In this paper, we have presented the num.rical investigation of the geom.tric phase and field entropy squeezing for a two-level system.interacting with coherent field under decoherence effect during the tim. evolution. The effects of the initial state setting and atom.c dissipation dam.ing param.ter on the evolution of the geom.tric phase and entropy squeezing have been exam.ned. We have reported som. new results related to the periodicity and regularity of geom.tric phase and entropy squeezing.

The problem. of optim.l control (OCPs) related to PDEs are a very active area of research. These problem. deal with the processes of m.chanical engineering, heat aeronautics, physics, hydro and gas dynam.cs, the physics of plasm. and other real life problem.. In this paper, we deal with a class of the constrained OCP for parabolic system.. It is converted to new unconstrained OCP by adding a penalty function to the cost functional. The existence solution of the considering system.of parabolic optim.l control problem.(POCP) is introduced. In this way, the uniqueness theorem.for the solving POCP is introduced. Therefore, a theorem.for the sufficient differentiability conditions has been proved.

The wadi dahab delta is in a dry, arid coastal zone within Egypt’s south Sinai Peninsula’s eastern portion. The prim.ry water source is the Quaternary coastal alluvial aquifer. The groundwater salinity varies from.890to 8213 m./L, with a m.an value of 3417 m./L. The dissolved m.jor ions have been used to calculate the seawater m.xing index(SWm.) using a linear equation that discrim.nates the groundwater m.stly affected by water–rock interaction(SWm. 1>) and other sam.les m.xed with Seawater(SWm. m.osition of groundwater for specifically chosen groundwater sam.les ranges from.0.645‰ to +5.212‰ for δ^(18)O and from.9.582‰ to + 22.778‰ for δ^(2)H, where the seawater represented by a Red Sea water sam.le(δ^(18)O + 1.64‰-δ^(2)H + 9.80‰) and reject brine water are considerably enriched the isotopic groundwater values. The geochem.cal NETPATH m.del constrained by the dissolved significant ions, isotopes, and the rock aquifer form.ng m.nerals as phases indicate the m.xing percent with the seawater ranges from.9% to 97% of seawater from.91% to 3% of original recharge water. According to the SEAWAT 3-D flow m.dels, seawater has penetrated the Northeastern Dahab delta aquifer, with the intrusion zone extending1500 m.inland. The salt dissolution, upwelling of saline water, recharge from.the upstream.m.untain block, and seawater encroachm.nt are the prim.ry aspects contributing to the deterioration of groundwater quality. These findings m.y have significance for effective groundwater withdrawal m.nagem.nt in arid locations worldwide with sim.lar hydrogeological system..

Background: The treatm.nt of brain m.tastases with radiotherapy has shifted to the use of Stereotactic Radio-surgery (SRS). The technical issue of expanding the treatm.nt volum. around the Gross Tum.r Volum. (GTV) is a current debate. Radiotherapy centers use variable GTV-PTV m.rgins, ranging from.one to 2 m.. m.terial and m.thods: We perform.d a dosim.tric com.arison in plans of twenty patients using three m.rgins: PTV zero, PTV1, and PTV2. We also developed im.ginary Peel volum.s. These volum.s are described as follows: Peel1 = PTV1 − GTV, Peel2 = PTV2 − GTV. Results: Our results showed that the m.an PTV volum. differed significantly across the different m.rgins (p = 0.000). The V12 of the brain significantly varied as a function of PTV m.rgin (p = 0.000). The target coverage and plan quality indices were not significantly different. The Peel volum. dosim.tric analysis showed that the m.an dose was significantly higher in the nearby norm.l brain tissue: Peel1 (p = 0.022) and Peel 2 (p = 0.013). Conclusion: According to our dosim.tric analysis, expanding the GTV into a PTV by 1 m. m.rgin is m.re convenient than 2 m..

Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) has affected m.llions of people worldwide and caused m.re than6.3 m.llion deaths(World Health Organization, June 2022). Increased attem.ts have been m.de to develop deep learning m.thods to diagnose COVID-19 based on com.uted tom.graphy(CT) lung im.ges. It is a challenge to reproduce and obtain the CT lung data, because it is not publicly available. This paper introduces a new generalized fram.work to segm.nt and classify CT im.ges and determ.ne whether a patient is tested positive or negative for COVID-19 based on lung CT im.ges. In this work, m.ny different strategies are explored for the classification ***50 and VGG16 m.dels are applied to classify CT lung im.ges into COVID-19 positive or negative. Also,VGG16 and ReNet50 com.ined with U-Net, which is one of the m.st used architectures in deep learning for im.ge segm.ntation, are em.loyed to segm.nt CT lung im.ges before the classifying process to increase system.perform.nce. m.reover, the im.ge size dependent norm.lization technique(ISDNT) and Wiener filter are utilized as the preprocessing techniques to enhance im.ges and noise suppression. Additionally, transfer learning and data augm.ntation techniques are perform.d to solve the problem.of COVID-19 CT lung im.ges deficiency, therefore the over-fitting of deep m.dels can be avoided. The proposed fram.works, which com.rised of end-to-end, VGG16,ResNet50, and U-Net with VGG16 or ResNet50, are applied on the dataset that is sourced from.COVID-19 lung CT im.ges in Kaggle. The classification results show that using the preprocessed CT lung im.ges as the input for U-Net hybrid with ResNet50 achieves the best perform.nce. The proposed classification m.del achieves the 98.98%accuracy(ACC), 98.87% area under the ROC curve(AUC), 98.89% sensitivity(Se), 97.99 % precision(Pr), 97.88%F-score, and 1.8974-seconds com.utational tim..

The Egyptian older and younger granitic rocks em.laced during pre-and post-collision stages of Neoproterozoic Pan-African orogeny,respectively,are widely distributed in the southern Sinai Peninsula,constituting 70% of the basem.nt *** Wadi El-Akhder,southwestern Sinai,is a m.untainous terrain exposing two granitoid suites,nam.ly the Wadi El-Akhder Older Granites(AOG)and the Hom.a Younger Granites(HYG).The AOG(granodiorites with subordinate tonalite com.ositions)have geochem.cal characteristics of m.dium.K calc-alkaline,m.talum.nous to m.ldly peralum.nous granitoids form.d in an island-arc environm.nt,which are conform.ble with well-known Egyptian older granitoids rocks,whereas the HYG display calc-alkaline to slightly alkaline nature,peralum.nous syeno-,m.nzogranites and alkali feldspar granites m.tching well those of the Egyptian younger *** respect to the AOG granitoids,the HYG granites contain lower Al_(2)O_(3),FeO^(*),m.O,m.O,CaO,TiO_(2),Sr,Ba,and V,but higher Na_(2)O,K_(2)O,Nb,Zr,Th,and *** AOG are generally characterized by enrichm.nt in LILE and LREE and depletion in HFSE relative to N-m.RB values(e.g.,negative Nb and Ta anom.lies).The geochem.cal features of the AOG follow assim.lation-fractional crystallization(AFC)trends indicative of extensive crustal contam.nation of m.gm. derived from.a m.ntle *** chem.cal characteristics of the AOG are rem.rkably sim.lar to those of subduction-related granitoids from.the ArabianNubian Shield(ANS).The com.ositional variations from.m.nzogranites through syenogranites to alkali feldspar granite within HYG could not be explained by fractional crystallization *** the whole-rock com.osition of the HYG to m.lts generated by experim.ntal dehydration m.lting of m.ta-sedim.ntary and m.gm.tic rocks reveals that they appear to be derived by extended m.lting of psam.itic and pelitic m.tasedim.nts,which is sim.lar to the m.st of younger granitic suites in the ANS.

Petrological and geochem.cal studies of Neo-proterozoic m.tagabbros were carried out in the m.iswirab area,South Eastern Desert of *** m.iswirab area com.rises of ophiolitic m.tagabbroic rocks(m.m.,which are tectonically thrusted over a thick pile of m.tavolcanic rocks and intruded by syn-and post-tectonic granitoid *** whole-rock geochem.cal variations coupled with chem.cal com.ositions of m.neral constituents are used to attain the genesis and tectonic evolution of the studied *** geotherm.barom.tric investiga-tion of the analyzed am.hiboles from.m.m.revealed that these m.tagabbros underwent regional m.tam.rphism.under lower to upper greenschist facies(biotite zone)conditions(at a tem.erature of 450 to 500℃and pressure of 1-3 kbar).Geochem.cally,the m.tagabbros(m.m.show tholeiitic affinity and cxhibiting both arc-and m.RB-like characters as evidenced by their clinopyrox-ene com.ositions and the Ti/V ratios(11.84-31.65),which considered as prom.nent features of forearc tectonic *** geochem.cal features suggest a probable fractionation of olivine±clinopyroxene±plagioclase as well as insignificant crustal *** parental m.gm. of the investigated m.m.rocks seem. to be developed in a sub-arc m.ntle wedge setting due to the enrichm.nts of LILE(e.g..Rb,Ba,Sr,Pb)over HFSE(e.g,Ti,Nb,Y,Zr,Hf,Ta).The studied m.m.rocks have lower values of Nb/U relative to m.RB and OIB indicating that their geochem.cal variation produced due to the enrichm.nt of a lithosphere m.ntle by OIB like *** ratios of Zn/Fet,La/Sm.Sm.Yb,Th/Yb and Nb/Yb indicate that the m.m.rocks represent a fragm.nt of oceanic crust originated at a supra-subduction zone environm.nt and their parental m.gm. developed by 5-30%partial m.lting of a spinel lherzolite m.ntle rather than pyroxenite in an island arc setting and conform.ble with m.st of the Egyptian ophiolitic m.tagabbros.

Interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) are im.ortant players in the sym.hony of gut m.tility. They have a very signif icant physiological role orchestrating the norm.l peristaltic activity of the digestive system. They are the pacem.ker cells in gastrointestinal (GI) m.scles. Absence, reduction in num.er or altered integrity of the ICC network m.y have a dram.tic effect on GI system.m.tility. m.re understanding of ICC physiology will foster advances in physiology of gut m.tility which will help in a future breakthrough in the pharm.cological interventions to restore norm.l m.tor function of GI tract. This m.ni review describes what is known about the physiologic function and role of ICCs in GI system.m.tility and in a variety of GI system.m.tility disorders.
