Recycled steel fiber reinforced concrete is an innovative construction material that offers exceptional mechanical properties and *** is considered a sustainable material due to its low carbon footprint and environmental friendly *** study examines the key influencing factors that affect the behavior of this material,such as the steel fiber volume ratio,recycled aggregate replacement rate,concrete strength grade,anchorage length,and stirrup *** study investigates the bond failure morphology,bond-slip,and bond strength constitutive relationship of steel fiber recycled *** results show that the addition of steel fibers at 0.5%,1.0%,and 1.5%volume ratios can improve the ultimate bond strength of pull-out specimens by 9.05%,6.94%,and 5.52%,*** replacement rate of recycled aggregate has minimal effect on the typical bond strength of pull-out ***,the ultimate bond strengths of pull-out specimens with concrete strength grades C45 and C60 have improved compared to those with C30 *** specimens with longer anchorage lengths exhibit lower ultimate bond strength,with a reduction of 33.19%and 46.37%for anchorage lengths of 5D and 7D,respectively,compared to those without *** restraint of 1φ8 and 2φ8 improves the ultimate bond strength by 5.29%and 6.90%,*** fibers have a significant effect on the behavior of concrete after it cracks,especially during the stable expansion stage,crack instability expansion stage,and failure stage.

桩基础能够将上部结构荷载有效地传至地基中而广泛地用于高层建筑、桥梁等工程中。桩基沉降的准确预测非常困难,但如果预测不准,则可能对上部结构产生不良影响。与现场和室内试验相比,通过理论计算方法预测沉降更为经济和方便。本论文的目的是为桩基的设计建立一个简单、方便、可靠的计算方法。其主要工作和成果如下:1.建立了一个计算桩基沉降的方法。其原理及求解方法是:(1)将桩基础和周围土体合为一体,简化为一个刚性的等效实体基础。(2)将等效基础的侧面和底面离散化为一系列网格,以反映侧摩阻力沿深度(及宽度)和基底压力沿宽度方向的变化。(3)利用Mindlin解,建立土体沉降与侧阻力和基底压力之间的关系式。(4)通过基础与土体之间的变形协调关系及基础的平衡方程,建立侧摩阻力和基底压力的求解方程.(5)通过求解方程,获得侧摩阻力和基底压力,并最终求出基础的沉降。2.通过MATLAB编程实现了上述计算过程,并对不同平面尺寸和不同深度的桩基础进行了计算,所获得的侧摩阻力及基底压力分布形式及沉降均比较合理,而计算所需的时间很短。3.为进一步验证该计算方法的可行性,通过有限元方法对不同平面尺寸、不同桩间距及不同深度的桩基础进行了计算。结果表明,当采用工程中常用的桩间距时,本文方法的沉降计算结果与有限元法的结果相近,侧摩阻力的分布形式及大小也相吻合,表明该法的计算精度能够满足工程设计的要求。4.通过与浅埋基础沉降公式的比较,初步建立了一个将沉降计算进一步简化为等效浅埋基础沉降计算的方法,可更方便地估算桩基础的沉降。5.在上述工作的基础上,基于Mindlin解,进一步推导了地基竖向应力的计算公式,为采用其他方法计算桩基础的沉降奠定了基础。

Climate change strongly influences the available water resources in a watershed due to direct linkage of atmospheric driving forces and changes in watershed hydrological *** how these climatic changes affect watershed hydrology is essential for human society and environmental *** Model Intercomparison Project phase 6(CMIP6)dataset of three GCM's(BCC-CSM2-MR,INM-CM5-0,and MPIESM1-2-HR)with resolution of 100 km has been analyzed to examine the projected changes in temperature and precipitation over the Astore catchment during *** correction method was used to reduce *** this study,statistical significance of trends was performed by using the Man-Kendall ***'s estimator determined the magnitude of the trend on both seasonal and annual scales at Rama Rattu and Astore ***-ESM1-2-HR showed better results with coefficient of determination(COD)ranging from 0.70-0.74 for precipitation and 0.90-0.92 for maximum and minimum temperature at Astore,Rama,and Rattu followed by INM-CM5-0 and *** of British Columbia Watershed model was used to attain the future hydrological series and to analyze the hydrological response of Astore River Basin to climate *** revealed that by the end of the 2070s,average annual precipitation is projected to increase up to 26.55%under the SSP1-2.6,6.91%under SSP2-4.5,and decrease up to 21.62%under the *** also showed considerable variability during summer and *** projected temperature showed an increasing trend that may cause melting of *** projected increase in temperature ranges from-0.66℃ to 0.50℃,0.9℃ to 1.5℃ and 1.18℃ to 2℃ under the scenarios of SSP1-2.6,SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5,*** streamflows presented a slight increase by all *** streamflow was generated under SSP5-8.5 followed by SSP2-4.5 and *** snowmelt and groundwater contributions to streamflow have decreased whereas rainfa

Investigation of functional,physical,mechanical and thermal properties of TiO2 embedded polyester hybrid composites:A design of experiment(DoE)study

This paper presents a study on the Design of Experiments(Do E) approach to optimize the fabrication parameters of titania(TiO2) embedded glass fiber reinforced polyester hybrid composites(HCs). HCs of unsaturated polyester resin(UPR) were fabricated using methyl ethyl ketone peroxide(MEKP) as the curing agent by hand lay-up process(HLUP) and compression molding technique(CMT). The fabrication parameters were optimized by Taguchi Do E(an orthogonal array of L25) using 3 control factors(concentration of TiO2, concentration of MEKP and curing temperature) having 5 levels each. Statistical tools were employed to identify significant factors affecting tensile strengths and its reproducibility during HLUP. It was found that the concentration of TiO2in HCs significantly influenced the tensile strength(TS) followed by MEKP concentration and curing temperature. The highest value of TS was obtained at 3 wt% TiO2, 2 wt% MEKP and 80 °C. Nevertheless, the sensitivity of TiO2concentration was basis for fabrication of polyester titania glass fiber hybrids(PTGFHs), which were further investigated for density and void fractions, linear shrinkage, flexural strength, impact strength, hardness and thermal behaviors. Moreover, cross-linking and hydrogen-bonding between polymeric chains, styrene, silica content of glass fiber and TiO2particles in PTGFHs were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
