随着人工智能AI(Artificial Intelligence,AI)的出现,AI技术已被用于人类生活的各个领域,如农业、工业、军事、医学等。人工智能取代了各行各业的劳动力,大大降低了成本,提高了生产效率,并成为各行业的首选驱动技术。人工智能在农业方面正发挥着越来越重要的作用。人工智能可以帮助农民优化他们的操作,提高产量,并降低成本,如用于监测农作物,检测疾病和虫害,优化灌溉系统,甚至预测天气。深度学习算法是人工智能的核心之一,它可以从数据中学习,进而完成多种目标任务。深度学习算法已被用于各种任务,包括图像分类、物体检测、自然语言处理和语音识别。近年来,深度学习算法已被应用于RGB图像中的树木检测和计数。通过使用计算机视觉算法,深度学习可以快速而准确地计算出特定区域内的树木数量。本研究的主要内容如下:(1)计算机视觉技术是一种低成本、高效率的识别和计数物体的方法。与传统的树木计数方法费时费力相比,自动树木计数方法具有可持续性好、效率高、可靠性强等优点。本研究提出了一种基于深度学习的树苗图像检测与计数方法。即使用深度学习神经网络对树苗进行训练与计数,可以大规模地减少人工计数树的成本和时间,并显著提高计数精度,因此其在检测树苗的种类和数量方面具有很高的经济价值和广阔的应用前景。而此类神经网络的训练需要大量的图像数据,因此本文使用了云杉、黑果花楸和樟子松三种树苗建立了树苗检测数据集。再通过几种数据增强方法对数据进行增强,以提高检测模型的准确性并防止过度拟合。(2)近年来,深度学习被越来越多地应用于许多农业相关的应用。用于树苗检测和计数的深度学习应用为精准农业的挑战提供了强有力的解决方案,使种植园在降低成本和人工劳动的同时提高生产力和可持续性。因此,本研究基于当前较新的YOLOv5建立了树苗检测网络,通过对相关环境进行部署,并针对当前数据与训练进行参数调节,用三种类型的树苗进行训练,获得训练权重。(3)对三种类型的树苗的实验结果表明,我们提出的方法可以有效地识别和计算图像中的树苗。具体来说,云杉树苗、黑果花楸和樟子松树苗的MAP分别为89.8%、89.1%和95.6%。检测模型的准确率平均达到95.10%(云杉树苗为98.58%,黑果花楸树苗为91.62%,樟子松树苗为95.11%)。所提出的方法可以为计算树木的统计任务提供技术支持。本研究训练的神经网络能够检测出人眼可能看不到的树木形状和大小的微妙差异,这使得特定区域内的树木计数更加准确。从实验结果来看,基于YOLOv5神经网络的检测方法可以对苗圃环境下的树苗进行精准而快速的识别与计数。随着将来数据集的扩充与神经网络的训练,它们的准确性将随着时间的推移继续提高,使它们在树木计数任务中更加可靠。

Objective:To study risk factors,contributing factors of bacterial and fungal endophthalmitis in Upper Egypt,test the isolated species sensitive to some therapeutic agents,and to investigate the air-borne bacteria and fungi in opthalmology operating ***:Thirty one cases of endophthalmitis were clinically diagnosed and microbiologically *** air-borne bacteria and fungi inside four air-conditioned operating rooms in the Ophthalmology Department at Assiut University Hospitals were also *** isolated microbes from endophthalmitis cases were tested for their ability to produce some extracellular enzymes including protease,lipase,urease,phosphatase and *** the ability of 5 fungal isolates from endophthalmitis origin to produce mycotoxins and their sensitivity to some therapeutic agents were ***:Results showed that bacteria and fungi were responsible for infection in 10 and 6 cases of endophthalmitis,respectively and only 2 cases produced a mixture of bacteria and *** was the most prevalent risk factor of endophthalmitis where 58.1%of the 31 cases were due to *** ophthalmology operating rooms,different bacterial and fungal species were isolated.8 bacterial and 5 fungal isolates showed their ability to produce enzymes while only 3 fungal isolates were able to produce *** showed the highest effect against most isolates in ***:The ability of bacterial and fungal isolates to produce extracellular enzymes and mycotoxins may be aid in the invasion and destruction of eye tissues. Microbial contamination of operating rooms with air-borne bacteria and fungi in the present work may be a source of postoperative endophthalmitis.

本文对欧洲和其他国家广泛使用的铁路牵引钩连接器进行了故障分析。对使用中的一些失效耦合器进行了无损测试,以确定耦合器的关键区域。牵引钩耦合器用于连接相同的钩耦合器或自动耦合器。讨论了连接类型对耦合器强度的影响。采用有限元方法进行了数值应力分析,利用临界平面法等多种方法对不同条件下耦合器的疲劳寿命进行预测。通过实验结果验证了所提出的疲劳标准和疲劳寿命预测以及静态数值分析的结果。

Virtues of Using a Double Lumen Tube for Anesthesia in Patients with Endobronchial Tumours Requiring Open Lung Resection or Bronchoplastic Procedures

Objective The benefits and risks of using double lumen tube (DLT) in open thoracotomy are not well studied and the relative contraindication for using it in cases of endobronchial tumours is not proven. In this study, we compared our experience with using DLT versus single lumen tube (SLT) for anesthesia in patients requiring an open thoracotomy for resection of endobronchial tumours. Methods A prospective observational study was performed in a single tertiary care university hospital in patients with endobronchial tumours anesthetized with single and double lumen tubes for open thoracotomy procedures over a period from 2010 till 2018. Results One hundred and six patients with endobronchial tumours were studied. There were 76 males. Median age was 32 years (14 - 62). In 96 cases, endobronchial pathology was a typical carcinoid. 58 patients were anesthetized using a DLT and 48 using a SLT. Four cases of near miss from potentially fatal intraoperative tumour migration occurred in the SLT group (p = 0.025). There was only one case of mild tumour bleeding from the DLT group and time of insertion was longer (16.2 vs. 4.5 min p Conclusions We conclude that it is safe to place a double lumen endo tracheal tube for patients with endobronchial tumours requiring open lobectomies or bronchoplastic procedures. An additional benefit of DLT use is increasing surgical satisfaction by reducing spillage and tidal volume loss during surgical anastomosis of the open airway.

The electrochemical behavior of duloxetine HCl (***) at a carbon paste electrode (CPE) was achieved by cyclic voltammetry and a mechanism of its oxidation was reported and illustrated. A sensitive linear sweep and square-wave adsorptive anodic stripping voltammetry methods were described for trace determination of ***. Introduction: ***, N-methyl-3-(nap-thalen-1- yloxy)-3-(thiophene-2-yl) propan-1-amine hydrochloride is a selective serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) originally developed as an antidepressant and is currently recommended for maintenance treatment of major depressive disorder. Methods: Electrochemical behavior was studied using cyclic voltammetric method, and the analytical application was studied using linear sweep and square wave voltammetric methods. Solution pH has been measured by pH meter. Results: The process on the surface of carbon paste electrode was found to be irreversible and diffusion-controlled. The number of proton and electron transferred were calculated. Possible reaction mechanism taking place on the surface of electrode was proposed. Calibration plot constructed using square wave voltammetric technique was used for quantitative analysis in pharmaceutical and human serum samples. Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were calculated. Conclusions: In the present work, we described the electrochemical behavior of *** drug. Two precise linear sweep and square wave adsorptive anodic stripping voltammetry methods have been described for its trace quantitation in pharmaceutical formulation and human serum. The method shows the development of a sensor for selective and sensitive determination of ***.

Molecular dynamics simulation of the interaction of ethanol-water mixture with a Pt surface

An analysis of the molecular dynamics of ethanol solvated by water molecules in the absence and presence of a Pt surface has been performed using DL_POLY_2.19 code. The structure and diffusion properties of an ethanol–water system have been studied at various temperatures from 250 to 600 K. We have measured the self-diffusion coefficients of the 50:50% ethanol–water solution;in the absence of a Pt surface our results show an excellent agreement–within an error of 7.4% – with the experimental data. An increase in the self-diffusion coefficients with the inclusion of a Pt surface has been observed. The estimation of the diffusion coefficients of both water and ethanol in the presence of a Pt surface shows that they obey the Arrhenius equation;the calculated activation energies of diffusion of ethanol and water are 2.47 and 2.98 Kcal/mole, respectively. The radial distribution function graphs and density profiles have been built;their correlations with the self-diffusion coefficients of both ethanol and water molecules are also illustrated.
