The conversation machine comprehension(MC)task aims to answer questions in the multi-turn conversation for a single ***,recent approaches don’t exploit information from historical conversations effectively,which results in some references and ellipsis in the current question cannot be *** addition,these methods do not consider the rich semantic relationships between words when reasoning about the passage *** this paper,we propose a novel model Graphflow+,which constructs a context graph for each conversation turn and uses a unique recurrent graph neural network(GNN)to model the temporal dependencies between the context graphs of each ***,we exploit three different ways to construct text graphs,including the dynamic graph,static graph,and hybrid graph that combines the *** experiments on CoQA,QuAC and DoQA show that the Graphflow+model can outperform the state-of-the-art approaches.

射孔密度分布对水平井生产动态的影响

针对水平井产量受水平井井筒射孔密度分布影响的问题,建立两种水平井射孔密度分布模式(即分别增大井筒入口段和出口段射孔密度)下的数值模型对水平井两相流动进行模拟;将模拟结果与实验结果进行对比,验证本研究数值模拟方法的可靠性,在此基础上采用数值模拟研究两种射孔密度分布模式下井筒各流型阶段总压降、气水两相流体表观速度、空隙率、液膜厚度和产气量、产液量的变化规律。研究表明,当水相流量保持不变时,随着空气流量的增加,总压降、气水两相流体表观速度增大,空隙率增加,液膜厚度减小;相较于增大出口段射孔密度,当入口段射孔密度增大时,产液量和产气量均增加,且产气量随着气体流量增加而增大;产液量在泡状流阶段增加,而达到弹状流—分层流过渡点后开始降低,进入分层波状流阶段后产液量开始增加;无因次产液量在增大井筒入口段射孔密度的模式下更大,且随着径向气相流量的增加而增大。

The thiolliericrinids(Thiolliericrinidae) are comatulids(Comatulida),which retained their stalks as ***,we report a centrodorsal from the Bajocian strata(Middle jurassic) of the Djebel Kérdacha area,northwestern Algeria(Africa).It is the first thiolliericrinid report from outside of Europe and also the oldest representative of the Thiolliericrinidae whose first occurrence is from the *** crinoid is assigned to Copernicrinus zamorae *** *** reported new taxon shows strong similarities with the stemless ‘true’comatulids,Solanocrinites;the only difference is the presence of a facet to the stem in *** closest comparable thiolliericrinid to Copernicrinus is the Oxfordian Thiolliericrinus,interpreted as a descendant of the *** origin and overview of all thiolliericrinid representatives are also discussed herein.

Background Resuscitation can sometimes be futile and making a do-not-resuscitate(DNR)decision is in the best interest of the *** electronic poor outcome screening(ePOS)score was developed to predict 6-month poor outcomes of critically ill *** explored the diagnostic accuracy of the ePOS score in predicting DNR decisions in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods This study was conducted at the ICU of a tertiary referral hospital in Saudi Arabia between March and May ***,we calculated ePOS scores for all eligible consecutive admissions after 48 h in the ICU and recorded the DNR *** ability of the score to predict DNR was explored using logistic ***'s ideal cut-off value was calculated using the DeLong method,and different diagnostic accuracy measures were generated with corresponding 95%confidence intervals(CIs).Results We enrolled 857 patients,125 received a DNR order and 732 did *** average ePOS score of DNR and non-DNR patients was 28.2±10.7 and 15.2±9.7,*** score,as a predictor of DNR order,had an area under receiver operator characteristic(AUROC)curve of 81.8%(95%CI:79.0 to 84.3,Pff value>17 was associated with a sensitivity of 87.2(95%CI:80.0 to 92.5,Pficity of 63.9(95%CI:60.3 to 67.4,Pf 29.2(95%CI:24.6 to 33.8,Pf 96.7(95%CI:95.1 to 98.3,Pformed well as a diagnostic test for patients who will be labeled as DNR during their ICU stay.A cut-off score>17 may help guide clinical decisions to withhold or commence resuscitative measures.

The road construction industry aims to contribute to the protection of already compromised *** mix asphalt(CMA)is a measure initiated by the road industry to protect the environment and preserve *** having additional benefits,CMA has attracted little attention due to its inferior ***'s performance is enhanced using a sustainable binder bio-modifier,natural cup lump rubber(CLR)is one of *** study evaluated the tensile properties,rutting,moisture susceptibility,and adhesion properties of CLR-modified CMA(CMA-CR).The tensile property was enhanced by 26%due to CLR ***-CR had excellent rutting resistance of less than 2 mm rut depth at 10,000 load cycles,showing 70%improvement compared with conventional *** susceptibility evaluation indicated that CMA-CR had tensile strength ratio(TSR)value of 104%,satisfying the minimum 80%requirement of AASHTO *** also retained more than 96%bitumen *** moisture damage resistance was improved by 12%and 10%in terms of TSR and stripping,*** durability results revealed that the CMA-CR mixture prevented higher mass loss,representing 14%improvement compared with conventional CMA.

BACKGROUND Pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)is a technically complex operation,with a re-latively high risk for *** ability to rescue patients from post-PD complications is as a recognized quality *** protocols were instituted at our low volume facility in the year *** To document the rate of rescue from post-PD complications with tailored protocols in place as a measure of *** A retrospective audit was performed to collect data from patients who experienced major post-PD complications at a low volume pancreatic surgery unit in Trinidad and Tobago between january 1,2013 and june 30,***-dardized definitions from the International Study Group of Pancreatic Surgery were used to define post-PD complications,and the modified Clavien-Dindo classification was used to classify post-PD *** Over the study period,113 patients at a mean age of 57.5 years(standard deviation[SD]±9.23;range:30-90;median:56)underwent PDs at this *** complications were recorded in 33(29.2%)patients at a mean age of 53.8 years(SD:±7.9).Twenty-nine(87.9%)patients who experienced major morbidity were salvaged after aggre-ssive treatment of their ***(3.5%)died from bleeding pseudoaneurysm(1),septic shock secondary to a bile leak(1),anastomotic leak(1),and myocardial infarction(1).There was a significantly greater salvage rate in patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists scores≤2(93.3%vs 25%;P=0.0024).CONCLUSION This paper adds to the growing body of evidence that volume alone should not be used as a marker of quality for patients requiring *** low volumes at our facility,we demonstrated that 87.9%of patients were rescued from major *** attributed this to several factors including development of rescue protocols,the competence of the pancreatic surgery teams and continuous,and adaptive learning by the entire institution,cul-minating in the development of tailored peri-pancreatectomy protoc

Sickle Cell Anemia(SCA)is a prevalent genetic condition in Saudi Arabia,particularly in the jazan *** study’s purpose was to assess the prevalence of de-pression among individuals with SCA in this area and to identify the factors associated with this *** study involved 391 adult participants,all patients in the hematology center of Prince mohammed bin Nasser Hospital(PMNH).Data was collected through an anonymous interview questionnaire–the Arabic version of the Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)–between March–May *** questionnaire covered socio-demographic information and variables related to the participant’s SCA history,such as pain levels,frequency of pain,hospitalization duration,and frequency of blood *** variables underwent Chi-square and One-way ANOVA testing,followed by multivariate *** study found a 42%prevalence of depression among the SCA *** significantly linked with heightened depression levels included being widowed or divorced,experiencing frequent and severe pain,and longer duration of hospital *** educational level of at least a bachelor’s degree was also a significant *** study reveals a high prevalence of depression among SCA patients in the jazan *** underscores the need for policymakers to educate both physicians and patients about the importance of mental health in SCA *** study also highlights the need for more research into the specific causes and effects of depressive symptoms in SCA patients to inform the creation of effective management plans.

Machine Learning and Statistical Analysis in Groundwater Monitoring for Total Dissolved Solids Assessment in Winkler County, Texas

This research aims to develop reliable models using machine learning algorithms to precisely predict Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in wells of the Permian basin, Winkler County, Texas. The data for this contribution was obtained from the Texas Water Development Board website (TWDB). five hundred and ninety-three samples were obtained from two hundred and ninety-eight wells in the study area. The wells were drilled at different county locations into five aquifers, including Pecos Valley, Dockum, Capitan Reef, Edward Trinity, and Rustler aquifers. A total of fourteen different water quality parameters were used, and they include Potential hydrogen (pH), Sodium, Chloride, Magnesium, fluoride, TDS, Specific Conductance, Nitrate, Total Hardness, Calcium, Temperature, Well Depth, Sulphate, and Bicarbonates. four machine learning regression algorithms were developed to get a good model to help predict TDS in this area: Decision Tree regression, Linear regression, Support Vector Regression, and K-nearest neighbor. The study showed that the Decision Tree produced the best model with attributes like the coefficient of determination R2 = 1.00 and 0.96 for the training and testing, respectively. It also produced the lowest score of mean absolute error MAE = 0.00 and 0.04 for training and testing, respectively. This study will reduce the cost of obtaining different water quality parameters in TDS determination by leveraging machine learning to use only the parameters contributing to TDS, thereby helping researchers obtain only the parameters necessary for TDS prediction. It will also help the authorities enact policies that will improve the water quality in areas where drinking water availability is a challenge by providing important information for monitoring and assessing groundwater quality.
