Prevalence and co-infections of schistosomiasis/hepatitis B and C viruses among school children in an endemic areas in Taiz,Yemen

Objective:To determine the disease prevalence and its relationship with hepatitis B and C viruses among school children in five endemic areas by ***:During June 2007 and March 2009,1 484 school children aged between 5-16 years participated in the current study from 32 basic schools in five districts.al-Dhabab,Hedran,Warazan,al-Barh and al-shmaytin) in Taiz Governorate,Republic of *** of school children who participated in the study;1 406 stool samples,1 484 urine samples and 214 blood samples were collected and ***:schistosoma mansoni(***) was found in all the studied areas except ***,schistosoma haematobium(***) was recorded only in al-shmaytin and *** *** and *** were observed in al-shmaytin *** overall prevalence was 20.76%for *** and 7.41%for ***. The prevalence rate of infection among males was higher than females,shwing no significant *** of light,moderate and heavy infections in the case of *** were 41.78%, 25.34%and 32.87%***,for *** it was 50.90%for light infection and 49.09%for heavy *** to the prevalence of viral hepatitis among infected school children with schistosomiasis,it could be noticed that hepatitis B virus was higher than the prevalence of hepatitis C ***,the presence of HBsAg and anti-HCV was not associated with schistosoma ***:schistosomiasis infection is an important public health problem in Taiz Governorate,Republic of *** was a correlation between s. haematobium and hepatitis B,but no association between *** infections and hepatitis B and C viruses.

In this research,a modified fractional order proportional integral derivate(FOPID)control method is proposed for the photovoltaic(PV)and thermoelectric generator(TEG)combined hybrid renewable energy *** faster tracking and steady-state output are aimed at the suggested maximum power point tracking(MPPT)control *** derivative order number(μ)value in the improved FOPID(also known as PIλDμ)control structure will be dynamically updated utilizing the value of change in PV array voltage *** the transient,the value ofμis changeable;it’s one at the start and after reaching the maximum power point(MPP),allowing for strong tracking *** will use the freely available waste thermal energy created surrounding the PVarray for additional power generation,increasing the system’s energy conversion efficiency.A high-gain DC-DC converter circuit is included in the system to maintain a high amplitude DC input voltage to the inverter *** proposed approach’s performance was investigated using an extensive MATLAB software simulation and validated by comparing findings with the perturbation and observation(P&O)type MPPT control *** study results demonstrate that the FOPID controller-based MPPT control outperforms the P&O method in harvesting the maximum power achievable from the PV-TEG hybrid *** is.also a better control action and a faster response.

In this research, the effects of target sputtering power on the structure and optical properties of radio frequency （RF） sputtered Ti6A14V films were investigated. Different sputtering RF powers were used to produce different thicknesses of Ti6A14V thin films, From the X-ray diffraction, it was found that the Ti6A14V films had polycrys.alline cubic and hexagonal structures and increased films crys.allinity and crys.alline size with increasing the sputtering power. Atomic forces microscopy （AFM） gave us a nanometric film character, films homogeneity, and surfaces roughness. A higher degree of roughness and average grain size with increasing RF power was exhibited. Band gap and refractive index of Ti6A14V thin films varied with sputtering RF powers.

Remote sensing image processing engaged researchers’attentiveness in recent years,especially *** main problem in classification is the ratio of the correct predictions after *** extraction is the foremost important step to build high-performance image *** convolution neural networks can extract images’features that significantly improve the image classifiers’*** paper proposes two efficient approaches for remote sensing images classification that utilizes the concatenation of two convolution channels’outputs as a features extraction using two classic convolution models;these convolution models are the ResNet 50 and the DenseNet *** elicited features have been used by the fully connected neural network classifier and support vector machine classifier as input *** results of the proposed methods are compared with other antecedent approaches in the same experimental *** is based on learning curves plotted during the training of the proposed classifier that is based on a fully connected neural network and measuring the overall accuracy for the both proposed *** proposed classifiers are used with their trained weights to predict a big remote sensing scene’s classes for a developed *** results ensure that,compared with the other traditional classifiers,the proposed classifiers are further accurate.

Nowadays,security plays an important role in Internet of Things(IoT)environment especially in medical services’domains like disease prediction and medical data *** healthcare sector,huge volumes of data are generated on a daily basis,owing to the involvement of advanced health care *** general terms,health care images are highly sensitive to alterations due to which any modifications in its content can result in faulty *** the same time,it is.also significant to maintain the delicate contents of health care images during reconstruction ***,an encryption system is required in order to raise the privacy and security of healthcare data by not leaking any sensitive *** current study introduces Improved Multileader Optimization with shadow Image Encryption for Medical Image security(IMLOsIE-MIs)technique for IoT *** aim of the proposed IMLOsIE-MIs model is to accomplish security by generating shadows and encrypting them *** do so,the presented IMLOsIE-MIs model initially generates a set of shadows for every input medical ***,shadow image encryption process takes place with the help of Multileader Optimization(MLO)withHomomorphic Encryption(IMLO-HE)technique,where the optimal keys are generated with the help of MLO *** the receiver side,decryption process is initially carried out and shadow image reconstruction process is *** experimentation analysis was carried out on medical images and the results inferred that the proposed IMLOsIE-MIs model is an excellent performer compared to other *** comparison study outcomes demonstrate that IMLOsIE-MIs model is robust and offers high security in IoT-enabled healthcare environment.

Objective:To investigate the protective role of Cardiospermum halicacabum(***) leaf extract on glycoprotein metabolism in streptozotocin(sTZ)-induced diabetic ***: Diabetes was induced in male albino Wistar rats by intraperitonial administration of *** *** leaf extract(CHE) was administered orally to normal and sTZ-diabetic rats for 45 *** effects of *** leaf extract(CHE) on plasma and tissue glycoproteins (hexose,hexosamine,fucose and s.alic acid) were ***:The levels of plasma and tissues glycoproteins containing hexose,hexosamine and fucose were significantly increased in sTZ-induced diabetic *** addition,the level of s.alic acid significantly increased in plasma and liver while decreased in kidney of sTZ-induced diabetic *** administration of CHE to diabetic rats,the metabolic alteration of glycoprotein reverted towards normal levels. Conclusions:The present study indicates that the CHE possesses a protective effect on abnormal glycoprotein metabolism in addition to its antihyperglycemic activity.
