Image classification and unsupervised image segmentation can be achieved using the Gaussian mixture *** the Gaussian mixture model enhances the flexibility of image segmentation,it does not reflect spatial information and is sensitive to the segmentation *** this study,we first present an efficient algorithm that incorporates spatial information into the Gaussian mixture model(GMM)without parameter *** proposed model highlights the residual region with considerable information and constructs color ***,we incorporate the content-based color saliency as spatial information in the Gaussian mixture *** segmentation is performed by clustering each pixel into an appropriate component according to the expectation maximization and maximum ***,the random color histogram assigns a unique color to each cluster and creates an attractive color by default for segmentation.A random color histogram serves as an effective tool for data visualization and is instrumental in the creation of generative art,facilitating both analytical and aesthetic *** experiments,we have used the Berkeley segmentation dataset BSDS-500 and Microsoft Research in Cambridge *** the study,the proposed model showcases notable advancements in unsupervised image segmentation,with probabilistic rand index(PRI)values reaching 0.80,BDE scores as low as 12.25 and 12.02,compactness variations at 0.59 and 0.7,and variation of information(VI)reduced to 2.0 and 1.49 for the BSDS-500 and MSRC datasets,respectively,outperforming current leading-edge methods and yielding more precise segmentations.

为了探究脂质代谢在抵抗铵胁迫中的具体作用,本研究以一株高耐铵菌株Bacillus aryabhattai NM1-A2为研究对象,通过全基因组和转录组分析挖掘脂质代谢通路和关键基因,利用实时荧光定量PCR对筛选的差异表达基因进行定量分析,并测定丙二醛含量和抗氧化酶活性.结果表明,铵胁迫下脂肪酸合成相关基因(accC、fabG和fabF等)均上调表达,脂肪酸降解相关基因(ACSL、fadB和fadN等)大多下调表达,可能导致脂肪酸积累.醛脱氢酶编码基因ALDH上调表达以减少脂质氧化产物的积累.此外,铵胁迫诱导超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶表达水平和活性的提高,以减少活性氧产生和细胞损伤.因此,活跃的脂质代谢和抗氧化酶系统是*** NM1-A2抵抗铵胁迫的重要途径.

Sentiment Analysis deals with consumer reviews available on blogs,discussion forums,E-commerce websites,andApp *** online reviews about products are also becoming essential for consumers and companies as *** rely on these reviews to make their decisions about products and companies are also very interested in these reviews to judge their products and *** reviews are also a very precious source of information for requirement *** companies and consumers are not very satisfied with the overall sentiment;they like fine-grained knowledge about consumer *** to this,many researchers have developed approaches for aspect-based sentiment *** existing approaches concentrate on explicit aspects to analyze the sentiment,and only a few studies rely on capturing implicit *** paper proposes a Keywords-Based Aspect Extraction method,which captures both explicit and implicit *** also captures opinion words and classifies the sentiment about each *** applied semantic similarity-basedWordNet and SentiWordNet lexicon to improve aspect *** used different collections of customer reviews for experiment purposes,consisting of eight datasets over seven *** compared our approach with other state-of-the-art approaches,including Rule Selection using Greedy Algorithm(RSG),Conditional Random Fields(CRF),Rule-based Extraction(RubE),and Double Propagation(DP).Our results have shown better performance than all of these approaches.

Contextual Text Mining Framework for Unstructured Textual Judicial Corpora through Ontologies

Digitalization has changed the way of information processing, and newtechniques of legal data processing are evolving. Text mining helps to analyze andsearch different court cases available in the form of digital text documents toextract case reasoning and related data. This sort of case processing helps professionals and researchers to refer the previous case with more accuracy in reducedtime. The rapid development of judicial ontologies seems to deliver interestingproblem solving to legal knowledge formalization. Mining context informationthrough ontologies from corpora is a challenging and interesting field. Thisresearch paper presents a three tier contextual text mining framework throughontologies for judicial corpora. This framework comprises on the judicial corpus,text mining processing resources and ontologies for mining contextual text fromcorpora to make text and data mining more reliable and fast. A top-down ontologyconstruction approach has been adopted in this paper. The judicial corpus hasbeen selected with a sufficient dataset to process and evaluate the *** experimental results and evaluations show significant improvements incomparison with the available techniques.

Micromechanical Modeling of Elastic-Viscoplastic Behavior of Armco-Fe at High Strain Rate

Heterogeneous dynamical stress-strain response of Armco-Fe was investigated at high strain rates through the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar （SHPB） testing. It was found that the viscoplastic deformation in BCC ferrite grains is affected by the strain rate. Thermal softening and variation in crystal orientations under high-strain-rate loading were used in the elastic-viscoplastic modeling. The micromechanical analysis with self-consistent transition and homogenization was used for estimation of the global impact response of the material. The results from modeling were found in good agreement with the experimental data.

Reservoir characteristics of Datta Formation (Early Jurassic), Marwat-Khisor Ranges, sub-Himalayas, Pakistan

The present work has been accomplished to carry out a detailed study of the characteristics of the Early Jurassic Datta Formation of Trans-Indus Ranges, Pakistan. The discovery of Saib well-1 (Gas and condensate discovery from Jurassic limestone) in the study basin takes an active interest in carrying out extensive exploration activities in the same basin. Jurassic rocks especially Datta Sandstone and Samana Suk Limestone are acting as good reservoirs. The study unit consists of variegated sandstone interbedded with siltstone, carbonaceous clay, and shale and coal stringer. For the current work, two stratigraphic sections (Pezu and Abbo Wanda) have been measured. To examine its sedimentology, depositional environment, diagenetic settings, and reservoir characteristics, a detailed study was conducted and various laboratory techniques have been utilized. About 95 rock samples from the bottom to the top of both sections were collected, and 50 rock samples have been selected for thin section analysis and were examined under a polarizing microscope to show their mineralogical composition, diagenesis, and their reservoir characteristics. XRD (X-ray diffraction), Cathodoluminescence (CL), SEM (Scanning electron microscope) with EDS (Energy-dispersive spectroscope), and Core plug porosity and permeability analysis have been used to interpret its chemical and mineralogical composition and its reservoir characteristics, respectively. Based on field observations and thin section analysis, four depositional facies and six lithofacies have been established. The sedimentary structures, depositional facies, and lithofacies indicate that Datta Formation was deposited in a deltaic environment. Compactions, cementation, fracturing and dissolution can greatly affect the quality of reservoir rock. In vitro antiproliferative and apoptosis inducing effect of a methanolic extract of Azadirachta indica oil on selected cancerous and noncancerous cell lines

Objective: To find the cytotoxic and apoptotic effects of neem oil extract on the selected cancerous(A-549, PC-3 and DU-145) and noncancerous(NIH3T3 and CCD-18Co) cell ***: Viability and cytotoxic effect induced by the extract was measured by using MTT assay and apoptotic effect of the extract was evaluated by using Hoechst 33342 and propidium iodide dual staining through a fluorescent microscope and activity of caspases 3, 8 and 9 through colorimetric assay kits. Results: The results showed that neem oil extract significantly reduced the viability in all selected cancer cells treated with varying concentrations of extract as compared with untreated cells and had less effect on noncancerous cell lines. It significantly increased the percentage of necrotic and apoptotic cells, and caspases 3, 8 and 9 activities in all cancer cells treated with extract as compared with untreated cells whereas no effect on noncancerous cell lines. It suggested that neem oil extract exerted a higher cytotoxic effect on cancer cells than normal cells and lower concentration induced apoptosis only in cancer *** of the apoptosis-inducing mechanism was through the activation of caspases signaling pathways. Conclusion: Conclusively, it implies that neem oil extract may contain one or more potential agents that can be used as a safe and effective anticancer therapy.

In the current era of the internet,people use online media for conversation,discussion,chatting,and other similar *** of such material where more than one person is involved has a spate challenge as compared to other text analysis *** are several approaches to identify users’emotions fromthe conversational text for the English language,however regional or low resource languages have been *** Urdu language is one of them and despite being used by millions of users across the globe,with the best of our knowledge there exists no work on dialogue analysis in the Urdu ***,in this paper,we have proposed a model which utilizes deep learning and machine learning approaches for the classification of users’emotions from the *** accomplish this task,we have first created a dataset for the Urdu language with the help of existing English language datasets for dialogue *** that,we have preprocessed the data and selected dialogues with common *** the dataset is prepared,we have used different deep learning and machine learning techniques for the classification of *** have tuned the algorithms according to the Urdu language *** experimental evaluation has shown encouraging results with 67%accuracy for the Urdu dialogue datasets,more than 10,000 dialogues are classified into five emotions i.e.,joy,fear,anger,sadness,and *** believe that this is the first effort for emotion detection from the conversational text in the Urdu language domain.
