The double flower developm.ntal process is regulated via a com.lex transcriptional regulatory *** understand this highly dynam.c and com.lex developm.ntal process of Dianthus spp.,we perform.d a com.arative analysis of floral m.rphology and transcriptom. dynam.cs in sim.le flowers and double *** found that the prim.rdium.of double flowers of‘X’was larger in size com.ared to that of sim.le flowers of‘L’in Dianthus ***-seq and Weighted Gene Co-expression Network Analysis(WGCNA)during flower developm.nt,identified stage-specific gene network *** analysis by RNA-seq indicated that a group of genes related to floral m.ristem.identity,prim.rdia position and polarity were highly expressed in double flowers genotypes com.ared to sim.le flowers genotypes,suggesting their roles in double-petal form.tion.A total of 21 DEGs related to petal num.er were identified between sim.le and double *** experim.nts of in situ hybridization revealed that DcaAP2L,DcaLFY and DcaUFO genes were expressed in the intra-sepal boundary and petal *** proposed a potential transcriptional regulatory network for sim.le and double flower *** study provides novel insights into the m.lecular m.chanism.underlying double flower form.tion in Dianthus spp.

Sickle Cell Anem.a(SCA)is a prevalent genetic condition in Saudi Arabia,particularly in the Jazan *** study’s purpose was to assess the prevalence of de-pression am.ng individuals with SCA in this area and to identify the factors associated with this *** study involved 391 adult participants,all patients in the hem.tology center of Prince mohammed bin Nasser Hospital(Pm.H).Data was collected through an anonym.us interview questionnaire–the Arabic version of the Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)–between m.rch–m.y *** questionnaire covered socio-dem.graphic inform.tion and variables related to the participant’s SCA history,such as pain levels,frequency of pain,hospitalization duration,and frequency of blood *** variables underwent Chi-square and One-way ANOVA testing,followed by m.ltivariate *** study found a 42%prevalence of depression am.ng the SCA *** significantly linked with heightened depression levels included being widowed or divorced,experiencing frequent and severe pain,and longer duration of hospital *** educational level of at least a bachelor’s degree was also a significant *** study reveals a high prevalence of depression am.ng SCA patients in the Jazan *** underscores the need for policym.kers to educate both physicians and patients about the im.ortance of m.ntal health in SCA *** study also highlights the need for m.re research into the specific causes and effects of depressive sym.tom. in SCA patients to inform.the creation of effective m.nagem.nt plans.

Adapted European seabass(Dicentrarchus labrax L.)larvae at 25 days post-hatching(dph)with a prim.ry weight and length of 23 m. and 9.92 m.,start the weaning up to 46 dph using the weaning m.cro-diet(54%crude protein from.fish m.al,powder m.lk,and poultry egg)concurrently with Artem.a enriched with fortification em.lsions(0.6 g/L)of DHA selco®as a control group(DHAS)or Fish oil+20%Vitam.n C(FOVC),or Fish oil+20%Vitam.n E(FOVE),or Fish oil+10%Vit.C+10%Vit.E(FOCE),or Fish oil only(FO).At 46 dph,groups of larvae fed enriched Artem.a with DHAS and FOVE exhibited the highest final body weight,weight gain,average daily gain,specific growth rate,feed intake,protein efficiency ratio,and survival%as well as the lowest feed conversion ***,larvae in FOVC displayed the lowest final body weight,total length,weight gain,average daily gain,specific growth rate,feed intake,protein efficiency ratio,and survival%as well as the highest feed conversion *** histological assessm.nt exhibited no pathological alteration as well as an im.rovem.nt in the structure with DHAS,FOVE,FOVC,and FOCE co-additives com.ared to *** peroxidase enzym.(GPx)recorded the highest rates(Pm.a supplem.nted with DHAS and FOVE followed by FOCE and *** the lowest record for GPx activity was noted in the FO *** conclusion,Using augm.nted Artem.a nauplii with fish oil+vitam.n E in single or in com.anion with vitam.n C as cheap antioxidants support *** larval growth,survival,and antioxidant efficacy during the critical weaning period.
