＜正＞Nomuraea rileyi is an important pathogenic fungus,which can successfully control S. ***,little is known on how *** responds to *** infection.A forward suppression subtractive hybridization（SSH） cDNA library was constructed from the *** fat body and the up-regulated genes were identified to isolate differentially expressed genes in response to ***.A total of 345/1175 random clones screened by cDNA array dot blotting were sequenced,resulting in 117 uniquely expressed sequence tags（ESTs）.Potential functional genes were identified by BLAST searches and were categorized into seven groups associated with different biological processes based on the literature and gene *** 117 genes,74 had matches in the non-redundant（NR） protein database and were found to be involved in different biological processes,while 43 of the screened genes were classified to the "unknown function" gene ***,only 2 genes had previously been reported in *** and most of the screened genes showed less similarity to known sequences based on BLASTn results,suggesting that 115 genes were found for the first time in ***. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis of seven randomly selected genes revealed that most were differentially expressed after *** ***-PCR analysis confirmed that four genes（Hsp70, Hsp90,gallerimycin,and cysteine proteinase） were significantly up-regulated after *** infection. Taken together,the present study identified up-regulated *** genes in response to *** *** investigations are needed to unravel the molecular mechanisms of the genes or proteins potentially involved in the *** innate immune defense against *** infection.

Awareness about Early Detection Methods, Symptoms and Risk Factors towards Breast and Cervical Cancer among the Female Students of Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University (MBSTU), Santosh, Tangail, Bangladesh

The study was conducted to ensure knowledge, attitude, awareness about breast and cervical cancer among the female students of Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University. This study was carried out from July to September, 2015 among the participants of university female halls, different female hostels and different faculty of the university by using a validated questionnaire which was developed for this study. A total 250 female students, at the age of (18 - 26) years were participated. Collected information was analyzed using SPSS, Graph-pad Prism and ms Excel. The results showed that about 87.6% participants were undergraduate. Most of them come from village (45.6%) and city (36.0%). About 90% were Muslims and the socioeconomic level of most of the participants was middle (90.4%). In case of food intake patterns, it was observed that 35.6% participants eat chips, soft drinks, popcorn everyday;40.4% eat meat regularly;24% eat sugar everyday;27.6% eat fruits and vegetables every day. Among them, 55.6% girls maintained daily 1 hour physical activity;37.2% did exercise rarely;34.8% participants rarely do strenuous exercise. About 84.4% respondents have not any family history of cancer;6% participants have sister or mother having breast tumor and 7.2% have at least more than one close relative who have cancer. Among the participants, only 0.8% drank alcohol;1.2% have addiction of smoking cigarette;15.6% girls wear tight bra;3.6% have benign breast disease and 2.8% participants have attended in breast or cervical cancer screening programs. The moderate numbers of girls have breast cancer screening practice. Among them, only 28.8% participants have ever heard about BSE (Breast self-examination) and 40.4% have not any knowledge about breast cancer treatment. About 50.8% respondents don’t have any knowledge about cervical cancer treatment. The village people are the most risky group. Magnetohydrodynamic phenomena in the CT-6B Tokamak based on Mirnov oscillations have been investigated by applying the limiter biasing potentials and changing the vacuum chamber gas pressure and plasma *** results show that setting up a radial electric field at the plasma edge could drive electromagnetic instabilities in the tokamak *** oscillation frequency upon application of a positive bias decreases about 10-15%and then after a delay time,τ_(d)=2.5-3 ms increases about 20-25%with respect to their value without *** the negative bias regime the oscillation frequency increases about 10%in 1 ms after the application of the bias *** poloidal rotation velocity changes during two steps are related to its link with the radial electric field and the time scale of the density *** frequency of oscillations increases with the increasing chamber gas pressure and decreases with the increasing the outward plasma displacement.

Studies on the Components of Essential Oil of <i>Zanthoxylum Armatum</i>by Gc-ms

The essential oil of Zanthoxylum armatum was extracted through hydro distillation and analyzed by GC-ms. Hydrocarbon fraction (17.35%) of the oil was much lower and oxygenated compounds comprised fairly high portion of essential oil (39.21%). Percentages of monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes found were 47.33% and 10.83% respectively. Oxygenated monoterpenes comprised major profile of chromatogram of essential oil of Zanthoxylum armatum i.e. 37.23% where as monoterpene hydrocarbons were 10.09%. Alcoholic percentage was much higher i.e. 26.76% and 15-hexadecanoloide (6.58%) the only cyclic ester was found in relatively high percentage.
