An intense bloom.of Karenia *** reported in the Oualidia lagoon,part of Atlantic m.roccan *** highest concentrations are 1.04×10^7 cells/L,and have been noted at the park station *** nutrient concentrations have been observed,and PO4 was the highest value(av.396.18μg/L)recorded at Parc *** m.ssive proliferation caused a red tide which extended over 25 km.from.the Atlantic *** event was accom.anied by stranding of m.croalgae.

The Gaza Strip(365 km.(2))of Palestine(27,000 km.(2))is hom. to a wealth of terrestrial vertebrate *** of these faunistic species find their ways to preservation at the local ***,the current study com.s to docum.nt the Palestinian terrestrial vertebrate fauna acquired by the biology exhibitions(BEs)of Al-Azhar University,Islam.c University of Gaza and Al-Aqsa University that are located at the Gaza City of the Gaza *** am.hibians,reptiles,birds and m.m.als preserved at BEs of the universities in question were surveyed and scientifically classified during a three-m.nth period extending from.January to m.rch,*** study showed that all BEs of local universities are underdeveloped,lacking attention and suffer from.specim.n scarcity and good *** BE at Al-Azhar University is the best in the arrangem.nt and preservation of bird specim.ns.A total num.er of 200 specim.ns belonging to 54 terrestrial vertebrate fauna species,39 fam.lies and 17 orders was recorded at *** constituted 40.7%of the total species recorded,followed by birds(38.9%),m.m.als(14.8%)and am.hibians(5.6%).The Islam.c University of Gaza was considered the best in term. of the num.er of preserved species(39.8%),followed by Al-Azhar University(36.3%)and Al-Aqsa University(23.9%).The Com.on Toad(Bufo viridis)was the m.st preserved am.ng the am.hibian species *** was the biggest reptilian order,com.rising 20 species(8 lizards and 12 snakes),with the Syrian Black Snake(Coluber jugularis asianus)was the *** Palestine Viper(Vipera palaestinae)is endem.c to Palestine and m.st venom.us and dangerous to hum.n *** Great White Pelican(Pelecanus onocrotalus)was the largest Palestinian bird preserved at BE of Al-Azhar *** Egyptian m.ngoose(Herpestes ichneum.n)and the Com.on Badger(m.les m.les)were the biggest m.m.alian specim.ns preserved,while the Palestine m.le-rat(Spalax leucodon ehrenbergi)was the only Palestine endem.c spe

目的本研究旨在探讨护士工作经验、结构性赋权与计算机使用态度的关系。方法本研究属于横断面调查研究。采用人口统计学问卷、工作环境效能问卷-Ⅱ(the Conditions for Work Effectiveness Questionnaire-Ⅱ,CWEQ-Ⅱ)和医疗实践工作中使用计算机的态度预测量表(the Pretest for Attitudes toward Com.ut ers in Healthcare,PATCH)对约旦4所医院的184名注册护士进行调查。结果护士的工作年限范围为1～26年,中位数为5.0年。护士PATCH得分为(61.90±11.38)分,其中45.1%护士对使用计算机的态度属于“在使用用户友好型计算机时感觉舒适”的类别。CWEQ-Ⅱ平均得分为(12.40±2.43)分,其中机会为(3.57±0.87)分,资源为(2.83±0.85)分,信息为(3.06±0.79)分,支持为(2.95±0.86)分。127名(69.0%)护士具有中等水平的结构性赋权。护士的工作经验、结构性赋权分别与使用计算机的态度存在弱负相关(r=-0.17,P<0.05)及弱正相关(r=0.20,P<0.05)。结论结果显示,工作年限长的护士较不愿意使用计算机。加强护士的结构性赋权,改善工作环境可以改变护士对计算机使用的态度。

背景抑郁症非药物治疗的疗效比较目前仍然不清楚。方法我们对一些系统性综述作了概述，回顾了随机对照试验（RCT），比较抑郁症非药物治疗的有效性和认知行为治疗（CBT）。对多个电子数据库在2016年2月之前发表的所有文献进行了检索，不限制语言。成对的评阅人进行资料纳入、数据提炼并评估偏倚的风险。在适用的时候进行了荟萃分析。结果我们收录了367项RCT，纳入了约2000名患者，进行了11种治疗，导出17项独立的头对头比较。通过标准化的量表评估，发现CBT、自然疗法、行为干预与躯体活动干预可以降低抑郁的严重程度。然而，这些非药物干预的相对疗效仍然缺乏。这些干预对临床缓解和复发的效果不清楚。CBT的发生率比抗抑郁药物更低。局限性由于证据缺乏一致性、证据不清或偏倚风险高，导致证据的质量只是低到中等，限制了我们研究结果的可信度。结论抑郁症的非药物治疗能减少抑郁症状，在轻度到重度抑郁症患者中，应当合并抗抑郁药物治疗，一同进行。对于非药物治疗的选择，应当根据患者的价值观、偏好、临床和社会因素来与患者共同作出决定。

Background: Central neurological involvem.nt is the m.st frequent extra hem.tological m.nifestation of chronic lym.hocytic leukem.a;it is m.ltifactorial and rarely due to a cerebral localization of the disease. We report a case of cerebral localization of chronic lym.hoid leukem.a whose clinical and radiological aspects were very suggestive of progressive m.ltifocal leukoencephalopathy. Case Presentation: A 65-year-old patient who was HIV-negative (hum.n im.unodeficiency virus), had consulted for bilateral axillary, cervical and inguinal lym.hadenopathy associated with m.jor asthenia and hyper lym.hocytosis (lym.hocyte count was 11 giga/l). Chronic lym.hocyticleukem.a with TP53 m.tation was diagnosed and treatm.nt with Ibrutinib 420 m./day was initiated. After 2 m.nths of treatm.nt, the evolution was m.rked by the onset of neurological disorders whose clinical-radiological presentation and tem.oral evolution had led to the diagnosis of progressive m.ltifocal leukoencephalopathy. In the absence of virological evidence in the cerebrospinal fluid analysis, a stereotactic biopsy of the brain lesions had been perform.d, m.king it possible to form.lly rule out this infectious hypothesis and to dem.nstrate cerebral invasion by tum.ur cells. Im.uno-chem.therapy com.ining Rituxim.b-Cyclophospham.de-Doxorubicin-Vincristine-Prednisone-Ibrutinib (RCHOP-Ibrutinib) with intrathecal chem.therapy resulted in a very good clinical-radiological response. Conclusion: The appearance of neurological m.nifestations in the context of chronic lym.hocytic leukem.a m.st system.tically lead to a search for a cerebral localization of the disease. In the absence of virological evidence in the cerebrospinal fluid, any suspicion of progressive m.ltifocal leukoencephalopathy in this context should lead to the histological study of brain lesions.

白细胞端粒长度（leucocyte telom.re length,LTL）是衰老的生物标志物,较短的LTL与不良的心血管预后相关。端粒再生能力降低可能是其机制之一。骨髓来源的循环祖细胞（progenitor cells,PCs）参与组织修复和再生。该研究的目的是研究LTL与PCs之间的关系及其对不良心血管预后的影响。方法：通过定量聚合酶链反应测定566例冠状动脉疾病（coronary artery disease, CAD）门诊患者[年龄（63±9）岁，76％为男性]的LTL。
