Reducing environmental pollution is a critical goal in global environmental economics and economic *** European Union(EU)faces environmental challenges due to its development *** we present a comprehensive approach to assess the impact of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emissions,energy consumption(EC),population structure(POP),economy(GDP),and policies on the environment within the EU using the environmental Kuznets curve(EKC).Our research reveals that between 1990 and 2019,the EU-27 experienced an increase of t1.18 million tonnes of oil equivalent(Mtoe)per year in energy consumption(p<0.05),while CO_(2)emissions decreased by 24.25 million tonnes(Mt)per year(p<0.05).The highest reduction in CO_(2)emissions occurred in Germany(7.52 Mt CO_(2)annually),and the lowest in Latvia(0.087 Mt CO_(2)annually).The empirical EKC analysis shows an inverted-U shaped relationship between GDP and CO_(2)emissions in the ***,a 1%increase in GDP results in a 0.705%increase in carbon emission,while a 1%increase in GDP2 leads to a 0.062%reduction in environmental pollution in the long run(p<0.01).These findings indicate that economic development within the EU has reached a stage where economic growth positively impacts the ***,this study provides insights into the effectiveness of environmental policies in mitigating degradation and promoting green growth in the EU 27 countries.

Knowledge management is a critical factor for achieving a competitive advantage and creating value for the organization in the *** multicultural organization requires understanding of the behavior of knowledge sharing in multicultural project teams,because managing cultural diversity and sharing knowledge in multicultural teams is critical to project *** and managing cultural differences successfully offers many advantages to the project as well as the success of the *** the other hand,problems arising from cultural differences can cause waste of resources and delay in achieving project goals.　　This study investigated the impact of cultural differences on knowledge sharing in multicultural project *** the research questions,the impact of cultural differences factors were examined on knowledge sharing effectiveness through a mediator which is communication *** study is intended to fill the gap in the previous *** studies examined the effect of cultural differences on knowledge sharing by direct relationship or indirectly through mediators such as participation effectiveness,communication effectiveness and other mediators,but this study used the communication frequency as a mediator that links the cultural differences factors and the knowledge sharing effectiveness.　　The study found that the cultural differences factors that impact knowledge sharing through communication frequency are;power distance language and saving *** results of the study showed that reducing power distance,increasing individual's English competency and saving face positively impact communication *** study also showed that there is a positive relationship between communication frequency and social/task-related knowledge sharing *** study also showed that there is no statistical significance relationship between social-related knowledge sharing effectiveness and task-related knowledge sharing effect

本研究工作提出了一种强大、高效并且可靠的Homa传输协议修改方案。我们引入了一种新颖、直接并且高效的按报文大小确定优先级的算法。首先,根据传入流量,更改未进行优先级调度的截止报文的大小范围。我们使用显式机制确定截止范围,并根据负载报文大小确定优先级。其次,我们选择了最佳比例来分配优先级,并据此更改已调度和未调度数据包的优先级数。关于Homa传输协议的修改方案是直接的,并不复杂,并且可以被认为是根据报文大小确定优先级算法的一种良好的替代方案。此外,所提出的确定优先级算法的核心思想是根据先前负载报文大小的统计信息显示地分配优先级。除了方案中修改的地方,我们的工作基于与之前Homa工作完全相同的机制。因此,我们的研究工作令人非常满意,而且性能相对较高。此外,我们的研究工作引入了充分的调研,了解报文大小映射优先级对DCN中Homa传输协议性能的影响。仿真结果表明,我们提出的方法提高了 Homa在高网络负载情况下的性能,并且令人满意。在90%的网络负载下,它将短报文的传输延迟降低到了14μs左右,并最大限度地减少了接收端下行链路侧(TOR和接收端之间)的队列长度-与Homa传输协议相比减少了 40%。此外,在相同的网络负载(90%)下,我们提出的方法可提供高达85%的带宽利用率。
