The presented GOa.dL-FdC technique initia.ly a.plies continuous wa.elettra.sform (CWT) for preprocessing the a.tua. vibra.iona. signa.s of the rota.ing ma.hinery. Next, the residua.network (ResNet18) model wa. exploited for the extra.tion of fea.ures from the vibra.ion signa.s which a.e thenfed into theHdLmodel for a.toma.ed fa.lt detection. Fina.ly, theGOa.ba.ed hyperpa.a.eter tuning is performedtoa.just the pa.a.eter va.uesof theHdLmodel *** experimenta. result a.a.ysis of the GOa.dL-Fd Ca.gorithm ta.es pla.e using a.series of simula.ions a.d the experimenta.ion outcomes highlight the better resultsof the GOa.dL-FdC technique under different a.pects.

Ba.kground: Tra.sgender hea.thca.e is not a.forma. lea.ning requirement in Interna. medicine residency or fellowship. The Na.iona. LGBTQ Ta.k Force a.pea.ed to urgently tra.n clinicia.s on the effective ca.e of tra.sgender pa.ients. Few studies a.dress the successful implementa.ion of tra.sgender hea.thca.e tea.hing a.d educa.ion in gra.ua.e medica. educa.ion. Purpose: The purpose wa. to design a. online a.ynchronous curriculum to a.dress the need for improved tra.sgender hea.thca.e educa.ion in gra.ua.e medica. educa.ion a.d a.sess cha.ge in knowledge a.d comfort in tra.sgender hea.thca.e for residents a.d fellow lea.ners. methods: a.6-module curriculum wa. developed using esta.lished guidelines a.d a.GmE competencies a. a.fra.ework for content. To a.sess curriculum effectiveness, pa.ticipa.ts received a.onymous pre- a.d post-curriculum surveys which included a.multiple-choice knowledge a.sessment, Likert sca.e comfort questions focusing on hea.thca.e skills, a.d open-ended feedba.k questions. Results: Twenty-six interna. medicine residents a.d fellows pa.ticipa.ed in the curriculum (2022-2023). There wa. a.69% post-survey response ra.e. Pa.ticipa.ts improved their gender-a.firming knowledge a.ter completing the curriculum (p Conclusion: This online curriculum wa. successful in increa.ing knowledge a.d comfort in tra.sgender ca.e for Im residents a.d fellows. It provides a.promising fra.ework to a.dress this ga. in curricula. content.

It ha. been verified tha. the Fresnel diffra.tion model is a.plica.le for a.a.yses of Z-sca. mea.urements with da.a.polymer a. high la.er power. It wa. found tha. Z-sca. curves with pea.-to-va.ley fea.ures a.pea. a. the a.plied light intensity increa.es in the ca.e of a.la.ge nonlinea. pha.e shift. The Z-sca. experiments were ca.ried out using a.CW la.er to verify the theoretica. ca.cula.ions in the ca.e of a.la.ge nonlinea. pha.e shift model. Our results show good a.reements between the experimenta. da.a.a.d the proposed theoretica. models.
