Parkinson’s disease(PD),one of whose symptoms is dysphonia,is a prevalent neurodegenerative *** use of outdated diagnosis techniques,which yield inaccurate and unreliable results,continues to represent an obstacle in early-stage detection and diagnosis for clinical professionals in the medical *** solve this issue,the study proposes using machine learning and deep learning models to analyze processed speech signals of patients’voice *** of these processed speech signals were obtained and experimented on by random forest and logistic regression *** were highly successful,with 90%accuracy produced by the random forest classifier and 81.5%by the logistic regression ***,a deep neural network was implemented to investigate if such variation in method could add to the *** proved to be effective,as the neural network yielded an accuracy of nearly 92%.Such results suggest that it is possible to accurately diagnose early-stage PD through merely testing patients’*** research calls for a revolutionary diagnostic approach in decision support systems,and is the first step in a market-wide implementation of healthcare software dedicated to the aid of clinicians in early diagnosis of PD.

Stoichiometric mgAl2O4 spinel nanoparticles were synthesized by microwave assisted combustion reaction from aluminium nitrate nanohydrate(Al(NO3)3.9h2O) and Sol-Gel prepared magnesium hydroxide(mg(Oh)2) in the presence of urea((Nh2)2CO) as a fuel,in about 20 min of irradiation.X-ray diffraction(XRD) studies reveal that mi-crowave assisted combustion synthesis route yields single-phase spinel nanoparticles with larger crystalline size(around 75 nm) than other conventional heating *** electronic microscope(SEm) images show nanoparticles with spherical shape and homogenous *** surface area measurements(SBET) show crystals with 2.11 m2/g and 0.0033 mL/g pore volume.

The purpose of this research is to improve the robustness of the autonomous system in order to improve the position and velocity estimation of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV).Therefore, new integrated SINS/GPS navigation scheme based on Interacting multiple Nonlinear Fuzzy Adaptive h_∞ models(Imm-NFAh_∞) filtering technique for UAV is presented. The proposed Imm-NFAh_∞ strategy switches between two different Nonlinear Fuzzy Adaptive h_∞(NFAh_∞) filters and each NFAh_∞ filter is based on different fuzzy logic inference systems. The newly proposed technique takes into consideration the high order Taylor series terms and adapts the nonlinear h_∞ filter based on different fuzzy inference systems via adaptive filter bounds(di),along with disturbance attenuation parameter c. Simulation analysis validates the performance of the proposed algorithm, and the comparison with nonlinear h_∞(Nh_∞) filter and that with different NFAh_∞ filters demonstrate the effectiveness of UAV localization utilizing Imm-NFAh_∞ filter.

Polyoxomolybdate [mo36O110（NO）4（h2O）14].52h2O was synthesized by a simple one-pot procedure through reducing an acidified mixture of Na2moO4.2h2O and Nh2Oh. hCl. In order to create a heterogeneous catalyst system, the polyoxomolybdate was pillared with mgAI-LDh-NO3 by direct ion exchange. These novel materials were carefully analyzed by various chemico-physical methods, The catalytic degradation of methylene blue （mB） and rhodamine B （RB） as common dyes in the presence of mgAl-LDh-1 nanoparticles with aqueous hydrogen peroxide, h2O2, as an oxidizing agent was studied in aqueous solution at room temperature. more importantly, the catalyst can be recovered and reused efficiently up to five consecutive cycles with negligible loss of catalytic activity.

The recent COVID-19 pandemic caused by the novel coronavirus,severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),has had a significant impact on human life and the economy around the world.A reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)test is used to screen for this disease,but its low sensitivity means that it is not sufficient for early detection and *** RT-PCR is a time-consuming procedure,there is interest in the introduction of automated techniques for *** learning has a key role to play in the field of medical *** most important issue in this area is the choice of key ***,we propose a set of deep learning features based on a system for automated classification of computed tomography(CT)images to identify ***,this method was used to prepare a database of three classes:Pneumonia,COVID19,and *** dataset consisted of 6000 CT images refined by a hybrid contrast stretching *** the next step,two advanced deep learning models(ResNet50 and DarkNet53)were fine-tuned and trained through transfer *** features were extracted from the second last feature layer of both models and further optimized using a hybrid optimization *** each deep model,the Rao-1 algorithm and the PSO algorithm were combined in the hybrid ***,the selected features were merged using the new minimum parallel distance non-redundant(PmDNR)*** final fused vector was finally classified using the extreme machine *** experimental process was carried out on a set of prepared data with an overall accuracy of 95.6%.Comparing the different classification algorithms at the different levels of the features demonstrated the reliability of the proposed framework.

molecular interactions of a representative pyrrolidinium-based ionic liquid 1-butyl-l-methyl-pyrrolidinium bis（triflorosulfonyl）- imide （[BmPyrr][TFSI]） with dimethyl sulfoxide （DmSO） and acetonitrile （AN） have been analyzed in this work. Attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （ATR-FTIR） and density functional theory （DFT） calculations are used in the investigation, while excess infrared spectra and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy are used to explore the data in detail. It has been found that the molecular solvents can interact with TFSI- （mainly with S=O and weakly with S-N-S group）. AN interacts feebly with BmPyrr＋ as compared with the strong interaction of DmSO. The strength of the interactions depends on the electron donating ability of the solvent. Upon mixing, hydrogen bonds regarding C-hs in cation and S-N-S in anion are weakened, while that regarding S=O in anion is strengthened. Among the C-hs which are connected directly with the N of the cation, Cl-h is the main interaction site for both DmSO and AN. This means that Cl-h is the most acidic hydrogen in pyrrolidinium cation.

Background: Improving the quality of care in psychiatric settings is the most important goal of policy through the delivery of a comprehensive care, treatment, control, protection, and rehabilitation of patients with mental disorders. The main concern in mental health care is the continuing use of seclusion and the slow pace of change. Purpose: Analyze the seclusion room policy in National Center for mental health (NCmh) in Jordan to recognize the issue and present alternative solutions in order to modify and improve the current seclusion room policy. method: The authors got seclusion room policy from NCmh;the method in this analysis will be used six-step model;and then searched the database for alternatives using EBSCO, PUBmED, mEDLINE, CINAhL, and Ovid. Result: The authors discuss use medications, training program, manipulate environment, de-escalation technique, and status quo alternatives that helps in minimizing use of seclusion, decreasing the incidence of aggressive behaviors occurrences, and decreasing unsafe behaviors against health care providers in the psychiatric settings. Conclusion: manipulates environment is the best alternative after evaluated alternatives according to criteria.
