目的：使用梯度结构水凝胶打印制造具有生物活性的梯度结构是生物制造领域的研究热点之一，但传统用于挤出式生物3D打印的混匀器仍具有混合不充分、不适用于高粘性生物墨水等缺陷。本文旨在提出一种新型的特斯拉混匀器结构，并通过计算流体力学（CFD）仿真与实验来验证其混合性能以及对不同特性流体的适应性，为生物3D打印自然生物组织的复杂异质结构提供一个可靠的工具。创新点：1.以传统特斯拉阀为灵感，引入相似结构设计微流控混匀器来实现更高效的混合。2.利用CFD模拟与实际实验，广泛地验证该混匀器对于不同特性流体的适应性。3.通过在CIELab中进行颜色均匀性的检查，证明混匀器能够精确地实现不同组分比例的混合，发掘了其在生物打印领域的应用潜力。方法：1.通过数值方法与CFD分析进行建模与仿真，以及通过实验测量压降，验证CFD建模的正确性（图3），并测定不同混合周期下的混合效率（图4）;2.通过仿真分析，分别测定不同流速下流体的混合效果、雷诺数与皮克列数，分析混合的流体力学机理，验证其对牛顿流体与非牛顿流体的出色混合性能，并探讨最佳混合效果对应的参数；3.制造3D特斯拉混匀器实物并进行实验验证，检验其实际打印的可行性与应用优势，并进一步验证其混合均匀性与精确性。结论：1.新型特斯拉混匀器能用很少的混合周期达到较高的混合效率；2.混匀器适用于不同粘度和扩散系数的牛顿流体和流变特性变化的非牛顿流体，且具有出色混合性能；3.打印液滴颜色均匀性的评估结果验证了该混匀器在混合材料组分控制上的精确性。

Background and Aim: Primary testicular lymphoma (PTL) is a rare form of extranodal non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. It represents for 1% - 2% of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and mostly affects the elderly. We describe an interesting case of PTL managed by a combined multimodal approach with a review of the literature. Case Presentation: Patient aged 56 years, consulted for an increase in the volume of the right testicle without associated pain, all evolving in the context of a slight decline in general condition. Clinical examination revealed a large painless mass in the right scrotal bursa. A scrotal ultrasound showed a right intra-testicular mass. The patient had undergone inguinal orchiectomy. Pathological analysis showed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the testis. Whole-body 18-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (18-FDG-PET-CT) showed no suspicious hypermetabolism. Lumbar puncture did not reveal malignant cells in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The patient then received 6 cycles of chemotherapy according to the R-CHOP protocol (Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, and Prednisone) and 2 cycles of intrathecal methotrexate. After chemotherapy, scrotal radiotherapy at a dose of 30 Gy was delivered. The evolution was marked by the death of the patient six months after the end of the scrotal radiotherapy following a diffuse lymph node relapse with a profound alteration of the general state. Conclusion: The treatment depends imperatively on the stage of the disease. The therapeutic approach is multimodal and combined based on orchiectomy, systemic and intrathecal treatment and scrotal radiotherapy. PTL is an aggressive malignant with a poor prognosis. Randomized trials are needed to define a better therapeutic strategy.

This study evaluated compaction level of a 15-year old no-till vertisol field crop(40.91%clay,44.16%loam and 14.93%sand)having organic matter contents of 2.23%and 2.91%in 0-10 cm and 10-20 cm profiles,*** bulk density ranged from 1.30 g/cm^3 to 1.80 g/cm^3 in the field boundaries,and from 1.01 g/cm^3 to 1.40 g/cm^3 in its *** field showed a gradient of limestone from 3%to 13%.Measurements were done to evaluate soil strength(cone index)and soil plasticity(Atterberg limits).The soil strength showed different levels of compaction from 4.5 MPa to 16 MPa to distinct five spatial clusters in the *** soil compactness was related to limestone gradient according the correlation found between the soil strength and limestone *** soil plasticity test showed occurrence of plastic limits when the moisture content decreased from 26%to 15%within 5 d *** Atterberg limits showed the importance of respecting intervention delays to avoid soil compaction due to its plasticity.A pedotransfer function was developed using soil parameters of texture,organic matter,bulk density,cohesion,internal friction angle and moisture content to compute its precompression *** showed importance of compaction in the field extremities due to importance of machines/tools traffic without avoiding cropping interventions during soil plasticity *** soil strength(as measured value)was correlated to precompression stress(as estimated values)to show the importance of using pedotransfer function as significant method to evaluate indirectly compactness or susceptibility to compaction of the studied vertisol.

BACKGROUND Pancreatic cystic lesions(PCLs) are common in clinical practice. The accurate classification and diagnosis of these lesions are crucial to avoid unnecessary treatment of benign lesions and missed opportunities for early treatment of potentially malignant *** To evaluate the role of cyst fluid analysis of different tumor markers such as cancer antigens [e.g., cancer antigen(CA)19-9, CA72-4], carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA), serine protease inhibitor Kazal-type 1(SPINK1), interleukin 1 beta(IL1-β), vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGF-A), and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)], amylase, and mucin stain in diagnosing pancreatic cysts and differentiating malignant from benign *** This study included 76 patients diagnosed with PCLs using different imaging modalities. All patients underwent endoscopic ultrasound(EUS) and EUS-fine needle aspiration(EUS-FNA) for characterization and sampling of different *** The mean age of studied patients was 47.4 ± 11.4 years, with a slight female predominance(59.2%). Mucin stain showed high statistical significance in predicting malignancy with a sensitivity of 87.1% and specificity of 95.56%. It also showed a positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 93.1% and 91.49%, respectively(P < 0.001). We found that positive mucin stain, cyst fluid glucose, SPINK1, amylase, and CEA levels had high statistical significance(P < 0.0001). In contrast, IL-1β, CA 72-4, VEGF-A, VEGFR2, and PGE2 did not show any statistical significance. Univariate regression analysis for prediction of malignancy in PCLs showed a statistically significant positive correlation with mural nodules, lymph nodes, cyst diameter, mucin stain, and cyst fluid CEA.
