This study investigates the effect of aluminium oxide nanoparticlesaddition to biodiesel blends made from dairy milk scum on performance and combustion characteristics of the diesel *** dispersion of Al2O3nanoparticles in B20 blends at different concentrations was done with the help of *** number of blends were prepared for the *** Machine learning algorithms(Random Forest（RF）and CatBoost) was used for the *** results show that in comparison to biodiesel blends without nanoparticles,the kinematic viscosity and density is higher for fuel blends with *** these Fuel blends have higher calorific *** blends exhibited reduced Brake Specific Fuel Consumption（BSFC） of2.85% than the blends without nano particles(Dairy Scum Methyl Ester Biodiesel 20%+Neat Diesel 80%（in volume）,DSMEB20),57.14% less CO,40.8% less hydrocarbon,and increased NOxemissions compared to conventional diesel,contributing to the development of environmentally friendly and renewable biofuel blends with *** B20NP30 is the optimal blend for performance and emission *** study concludes with findings on enhanced Brake Thermal Efficiency（BTE） of 26.29% in 3×10-5（in volume） Al2O3nanoparticle-blended DSME B20 and other DSME B20 fuel blends,emphasizing the importance of optimal nanoparticle *** correlation matrix shows how engine load,efficiency measures（BTE,BSFC）,and emissions（CO,CO2,NOx,Smoke） are connected in complex *** results help us understand the complicated dynamics of engine performance and emission characteristics ***'s diagram for BTE and BSFC shows that CatBoost-based BTE models perform superior to RF-based models during the training as well as testing *** results were obtained for CO and CO2emission results.

Feature selection and sentiment analysis are two common studies that are currently being conducted;consistent with the advancements in computing and growing the use of social *** dimensional or large feature sets is a key issue in sentiment analysis as it can decrease the accuracy of sentiment classification and make it difficult to obtain the optimal subset of the ***,most reviews from social media carry a lot of noise and irrelevant ***,this study proposes a new text-feature selection method that uses a combination of rough set theory(RST)and teaching-learning based optimization(TLBO),which is known as *** framework to develop the proposed RSTLBO includes numerous stages:(1)acquiring the standard datasets(user reviews of six major ***)which are used to validate search result feature selection methods,(2)preprocessing of the dataset using text processing *** involves applying text processing methods from natural language processing techniques,combined with linguistic processing techniques to produce high classification results,(3)employing the RSTLBO method,and(4)using the selected features from the previous process for sentiment classification using the Support Vector Machine(SVM)*** show an improvement in sentiment analysis when combining natural language processing with linguistic processing for text *** importantly,the proposed RSTLBO feature selection algorithm is able to produce an improved sentiment analysis.

Several recent successes in deep learning(DL),such as state-of-the-art performance on several image classification benchmarks,have been achieved through the improved ***(HPs)tuning is a key factor affecting the performance of machine learning(ML)*** state-of-the-art DL models use different HPs in different ways for classification tasks on different *** manuscript provides a brief overview of learning parameters and configuration techniques to show the benefits of using a large-scale handdrawn sketch dataset for classification *** analyzed the impact of different learning parameters and toplayer configurations with batch normalization(BN)and dropouts on the performance of the pre-trained visual geometry group 19(VGG-19).The analyzed learning parameters include different learning rates and momentum values of two different optimizers,such as stochastic gradient descent(SGD)and *** analysis demonstrates that using the SGD optimizer and learning parameters,such as small learning rates with high values of momentum,along with both BN and dropouts in top layers,has a good impact on the sketch image classification accuracy.

Unraveling the role of NiSnPH@OOH/CC perovskite hydroxide for efficient electrocatalytic oxidation of methanol to formate

The sluggish kinetics of oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is the key tailback for hydrogen production from the water *** OER with thermodynamically auspicious methanol oxidation reaction(MOR)can significantly boost the H_(2) and value-added products ***,it is currently challenging to achieve a synergistic manipulation of product selectivity and performance for MOR ***,we report NiSnPH@OOH/CC(CC=carbon cloth)perovskite hydroxide nanosphere as an efficient MOR electrocatalyst with high activity,stability,and selectivity towards methanol oxidation to formate.A surface amorphous layer of defect rich NiOOH was generated in operando by selective Sn leaching with stable perovskite hydroxide bulk structure,which mitigates the oxidative power and optimizes the local coordination environment of the active NiOOH *** situ Raman combined with electrochemical studies further confirm the key active species,NiOOH,generated in operando enhance the MOR and blocking the over oxidation of methanol to CO_(2).As a result,NiSnPH@OOH/CC effectively masks the OER and attains>99%selectivity with 100%Faradic efficiency for *** results of this study show the advances of NiSnPH@OOH/CC as an efficient electrocatalyst for MOR and also suggest its potential applications for various small organic molecules oxidation.

High-entropy multi-elemental(HEM)electrocatalysts present superior catalytic performance due to the efficient synergism of their *** electrocatalysts are usually prepared through hydrothermal reactions or calcination,which could generate undesired heterogeneous structures that hinder the exploration of the structure–property relationship of these HEM ***,we report a sol-gel method to synthesize homogeneous HEM electrocatalysts for electro-oxidation of methanol and urea(methanol oxidation reaction(MOR)and urea oxidation reaction(UOR)),through an acid-catalyzed gelation at room *** Ni as the primary component for MOR and UOR,Co can reduce the overpotentials,while Fe can increase the catalytic activities and *** and phosphate can tune the charge distribution in active sites and speed up the reaction kinetics through fast proton ***,the optimal Ni_(2)Fe_(0.5)Co_(0.5)-BP HEM catalyst demonstrates superior catalytic activity together with good durability and great resistance to CO *** addition,a direct methanol fuel cell with Ni_(2)Fe_(0.5)Co_(0.5)-BP electrode can not only provide power,but also produce formic acid with high yield and high Faraday *** work presents a simple strategy to prepare high-performance HEM electrocatalysts for fuel cells and production of valueadded chemicals.

Extracellular RNAs(exRNAs) are novel circulating factors that can be used as biomarkers in various diseases. Their unique and diverse kinds, as well as their role as biomarkers, make them significant biomarkers. There has been immense work carried out since the discovery of exRNAs in circulation and other biological fluids to catalog and determine whether exRNAs may be utilized as indicators for health and illness. In this review, we aim to understand the current state of exRNAs in relation to various diseases and their potential as biomarkers. We will also review current issues and challenges faced in using exRNAs, with clinical and lab trials, that can be used as viable markers for different diseases.

Ebola virus disease(EVD)has mostly affected economically deprived countries as limited resources adversely affect a country’s infrastructure and *** into the factors that led to the widespread outbreak,setting forth plans to counter EVD cases in developing countries,and devising definitive measures to limit the spread of the disease are essential steps that must be immediately *** this review we summarize the pathogenesis of EVD and the factors that led to its *** also highlight interventions employed by certain countries that have successfully limited the epidemic,and add a few preventive measures after studying the current *** to the available data,barriers to prevent and control the disease in affected countries include irresolute and disorganized health systems,substandard sanitary conditions,poor personal hygiene practices,and false beliefs and stigma related to *** public health sector along with the respective chief authorities in developing countries must devise strategies,keeping the available resources in mind,to deal with the outbreak before it *** a first step,communities should be educated on EVD’s symptoms,history,mode of transmission,and methods of protection,including the importance of personal hygiene practices,via seminars,newspapers,and other social media.A popular opinion leader(POL)giving this information would further help to remove the misconception about the nature of the disease and indirectly improve the quality of life of affected patients and their families.

EfficientNet-Based Robust Recognition of Peach Plant Diseases in Field Images

Plant diseases are a major cause of degraded fruit quality andyield losses. These losses can be significantly reduced with early detection ofdiseases to ensure their timely treatment, particularly in developing *** this regard, an expert system based on deep learning model where the expertknowledge, particularly the one acquired by plant pathologist, is recursivelylearned by the system and is applied using a smart phone application for use inthe target field environment, is being proposed. In this paper, a robust diseasedetection method is developed based on convolutional neural network (CNN),where its powerful features extraction capabilities are leveraged to detectdiseases in images of fruits and leaves. The features extraction pipelines ofseveral state-of-the-art pretrained networks are fine-tuned to achieve optimaldetection performance. A novel dataset is collected from peach orchards andextensively augmented using both label-preserving and non-label-preservingtransformations. The augmented dataset is used to study the effects of finetuning the pretrained networks’ feature extraction pipeline as opposed tokeeping the network parameters unchanged. The CNN models, particularlyEfficientNet exhibited superior performance on the target dataset once theirfeature extraction pipelines are fine-tuned. The optimal model is able toachieve 96.6% average accuracy, 90% sensitivity and precision, and 98%specificity on the test set of images.
