High-grade pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia is a challenging diagnosis and itdoes not exhibit mass lesions. it is suspected based on changes in the mainpancreatic duct in magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography. Sometimesonly an unclear duct shows in magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatographywith no focal strictures and upstream dilatation of the main pancreatic duct. Serialpancreatic juice cytology is valuable in diagnosis of those patients.

Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs)have gained critical importance as a leading emerging photovoltaic technology for low-cost power generation due to their simple production,light weight,applicability to the development of flexible photovoltaic devices,and use of abundant and inexpensive materials,including advantageous metal-free organic *** this context,as a continuation of our work on DSSCs,a theoretical examination using density functional theory(DFT)and time-dependent density functional theory(TD-DFT)was conducted to evaluate the photovoltaic performance of eight new organic *** dye contains an electron donor group((E)-2-(2-(thiophen-3-yl)vinyl)-1,1′-bipyrrole),an electron acceptor group(cyanoacrylic acid(CCA)),and four auxiliary donor/acceptor groups,i.e.,3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(EDOT),furan/benzothiadiazole(BTZ),diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPP)linked toπ-conjugated bridges such as styrene or *** calculated several parameters for each dye,including EHOMO,ELUMO,Egap,𝜆max,Eex,pen-circuit photovoltage(VOC),light harvesting efficiency(LHE),regeneration driving force(ΔGreg),electron injection driving force(ΔGinject),and excitation lifetime(𝜏)to determine the photovoltaic efficiency of each *** results showed that the new dyes exhibited good performance and remarkable energy-conversion ***,all investigated dyes posed as promising candidates for the generation of effective DSSC sensitizers,particularly M6,which contained a styrene-linked EDOT auxiliary donor group.

Petunia is a very important flower in the global floriculture industry and has played a critical role as a model in plant genetic *** to limited genetic variability in commercial germplasm,development of novel petunia phenotypes and new varieties has become increasingly *** enrich petunia germplasm and facilitate genetic improvement,it is important to explore genetic variation in progenitor species that may contain highly valuable genes/*** this study,an interspecific recombinant inbred population(168 recombinant inbreds)derived from Petunia integrifolia×*** were phenotyped for days to anthesis(DTA),flower count(Flower_C),flower diameter(Flower_D),flower length(Flower_L),plant height(Plant_H),plant spread(Plant_S),and plant size(Plant_Z)in 2014 and *** segregation was observed for all traits in both *** broad-sense heritability on a 2-year basis varied from 0.38(Flower_C)to 0.82(Flower_L).Ten QTL were consistently identified in both years and by two mapping strategies[multiple QTL mapping(MQM)in MapQTL and inclusive composite interval mapping(iCiM)in iciMapping].Major QTL explained up to 30.2,35.5,and 47.1%of the total phenotypic variation for Plant_S,Flower_L,and Flower_D,*** findings should be of significant values for introgression of desirable genes from wild petunias into commercial varieties and future genetic improvement of this important flower.

Beamforming in stand-alone Millimeter-Wave(mmWave)communications results in prolonged access times and latencies due to the increased number of measurements required to determine the optimal beam directions at the Mobile Station(MS)and Base Station(BS),returning the highest received signal ***,dynamic and fast access schemes that meet the Third-Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)specifications are required ***,in this paper,a novel initial access scheme is proposed for multiple MS users by leveraging for the first time a digital compass in the access ***,when a new MS joins the footprint of a BS,it probes the channel for beacon signaling about the BS direction,i.e.,broadcasted by a neighboring MS that completed beam association at previous time ***,a digital compass is utilized to adjust the coordinates of the BS according to the location of the new *** proposed scheme is applied for a single and multi-user settings at various broadcasting *** includes a single associated MS user that broadcasts information to a single incoming MS user,a single user that broadcasts signals to multiple incoming users,or all multiple associated users broadcast to multiple incoming ***,the proposed schemes yield in notable efficiency in terms of the computational complexity,access times,power and energy consumption as compared to existing access ***,high success rates are achieved at the detriment of relatively higher cost.

The engineering geology and hydrogeology in the southern slope of Chengmenshan copper mine are very complicated,because there is a soft-weak layer between two kinds of *** investigations demonstrate that some instability problems might occur in the *** this research,the southern slope,which is divided into six sections(i-0,i-1,i-2,ii-0,ii-1 and ii-2),is selected for slope stability analysis using limit equilibrium and numerical *** results show that the values of factor of safety(FOS) of sections i-0,i-1 and i-2 are very low and slope failure is likely to *** reinforcement subjected to seismic,water and weak layer according to sections were carried out to increase the factor of safety of the three sections,two methods were used;grouting with hydration of cement and water to increase the cohesion(c) and pre-stressed *** of reinforcement showed that factor of safety increased more than 1.15.

We extend the information-based asset-pricing framework by Brody,Hughston&Macrina to incorporate a stochastic bankruptcy time for the writer of the *** model introduces a non-defaultable cash flow Zr to be made at time T,alongside the time T of a possible bankruptcy of the writer of the asset are in line with the filtration generated by a Brownian random bridge with length v=T^T and pinning point ZT,where is a *** Z and T are not necessarily *** model does not depend crucially on the interpretation of as a bankruptcy *** derived the price process of the asset and compute the prices of associated *** dynamics of the price process satisfy a diffusion *** the approach of P.-***,we provide the explicit computation of the compensator of *** special properties of the bridge process,we also provide the explicit expression of the compensator of Zr i(v,+o).The resulting conclusion highlights the totally inaccessible property of the stopping time *** characteristic is particularly suitable for financial markets where the time of default of a writer cannot be predictable from any other signal in the system until default happens.

The gingiva, the masticatory portion of the oral mucosa, is excised and discarded frequently during routine dental treatments and following tooth extraction, dental crown lengthening, gingivectomy and periodontal surgeries. Subsequent to excision, healing eventually happens in a short time period after gingival surgery. Clinically, the gingival tissue can be collected very easily and, in the laboratory, it is also very easy to isolate gingival-derived mesenchymal stem cells (GMSCs) from this discarded gingival tissue. GMSCs, a stem cell population within the lamina propria of the gingival tissue, can be isolated from attached and free gingiva, inflamed gingival tissu-es, and from hyperplastic gingiva. Comparatively, they constitute more attractive alternatives to other dental-derived mesenchymal stem cells due to the availability and accessibility of gingival tissues. They have unique immunomodulatory functions and well-documented self-renewal and multipotent differentiation properties. They display positive signals for Stro-1, Oct-4 and SSEA-4 pluripotency-associated markers, with some co-expre-ssing Oct4/Stro-1 or Oct-4/SSEA-4. They should be considered as the best stem cell source for cell-based therapies and regenerative dentistry. The clinical use of GMSCs for regenerative dentistry represents an attrac-tive therapeutic modality. However, numerous biological and technical challenges need to be addressed prior to considering transplantation approaches of GMSCs as clinically realistic therapies for humans.

Dental pulp stem/stromal cells(DPSCs)are fibroblast-like,neural crest-derived,and multipotent cells that can differentiate into several *** are relatively easy to isolate from healthy and inflamed pulps,with little ethical concerns and can be successfully cryopreserved and *** therapeutic effects of DPSCs derived from animal or human sources have been extensively studied through in-vitro and in-vivo animal experiments and the findings indicated that DPSCs are effective not only for dental diseases but also for systemic *** that translational research is a critical step through which the fundamental scientific discoveries could be translated into applicable diagnostics and therapeutics that directly benefit humans,several clinical studies were carried out to generate evidence for the efficacy and safety of autogenous or allogeneic human DPSCs(hDPSCs)as a treatment modality for use in cell-based therapy,regenerative medicine/dentistry and tissue *** clinical medicine,hDPSCs were effective for treating acute ischemic stroke and human exfoliated deciduous teeth-conditioned medium(SHED-CM)repaired vascular damage of the corpus cavernous,which is the main cause of erectile *** in clinical dentistry,autologous SHED was able to rege-nerate necrotic dental pulp after implantation into injured teeth,and micrografts enriched with autologous hDPSCs and collagen sponge were considered a treatment option for human intrabony *** contrast,hDPSCs did not add a significant regenerative effect when they were used for the treatment of post-extraction ***-scale clinical studies across diverse populations are still lacking to provide robust evidence on the safety and efficacy of hDPSCs as a new treatment option for various human diseases including dental-related problems.

Vitiligo is a common pigmentary disorder. Many studies across decades and all over the world have attempted to illustrate the pathogenesis behind it; however, the pathogenesis of vitiligo remains elusive. This review article, we present the findings behind the most and updated theories behind this psychologically debilitating and disfiguring disease. The discussion begun with the role of genetic predisposition followed by neural theory first proposed in the 1950 s. Wehighlight the autoimmune hypothesis, followed by the reactive oxygen species model, zinc-α2-glycoprotein deficiency hypothesis, viral theory, intrinsic theory and biochemical, molecular and cellular alterations accounting for loss of functioning melanocytes in vitiligo. Many theories were elaborated to clarify vitiligo pathogenesis. it is a multifactorial disease involving the interplay of several factors. Future research is needed to clarify the interaction of these factors for better understanding of vitiligo pathogenesis and subsequent successful treatment.
