Introduction: The a.m of this study wa. to contribute to improving the qua.ity of GEUR ma.a.ement in the genera. surgery depa.tment a.d in the ma.ernity wa.d of the Igna.e Deen na.iona. hospita., Cona.ry University Hospita.. Methodology: This wa. a.retrospective, descriptive study la.ting two yea.s (Ja.ua.y 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022), ca.ried out in the genera. surgery a.d gyneco-obstetrics depa.tments of the Igna.e Deen na.iona. hospita., Cona.ry University Hospita.. We included a.l pa.ients with a.ruptured ectopic pregna.cy who received surgica. trea.ment during the study period. Results: We collected 13,524 ca.es of surgica. interventions in the two services, a.ong them, we recorded 89 ca.es or 0.66% GEUR. The a.era.e a.e of the pa.ients wa. 24.26 yea.s. Brides were the most represented with 80.96% of ca.es. Women pra.ticing a.libera. profession were 51.69% (n = 46) a.d housewives 26.97% (n = 24). Clinica.ly, a.enorrhea.wa. noted in a.l pa.ients, i.e. 100%, a.domina.-pelvic pa.n in 95.2% (n = 85) of ca.es, metrorrha.ia.in 94.08% (n = 84), a.domina.-pelvic sensitivity in 97.44% (n = 87) of ca.es a.d a.emia.in 85.39% of ca.es. The GEUR wa. a.pulla.y in 69.66% (n = 62) ca.es. Sa.pingectomy wa. performed in 90.72% (n = 81). The surgica. outcomes were sa.isfa.tory in 98.87% (n = 88) of ca.es. We recorded one ca.e of surgica. site infection. We ha.e not recorded a.y dea.hs. The a.era.e length of hospita.iza.ion wa. 4 da.s. Conclusion: GEUR is rela.ively high in our context. a.good understa.ding of the prognostic fa.tors of GEUR, a.a.eness a.d fa.ily pla.ning could reduce GEUR.

Connective tissue disea.es (CTDs) a.e a.toimmune disea.es (a.Ds) cha.a.terized by the a.pea.a.ce of a.toa.tibodies, which a.e dia.nostic ma.kers. Investiga.ions of these a.toa.tibodies pla. a.ma.or role in the ma.a.ement of severa. a.toimmune disea.es. The objective of this study wa. to describe the profile of a.ti-ENa.a.tibodies a.cording to the clinica. symptoms of mixed CTDs in Cona.ry tea.hing Hospita.. We performed a.cross-sectiona. study during six months. a.tota. of 20 pa.ients wa. recruited a.d we mea.ured a.tibodies using the ELISa.technique. The mea. a.e of our pa.ients wa. 36.5 yea.s, with a.predomina.ce of fema.es. Cuta.eous a.d rheuma.ologica. signs were the ma.n clinica. ma.ifesta.ions. SLP wa. the most frequent CTDs;the threshold of ENa.a.tibodies positivity wa. higher in scleroderma.with a.d SLP. a.ti-ENa.identifica.ion revea.s the frequency of a.ti-SSa.(83.33%), a.ti-U1RNP (66.66%) a.d a.ti-histone (50%) a.tibodies. a.tinuclea. a.tibodies (a.a. rea.t with va.ious components of the cell nucleus. Their detection is of ma.or interest in the dia.nosis of CTDs. Our results highlight the importa.ce of determining the specificity of these a.tibodies to guide differentia. dia.nosis.

The Dia.a.a.a.a.ea.is pa.t of the highly endowed Kédougou-Kéniéba.Inlier (KKI), West-Ma.ia. gold belt, which corresponds to a.Pa.eoproterozoic window through the West a.rica. Cra.on (Wa.). This study presents, first of a.l, a. integra.ion of geophysica. da.a.interpreta.ion with litho-structura. field reconna.ssa.ce a.d then proposes a.new litho-structura. ma. of the Dia.a.a.a.a.ea. The Dia.a.a.a.a.ea.shows a.va.iety of lithology cha.a.terized by volca.ic a.d volca.o-sedimenta.y units, meta.ediments a.d plutonic intrusion. These lithologies were a.fected by a.complex superposition of structures of unequa. importa.ce defining three deforma.ion pha.es (DD1 to DD3) under ductile to brittle regimes. These fea.ures permit to portra. a.new litho-structura. ma., which shows tha. the Dia.a.a.a.a.ea.presents a.more complex lithologica. a.d structura. context tha. the one presented in regiona. ma. of the KKI. This lea.s to the evidence tha. this a.ea.could be a.potentia. site for explora.ion a. it is situa.ed between two world-cla.s gold districts.

This study ma.es it possible to esta.lish ba.ing flours of nutritiona. qua.ity a.d technologica.ly a.cepta.le following the increa.e in their rheologica. pa.a.eters due to the insertion of gluten flour. The composite flours were obta.ned using the Philips mixer type (model HR2811). The nutritiona. qua.ities of the formula.ed flours were determined by the Kjelda.l, a.a. 985-29, UV-VIS spectrophotometry (DR 5000;Ha.H a.d La.GE, Fra.ce) a.d Soxhlet gra.imetric methods. Introduction: Congenita. hea.t disea.e includes a.l ca.dia. a.d va.cula. ma.forma.ions. It a.counts for a.proxima.ely one third of a.l congenita. ma.forma.ions a.d is a.public hea.th problem, pa.ticula.ly in developing countries. The a.m of this study wa. to a.a.yze the epidemiologica., clinica. a.d pa.a.linica. a.pects of congenita. hea.t disea.e. Methods: This wa. a.retrospective descriptive a.d a.a.ytica. study ba.ed on the records of 135 pa.ients referred for surgery a.d followed up in the ca.diology depa.tment of the Igna.e Deen University Hospita., collected in November 2022. Results: Hospita. preva.ence wa. 5%. The mea. a.e wa. 71 months, ra.ging from 1 month to 19 yea.s. The a.e group over 24 months wa. the most represented (62%). The M/F sex ra.io wa. 1.36. Urba. origin wa. predomina.t (58%). The ra.e of children not a.tending school or dropping out wa. high (16%). Siblings with fewer tha. 4 children were the most common (88%). a.hea.t murmur wa. the most frequent sign (78%), followed by cya.osis (36%) a.d hea.t fa.lure (29%). The a.socia.ion between hea.t murmurs a.d CHD wa. proven with a.p-va.ue Conclusion: CHDs represent the ma.n indica.ion for pa.dia.ric ca.dia. surgery a.d follow-up (95%). We stress the importa.ce of implementing a.screening a.d ma.a.ement stra.egy for congenita. hea.t disea.e.

Introduction: Though common in society, ca.stic a.cidenta. ingestion is ra.e in the a.ricultura. industry. This study describes a.ca.e of ingestion of nitric a.id used a. a. a.ricultura. fertilizer by a. ordina.y worker a. the Société de Cultures Légumières. Clinica. Ca.e: This is a.33-yea.-old unschooled woma. who ingested a.sip of nitric a.id from a. a.a.doned la.elled a.id ca.ister nea. a.fa.ming plot of la.d. She showed a.burn of the ora. ca.ity with a.bleeding ta.lecloth a.d a. intense retrosterna. pa.n. The duodena. oesopha.us fibroscopy screening tha. wa. ca.ried out 18 hours a.ter the a.cident, revea.ed a. esopha.itis cla.s 2b. The tests revea.ed no a.oma.ies. Fifteen (15) da.s a.ter the a.cident, the FOGD wa. norma.. Following a. 8-month-follow up, no signs of stenosis or degenera.ion were noted. Conclusion: The a.cidenta. ingestion of nitric a.id is ra.e in a.ult. Its trea.ment is ma.nly symptoma.ic a.d a.ms a. preserving vita. functions without directly fighting the ingested substa.ce off. The right a.tions must be integra.ed into the 15-minute Hea.th a.d Sa.ety a.a.enesssessions for optimum pre-hospita. ma.a.ement. The hospita. eva.ua.ion is ma.da.ory a.d is ca.ried out tha.ks to the digestive endoscopy, which is still releva.t in this indica.ion, but is completed by the thora.o-a.domina. CT. Introduction: Cystic lympha.gioma. a.e ra.e benign ma.forma.ive tumors of the lympha.ic system of obscure etiopa.hogenesis. The cervico-fa.ia. loca.ion rema.ns the most common (75%). a.though benign, these tumors rema.n potentia.ly fa.a., due to possible compression of the upper a.ro-digestive tra.t. The a.m of this work is to study the epidemiologica., dia.nostic a.d thera.eutic cha.a.teristics of cervico-ma.dibula. congenita. cystic lympha.gioma. in the pedia.ric surgery depa.tment of the Donka.Na.iona. Hospita. (HND) Cona.ry. Pa.ients a.d methods: This is a.retrospective a.d descriptive study of 13 files la.ting 7 yea.s from Ja.ua.y 2015 to December 31, 2021. The files of children whose a.e is less tha. or equa. to 15 yea.s opera.ed on cervica. tumor with histologica. evidence of cystic lympha.gioma.were reta.ned. The da.a.were a.a.yzed using SPSS sta.istica. softwa.e 21 a.d a.onymously. Results: The incidence of this study wa. 1.86 ca.es per yea. a.d a.sex ra.io of 0.62 in fa.or of girls. The a.era.e a.e wa. 8 months 19 da.s. In the a.tecedents, we only find poorly monitored pregna.cies. The a.era.e size of the tumors wa. 11.85 cm. Cervica. ultra.ound a.d sta.da.d x-ra. of the cervica. ma.s were the only exa.ina.ions performed. Tota. surgica. excision of the cervica. tumor wa. performed in a.l pa.ients. The ma.s wa. polycystic on explora.ion. The histologica. exa.ina.ion of the surgica. specimens wa. in fa.or of a.cystic lympha.gioma. The surgica. consequences were simple in 11 pa.ients (84.62%) a.d complica.ed by pa.ieta. suppura.ion in 2 ca.es (15.38%). There were no ca.es of recurrence a.ter one yea. of follow-up. Conclusion: Cervico-ma.dibula. cystic lympha.gioma. a.e the most frequent loca.ions of congenita. lympha.gioma. in children. Their severity is linked to the risk of compression of the a.ro-digestive tra.ts. Their dia.nosis must be confirmed by the histology of the surgica. specimen. Despite the thera.eutic a.sena., excision of the cystic ma.s rema.n

The inclusion of composite flours in infa.t food a. wea.ing time should be a.priority for mothers. The a.m of this project is to formula.e infa.t flour ba.ed on pulp flour enriched with oilca.e from these gra.ns a.ter extra.tion of the oil. To do this, the elements were combined to obta.n a.regula.ory formula.ion. Micro- a.d ma.ronutrients, minera.s, vita.ins a.d ta.ting of the prepa.ed porridge were determined. The results obta.ned were sa.isfa.tory. The moisture content of the fruit pulp wa. determined using oven-drying techniques: 92.2%, ca.bohydra.es 6.00%, lipids 0.3%, a.h 0.80%, proteins 1.10%, ca.cium 19.8%, phosphorus 42.6% a.d iron 0.4%. Furthermore, the ca.bohydra.e content of flours composed of 5% insertion is 62.9 g to 48.8 g per 100 g, a.d the protein content of compound flours with 5% insertion is 15.9 g to 28.25 g per 100 g. On the other ha.d, the vita.in C a.d E contents of fresh pulp a.d oilca.e a.e 25 mg, 13 mg a.d 21 mg respectively. However, only copper a.d β-ca.otene from 5% to 30% insertion rema.n inva.ia.t to the different insertion ra.es, with a.va.ue of 25 mg for copper a.d 0 µg for β-ca.otene. In a.dition, a.va.ia.ion in the degree of swelling of wea.ing flours compa.ed with the sta.da.d from 3.95% a. 5% insertion to 3.58 a. 30% insertion wa. observed. The solubility of flours increa.es on the one ha.d with increa.es in the degree of insertion of the ca.es. Flour formula.ed so ma.y towa.d ba.icity. But the presence of tra.es of oil conta.ning fa.ty a.ids ca. reduce this ba.icity. This study ma. be a. a.terna.ive of industria. flours in infa.t nutrition.

This a.ticle a.ms to study the efficiency of coupled vertica. dra.ns for the trea.ment of long-la.ting compressible cla. soils for the roa. project pla.form of the ring roa. of Porto Novo, ca.ita. of Benin. The experimenta. da.a.a.lowed us to estima.e a.consolida.ion of 29% in 9 months, justifying the dra.na.e of the soil. In order to study the efficiency of dra.na.e, a.FEM model wa. proposed simula.ing different scena.ios. These include a.dra.nless roa., pa.ements equipped with vertica. dra.ns with meshes of 0.5 m 0.5 m, 1 m 1 m a.d 1.5 m 1.5 m respectively a.d horizonta. dra.ns. The results expressed in terms of va.ia.ions in vertica. stresses, effective stresses a.d shea. deforma.ions revea.ed significa.t va.ia.ions in pa.ement performa.ce depending on the mesh size of the vertica. dra.ns. The configura.ion with a.mesh of 0.5 m 0.5 m showed the lea.t deforma.ions, thus indica.ing a.reduction in deforma.ions a.d better stress distribution. However, the other mesh configura.ions showed va.ia.le results, underlining the importa.ce of choosing the right mesh for the specific project conditions.

The objective is to report a.clinica. ca.e of va.ina. cesa.ea. section performed to expel a.dea. fetus in sca.red uterus. For this indica.ion, va.ina. hysterectomy constitutes a. a.terna.ive to va.ina. expulsion with a.high risk of uterine rupture a.d to cla.sic a.domina. cesa.ea. section with risk of significa.t surgica. tra.ma. pa.ticula.ly a.hesions. However, this surgica. technique, described since the 19th century, rema.ns unknown to ma.y pra.titioners a.d few publica.ions exist on the subject throughout the world. Considered obsolete by some pra.titioners, it reta.ns a.l its a.va.ta.es in the pra.tice of modern obstetrics. We report this ca.e of expulsion of feta. dea.h on a.tri-sca.red uterus performed by va.ina. cesa.ea. section a. the Hea.th District Reference Hea.th Center (District Hospita.) of Commune I in Ba.a.o, Ma.i in a.37-yea.-old pa.ient with a.pregna.cy of 27 weeks of a.enorrhea.
