Finding alternatives of synthetic pesticide for health and the safe environment has become a crucial issue for scientific research.A number of studies have reported efficacy of Bacillus species on promoting plant development,as well as protecting plants against pathogens invasion,especially pathogenic fungi and ***,little was known about Bacillus species in controlling viral *** this study,Bacillus atrophaeus strain HAB-5,isolated from soil of cotton field,Xinjiang,China,was able to efficiently promote the growth of tobacco plant in that the expansins genes NtEXPl and NtEXP2 in tobacco leaves after treatment with *** Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)/Nicotiana tobacco system was employed to evaluate virus resistance induced by *** leaves were treated with antimicrobial metabolites of HAB-5 strain(lmg/mL),and 12 hours later the treated leaves were challenged with TMV via *** results showed that diseasing symptoms were obviously compromised in tobacco leaves treated with HAB-5,and viral accumulation levels were also greatly ***,it was found that the signaling regulatory gene(NPR1),defense genes(PR-1a,PR-1b,Chia5),and hypertensive response related genes(Hsr203J,Hinl) were up-regulated in plants treated with the ***,these accumulated results strongly supported the strain HAB-5 to be a biocontrol strain against TMV.

为了优化深紫外激光二极管(DUV-LD)的电光转换效率与输出功率,提出了单调组分渐变空穴存储层(MCGHRL)和对称组分渐变空穴阻挡层(SCG-HBL)结构。使用Crosslight软件对采用基础结构、矩形空穴存储层(R-HRL)、MCG-HRL以及MCG-HRL和SCG-HBL的DUV-LD进行了仿真研究。结果表明,采用MCG-HRL和SCG-HBL能够更加有效地提升DUV-LD量子阱(QWs)内的空穴浓度,减少n型区的空穴泄露,增加QWs内的辐射复合率,降低其阈值电压与电阻,提升其电光转换效率与输出功率。

Objective: Papanicolou (Pap) smear screening has dramatically reduced the incidence of invasive cervical cancer worldwide. Pap smear screening is still not widely available in developing countries and therefore cannot be used as mass screening tool. This study was designed to establish the role of Pap smear as a routine investigation for females presented to gynecological department. Methods: It was a hospital based study. Patients attending with complaints including irregular vaginal bleeding, vagina discharge, dyspareunia, low backache or lower abdominal pain and primary or secondary infertility were included in the study. All these patients underwent pap smear. Results: Age of females was 25 to 60 years. Ninety females had dysplasia. Mild to moderate dysplasia was positive in 84 females. Six patients had severe dysplasia suspicious for squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) which was confirmed as invasive SCC on biopsy. All patients with mild to moderate dysplasia were regularly followed at 4 to 6 months. Thirty patients were lost during follow up. Forty had negative smear at 6 months, while fourteen having persistent dysplasia on repeated pap smears were referred for biopsies. Histopathology confirmed invasive SCC in five patients while chronic cervicitis was reported in nine patients. Only two of screened patients with high suspicion for cancer showed false negative results. Directed biopsies done in these confirmed invasive SCC. Conclusion: Pap smear is a useful, simple, non-invasive and reliable screening tool for cervical cancer. It may be practiced as a routine investigation in outpatients in developing countries, where mass screening is not available.

【Objective】 To ensure global food security,grain production needs to increase by more than 60%relative to its 2005-2007 level by ***,global mean air temperature is predicted to increase by about 1.0-1.7 ℃ by *** is the most important staple crop in the world,and China is the largest country in terms of wheat production and *** the impacts of climatic warming on winter wheat production will benefit cultivar breeding efforts and agronomic innovations and may help to improve food security.【Method】 We conducted a comprehensive study across the main Chinese winter wheat cropping regions,comprising field warming experiments at four locations and an analysis of 36 years of winter wheat yield data.【Result】 In the field warming experiments,an increase of 1.0 °C in nighttime temperature enhanced wheat yield by 10.1%on average(P < 0.05).Warming-induced enhancement of 1000-grain weight explained most of these yield *** shortened the length of pre-flowering phase by 5.4 days,while it prolonged the length of post-flowering phase by 3.8 *** yield increases with warming were similar across experimental sites,even though warming-induced changes in the length of growth periods decreased with increasing ambient *** analysis of the historical data set was consistent with our field warming experiments;between 1980 and 2015,the major Chinese cropping regions experienced significant warming,especially in daily minimum *** the historical data set,daily minimum temperature was positively correlated with wheat yield(142.0 kg ha ℃).【Conclusion】 Our coherent findings can provide important references to policy making and agronomic innovations of Chinese wheat production to better cope with future climate warming.
