and quality”which provide a significant effect on the implementation of a traceability *** research can be a building block to develop a framework to implement the traceability system within FSC and assist the policymakers,and practitioners to identify and evaluate drivers related to the implementation of traceability system in *** paper also provides a useful insight&support to the practitioners and managers in decision making for traceability implementation related issues。
