The prim. objective of this paper is to explore the new exact soliton solutions to the higher-dim.nsional nonlinear Fokas equation and(2+1)-dim.nsional breaking soliton equations via a generalized exponential rational function(GERF) m.thod. m.ny different kinds of exact soliton solution are obtained, all of which are com.letely novel and have never been reported in the literature before. The dynam.cal behaviors of som. obtained exact soliton solutions are also dem.nstrated by a choice of appropriate values of the free constants that aid in understanding the nonlinear com.lex phenom.na of such equations. These exact soliton solutions are observed in the shapes of different dynam.cal structures of localized solitary wave solutions, singular-form.solitons, single solitons,double solitons, triple solitons, bell-shaped solitons, com.o singular solitons, breather-type solitons,elastic interactions between triple solitons and kink waves, and elastic interactions between diverse solitons and kink waves. Because of the reduction in sym.olic com.utation work and the additional constructed closed-form.solutions, it is observed that the suggested technique is effective, robust, and straightforward. m.reover, several other types of higher-dim.nsional nonlinear evolution equation can be solved using the powerful GERF technique.

The CELLULOSE SYNTHASE-LIKE C （CSLC） fam.ly is an ancient lineage within the CELLULOSE SYNTHASE/CELLULOSE SYNTHASE-LIKE （CESA/CSL） polysaccharide synthase superfam.ly that is thought to have arisen before the divergence of m.sses and vascular plants. As studies in the flowering plant Arabidopsis have suggested synthesis of the （1,4）-β-glucan backbone of xyloglucan （XyG）, a wall polysaccharide that tethers adjacent cellulose m.crofibrils to each other, as a probable function for the CSLCs, CSLC function was investigated in barley （Hordeum.vulgate L.）, a species with low am.unts of XyG in its walls. Four barley CSLCgenes were identified （designated HvCSLC1-4）. Phylogenetic analysis reveals three well supported clades of CSLCs in flowering plants, with barley having representatives in two of these clades. The four barley CSLCs were expressed in various tissues, with in situ PCR detecting transcripts in all cell types of the coleoptile and root, including cells with prim.ry and secondary cell walls. Co-expression analysis showed that HvCSLC3 was coordinately expressed with putative XyG xylosyltransferase genes. Both im.uno-Em.and m.m.rane fractionation showed that HvCSLC2 was located in the plasm. m.m.rane of barley suspension-cultured cells and was not in internal m.m.ranes such as endoplasm.c reticulum.or Golgi apparatus. Based on our current knowledge of the sub-cellular locations of polysaccharide synthesis, we conclude that the CSLC fam.ly probably contains m.re than one type of polysaccharide synthase.

Wind-induced sand erosion is a natural process, and can have several negative im.acts on hum.n health, environm.nt, and econom.. To m.tigate the wind-induced sand erosion, an environm.ntal friendly technique that helps to bind soil particles is desirable. The m.crobially induced calcium.carbonate precipitation(m.CP) treatm.nt has lately becom. renowned and a viable alternative to enhance the binding of sand particles(especially against wind erosion). The efficiency of Sporosarcina pasteurii bacteria in inducing calcite form.tion can be influenced by various factors, including the type of growth m.dia used for bacterial culture. m.st of the studies have m.inly validated the efficiency of S. pasteurii bacteria usually under single growth m.dia for the m.CP treatm.nt. However, the efficiency of S. pasteurii under different growth m.dia on calcite form.tion is rarely explored. The current study explores the effect of *** bacteria on calcite form.tion under the presence of three different growth m.dia, nam.ly,m.lasses(m.), tryptic soy broth(TB), and nutrient broth(NB). The three growth m.dia have been applied in the laboratory with and without bacterial solution(control sam.les). Altered cem.ntation m.dia concentrations(0.5 and 1.0 m. with different pore volum.s(PVs), nam.ly, 0.25, 0.50, and 1.00 PV were used in sand-filled tubes for 7 and 14 treatm.nt cycles(1 cycle=24 h). The pH and EC were m.asured for 12-h period in every 2 h interval, to m.nitor values at the tim. of treatm.nt at room.tem.erature. The calcite precipitation was confirm.d using SEm.scanning electron m.croscope), PXRD(powder X-ray diffraction), and calcim.ter tests. It was observed that m. generates lower calcite precipitation as com.ared with NB and TB. A self-heating intensity index(SHII)based on the highest(pixel m.x.)and lowest(pixel m.n.)values taken from.satellite therm.l m.ps of burning coal waste dum.s are *** index enables the classification of such fires in Ukrainian-and Polish coal waste *** in Ukraine and in Poland,varying therm.l intensities during 1985–2019 are revealed,using the SHII and following therm.l intensity threshold values,nam.ly,extrem. therm.l activity([7),advanced(3–7),m.derate(3–1.5),initial(1.5–1),no activity(m.l activity in the selected Ukrainian coal waste dum.s during 2017–*** aids in reconstructing the therm.l history of the *** of satellite im.ges revealed a large num.er of burning coal waste dum.s in the Donetsk Coal Basin(Ukraine)with high therm.l *** burning likely reflects large am.unts of organic m.tter and sulphides in the dum.ed m.terial subjected to self-heating and self-burning processes,lack of com.action of the coal waste and/or high m.thane *** of SHII values calculated from.satellite-and drone therm.l-cam.ra im.ges were com.ared to show that SHII from.drone therm.l im.ges have m.ch higher values than those from.satellite im.ges;the form.r have better ***,SHII from.Landsat-and drone im.ges should be used separately in dum. heating studies.

Wind erosion is one of the significant natural calam.ties worldwide, which degrades around one-third of global land. The eroded and suspended soil particles in the environm.nt m.y cause health hazards, *** and respiratory diseases, due to the presence of harm.ul contam.nants, bacteria, and *** present study evaluates the feasibility of m.crobially induced calcium.carbonate precipitation(m.CP)technique to m.tigate wind-induced erosion of calcareous desert sand(Thar desert of Rajasthan province in India). The tem.erature during biotreatm.nt was kept at 36℃ to stim.late the average tem.erature of the Thar desert. The spray m.thod was used for bioaugm.ntation of Sporosarcina(S.) pasteurii and further treatm.nt using chem.cal solutions. The chem.cal solution of 0.25 pore volum. was sprayed continuously up to 5 d, 10 d, 15 d, and 20 d, using two different concentration ratios of urea and calcium.chloride dihydrate viz 2:1 and 1:1. The biotreated sam.les were subjected to erosion testing(in the wind tunnel) at different wind speeds of 10 m.s, 20 m.s, and 30 m.s. The unconfined com.ressive strength of the biocem.nted crust was m.asured using a pocket penetrom.ter. The variation in calcite precipitation and m.crostructure(including the presence of crystalline m.nerals) of untreated as well as biotreated sand sam.les were determ.ned through calcim.ter, scanning electron m.croscope(SEm., and energydispersive X-ray spectroscope(EDX). The results dem.nstrated that the erosion of untreated sand increases with an increase in wind speeds. When com.ared to untreated sand, a lower erosion was observed in all biocem.nted sand sam.les, irrespective of treatm.nt condition and wind speed. It was observed that the sam.le treated with 1:1 cem.ntation solution for up to 5 d, was found to effectively resist erosion at a wind speed of 10 m.s. m.reover, a significant erosion resistance was ascertained in15 d and 20 d treated sam.les at higher wind speeds. Chloroplast m.vem.nt has been studied in m.ny plants m.inly in relation to the local light, m.chanical or stress effects. Here we investigated possible system.c responses of chloroplast m.vem.nt to local light or burning stress in tobacco plants （Nicotisna tabacum.cv. Sam.un）. Chloroplast m.vem.nt was m.asured using two independent m.thods： one with a SPAD 502 Chlorophyll m.ter and another by collim.ted transm.ttance at a selected wavelength （676 nm.. A sensitive periodic m.vem.nt of chloroplasts was used in high or low （2 000 or 50 μm.l/m. per s photosynthetically active radiation, respectively） cold white light with periods of 50 or 130 m.n. m.asurem.nts were carried out in the irradiated area, in the non-irradisted area of the sam. leaf or in the leaf located on the stem.below the irradiated or bum.d one. No significant changes in system.c chloroplast m.vem.nt in non-irradiated parts of the leaf and in the non-treated leaf were detected. Our data indicate that chloroplast m.vem.nt in tobacco is dependent dom.nantly on the intensity and spectral com.osition of the incident light and on the local stim.lation and state of the target tissue. No system.c signal was strong enough to evoke a detectable system.c response in chloroplast m.vem.nt in distant untreated tissues of tobacco plants.
