T-lymphoblastic lymphoma(T-LBL)is a rare and aggressive form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and little is known about their molecular ***,complex karyotypes were already related to this group of malignancy and associated with poor ***,we describe a 17-year-old female being diagnosed with T-LBL and a normal karyotype after standard G-banding with trypsin-Giemsa(GTG)-***,further analyses including high-resolution molecular approaches,array-comparative genomic hybridization(aCGH),multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification,fluorescence in situ hybridization and multicolor chromosome banding revealed a cryptic complex karyotype,NUP214-ABL1 gene fusion,episomes and intra-tumor genetic *** addition,homozygous loss of CDkN2A,as well as amplification of oncogene TLX1(HOX11)were ***,NUP214-ABL1 fusion gene replicated autonomously in this case as ***,highly amplification of NUP214-ABL1 fusion gene defines possibly a new subgroup of T-LBL patients which accordingly could benefit from treatment with tyrosine kinase *** episomes are missed in standard karyotyping aCGH should be performed routinely in T-LBL to possibly detect more of such cases.

In this paper,a frictional contact problem between an electro-elastic body and an electrically conductive foundation is *** contact is modeled by normal compliance with finite penetration and a version of Coulomb’s law of dry friction in which the coefficient of friction depends on the *** addition,the effects of the electrical conductivity of the foundation are taken into *** model leads to a coupled system of the quasi-variational inequality of the elliptic type for the displacement and the nonlinear variational equation for the electric *** existence of a weak solution is proved by using an abstract result for elliptic variational inequalities and a fixed point ***,a finite element approximation of the problem is *** some regularity conditions,an optimal order error estimate of the approximate solution is ***,a successive iteration technique is used to solve the problem numerically and a convergence result is established.

In the last few decades, addressing the global challenge of implementation of strategies for renewable energy and energy efficiency has become ***, since 2009, has made a steadfast commitment to sustainability, with a particular focus on advancing the development of renewable energy resources. A comprehensive strategy has been formulated, centering on utilizing the country's energy potential to drive progress in this vital sector. Morocco is considered a country with abundant thermal water, indicating deep reservoirs with significant hydrothermal potential. Geothermal zones were selected based on the abundance of hot springs where water temperatures were high and geothermal gradients were significant. The abundance and importance of hot springs, combined with recent volcanism and ongoing non-tectonic activity linked to alpine orogeny, strongly suggest that these regions are promising reservoirs for geothermal energy. This great potential also extends to neighboring countries. In northeast and south Morocco, the temperature of thermal water ranges from 26 to 54℃. This study serves as an inclusive review of the geothermal potentialities in Morocco.

Intelligent traffic control requires accurate estimation of the road states and incorporation of adaptive or dynamically adjusted intelligent algorithms for making the *** this article,these issues are handled by proposing a novel framework for traffic control using vehicular communications and Internet of Things *** framework integrates kalman filtering and *** smoothing kalman filtering,our data fusion kalman filter incorporates a process-aware model which makes it superior in terms of the prediction *** traditional Q-learning,our Q-learning algorithm enables adaptive state quantization by changing the threshold of separating low traffic from high traffic on the road according to the maximum number of vehicles in the junction *** evaluation,the model has been simulated on a single intersection consisting of four roads:east,west,north,and south.A comparison of the developed adaptive quantized Q-learning(AQQL)framework with state-of-the-art and greedy approaches shows the superiority of AQQL with an improvement percentage in terms of the released number of vehicles of AQQL is 5%over the greedy approach and 340%over the state-of-the-art ***,AQQL provides an effective traffic control that can be applied in today’s intelligent traffic system.

The Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)is a network that is constructed in regions that are inaccessible to human *** widespread deployment of wireless micro sensors will make it possible to conduct accurate environmental monitoring for a use in both civil and military *** make use of these data to monitor and keep tra.k of the physical data of the surrounding environment in order to ensure the sustainability of the *** data have to be picked up by the sensor,and then sent to the sink node where they may be *** nodes of the WSNs are powered by batteries,therefore they eventually run out of *** energy restriction has an effect on the network life span and environmental *** objective of this study is to further improve the Engroove Leach(EL)protocol’s energy efficiency so that the network can operate for a very long time while consuming the least amount of *** lifespan of WSNs is being extended often using clustering and routing *** Meta Inspired Ha.ks Fragment Optimization(MIHFO)system,which is based on passive clustering,is used in this study to do *** cluster head is chosen based on the nodes’residual energy,distance to neighbors,distance to base station,node degree,and node *** on distance,residual energy,and node degree,an algorithm known as Heuristic Wing Antfly Optimization(HWAFO)selects the optimum path between the cluster head and Base Station(BS).They examine the number of nodes that are active,their energy consumption,and the number of data pa.kets that the BS *** overall experimentation is carried out under the MATLAB *** the analysis,it has been discovered that the suggested approach yields noticeably superior outcomes in terms of throughput,pa.ket delivery and drop ratio,and average energy consumption.

Ba.kGROUND Organ donation is a critical issue that is receiving greater attention *** Jordan,the public’s knowledge about and attitudes toward organ donation play a significant role in the availability of organs for *** To assess the public knowledge about and attitudes toward organ donation in *** A cross-sectional design was used to collect data from 396 Jordanian citizens via an online self-reported *** Overall,396 participants were *** the entire sample,93.9%of the participants had heard about and had sufficient knowledge about organ donation but they had limited knowledge about brain *** most common source of information about organ donation was social media *** were found to score significantly higher than males for *** who had thought about organ donation or registered their names to donate scored signi-ficantly higher in terms of attitudes to donation than their counterparts who had *** most common reasons for limited organ donation practices in Jordan were a la.k of awareness programs and insufficient knowledge in *** Greater public understanding of organ donation appears to be associated with more positive attitudes toward organ *** participants responded positively regarding their attitude toward organ donation as they believed that this action could give another person a chance to ***,most agreed that they would donate their organs after their ***,the participants had limited general knowledge about brain death,and most had not registered their names to donate their *** findings indicate the need for public awareness campaigns and educational programs to encourage more people to become organ donors.

This article signals the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in information security where its merits, downsides as well as unanticipated negative outcomes are noted. It considers AI based models that can strengthen or undermine infrastructural functions and organize the networks. In addition, the essay delves into AI’s role in Cyber security software development and the need for AI-resilient strategies that could anticipate and thwart AI-created vulnerabilities. The document also touched on the socioeconomic ramifications of the emergence of AI in Cyber security as well. Looking into AI and security literature, the report outlines benefits including made threat detection precision, extended security ops efficiency, and preventive security ta.ks. At the same time, it emphasizes the positive side of AI, but it also shows potential limitations such as data bias, la.k of interpretability, ethical concerns, and security flaws. The work similarly focuses on the characterized of misuse and sophisticated cyberatta.ks. Aqueous-phase reforming of hydroxyacetone solution to bio-based H_(2)over supported Pt catalysts

Aqueous-phase reforming(APR)is an attractive process to produce bio-based hydrogen from waste biomass streams,during which the catalyst stability is often challenged due to the harsh reaction *** this work,three Pt-based catalysts supported on C,AlO(OH),and ZrO_(2)were investigated for the APR of hydroxyacetone solution in afixed bed reactor at 225℃and 35 *** them,the Pt/C catalyst showed the highest turnover frequency for H_(2)production(TOF of 8.9 molH_(2)molPt^(-1)min^(-1))and the longest catalyst *** the AlO(OH)and ZrO_(2)supported Pt catalysts,the side reactions consuming H_(2),formation of coke,and Pt sintering result in a low H_(2)production and the fast catalyst *** proposed reaction pathways suggest that a promising APR catalyst should reform all oxygenates in the aqueous phase,minimize the hydrogenation of the oxygenates,maximize the WGS reaction,and inhibit the condensation and coking reactions for maximizing the hydrogen yield and a stable catalytic performance.
