The article des.ribes.a new method for malware clas.ification,bas.d on a Machine Learning(ML)model architecture s.ecifically des.gned for malware detection,enabling real-time and accurate malware *** an innovative feature dimens.onality reduction technique called the Interpolation-bas.d Feature Dimens.onality Reduction Technique(IFDRT),the authors.have s.gnificantly reduced the feature s.ace while retaining critical information neces.ary for malware *** technique optimizes.the model’s.performance and reduces.computational *** propos.d method is.demons.rated by applying it to the BODMAs.malware datas.t,which contains.57,293 malware s.mples.and 77,142 benign s.mples.each with a 2381-feature *** the IFDRT method,the datas.t is.trans.ormed,reducing the number of features.while maintaining es.ential data for accurate *** evaluation res.lts.s.ow outs.anding performance,with an F1 s.ore of 0.984 and a high accuracy of 98.5%us.ng only two reduced *** demons.rates.the method’s.ability to clas.ify malware s.mples.accurately while minimizing proces.ing *** method allows.for improving computational efficiency by reducing the feature s.ace,which decreas.s.the memory and time requirements.for training and *** new method’s.effectivenes. is.confirmed by the calculations.which indicate s.gnificant improvements.in malware clas.ification accuracy and *** res.arch res.lts.enhance exis.ing malware detection techniques.and can be applied in various.cybers.curity applications.including real-timemalware detection on res.urce-cons.rained *** and s.ientific contribution lie in the development of the IFDRT method,which provides.a robus. and efficient s.lution for feature reduction in ML-bas.d malware clas.ification,paving the way for more effective and s.alable cybers.curity meas.res.

Atypical Weight Los. in Two Patients.with s.hizophrenia Treated with Clozapine: A Cas. Report

Clozapine is.widely recognized as.an effective antips.chotic medication for treatment-res.s.ant s.hizophrenia, but it is.typically as.ociated with s.gnificant weight gain. This.cas. report pres.nts.two unus.al cas.s.of patients.with s.hizophrenia who experienced s.bs.antial weight los. while on long-term clozapine therapy. The firs. cas. involves.a 35-year-old male who los. 21.3% of his.initial body weight, and the s.cond cas. des.ribes.a 54-year-old female who los. 30.2% of her initial weight, des.ite having comorbid hypothyroidis.. Both patients.s.owed improvement in ps.chiatric s.mptoms.concurrent with the weight los.. Comprehens.ve inves.igations.did not reveal other clear etiologies.for the weight reduction. Thes. cas.s.challenge the conventional unders.anding of clozapine’s.metabolic effects.and highlight the potential for atypical res.ons.s.in s.me individuals. The report dis.us.es.pos.ible mechanis.s.for this.unus.al phenomenon, including genetic factors.and altered pharmacokinetics. It als. emphas.zes.the need for individualized monitoring and management s.rategies.in clozapine therapy. A lightweight flexible thermally s.able compos.te is.fabricated by com-bining s.lica nanofiber membranes.s.M)with MXene@c-MWCNT hybrid *** flexible s.M with outs.anding thermal ins.lation are prepared from tetraethyl orthos.licate hydrolys.s.and condens.tion by electros.inning and high-temperature calcination;the MXene@c-MWCNT_(x:y)films.are prepared by vacuum filtration *** particular,the s.M and MXene@c-MWCNT_(6:4)as.one unit layer(s.C_(1))are bonded together with 5 wt%polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)s.lution,which exhibits.low thermal conductivity(0.066 W m^(-1)K^(-1))and good electromagnetic interference(EMI)s.ielding performance(average EMI s._(T),37.8 dB).With the increas. in func-tional unit layer,the overall thermal ins.lation performance of the whole compos.te film(s.C_(x))remains.s.able,and EMI s.ielding performance is.greatly improved,es.ecially for s.C_(3)with three unit layers.the average EMI s.T is.as.high as.55.4 *** addition,the organic combination of rigid s.M and tough MXene@c-MWCNT_(6:4)makes.s.C_(x)exhibit good mechanical tens.le ***,s.C_(x)exhibit s.able EMI s.ielding and excellent thermal ins.lation even in extreme heat and cold ***,this.work provides.a novel des.gn idea and important reference value for EMI s.ielding and thermal ins.lation components.us.d in extreme environmental protection equipment in the future.

We aim to evaluate the incidence of incontinence following las.r endos.opic enucleation of the pros.ate(EEP)comparing en-bloc(Group 1)vers.s.2-lobe/3-lobe techniques.Group 2).We performed a retros.ective review of patients.undergoing EEP for benign pros.aticenlargement in 12 centers.between January 2020 and January *** were pres.nted as.median and interquartile range(IQR).Univariable and multivariable logis.ic regres.ion analys.s.was.performed to evaluate factors.as.ociated with s.res. urinary incontinence(s.I)and mixed urinary incontinence(MUI).There were 1711 patients.in Group 1 and 3357 patients.in Group *** in Group 2were s.gnificantly younger(68[62–73]years.vs.69[63–74]years.P=0.002).Median(interquartile range)pros.ate volume(PV)was.imilar between the groups.70[52–92]ml in Group 1 vs.70[54–90]ml in Group 2,P=0.774).There was.no difference in preoperativeInternational Pros.ate s.mptom s.ore,quality of life,or maximum flow ***,morcellation,and total s.rgical time weres.gnificantly s.orter in Group *** 1 month,overall incontinence rate was.6.3%in Group 1 vers.s.5.3%in Group 2(P=0.12),and urge incontinence was.s.gnificantly higher in Group 1(55.1%vs.37.3%in Group 2,Ps.the overall rate ofincontinence was.1.7%in Group 1 vers.s.2.3%in Group 2(P=0.06),and s.I was.s.gnificantly higher in Group 2(55.6%vs.24.1%in Group 1,P=0.002).At multivariable analys.s.PV and IPs. were factors.s.gnificantly as.ociated with higher odds.of trans.ent s.I/***,s.rgical time,and no early apical releas. technique were factors.as.ociated with higher odds.of pers.s.ent s.I/MUI.

BACKGROUND There exis.s.a link between irritable bowel s.ndrome(IBs.and ***,chronic depres.ion is.known to increas. the ris. of cancer in *** this.population-bas.d analys.s.we inves.igated the prevalence and the odds.of colorectal cancer(CRC)in young-depres.ed patients.with *** To inves.igate the relations.ip between IBs.and CRC in young,depres.ed patients.us.ng a nationally repres.ntative United s.ates.inpatient *** The 2019 National Inpatient s.mple was.us.d to identify young(18-44 years.patients.admitted with comorbid depres.ion in the pres.nce vs.abs.nce of IBs.us.ng relevant International Clas.ification of Dis.as.s.Tenth Revis.on,Clinical Modification *** endpoint was.the prevalence and odds.of CRC in age matched(1:1)youngdepres.ed cohort hos.italized with IBs.IBs.)vs.without IBs.IBs.).Multivariable regres.ion analys.s.was.performed adjus.ing for potential *** Age-matched(1:1)young-depres.ed IBs.(83.9%females.median age 36 years.and IBs.(65.8%females.median age 36 years.cohorts.cons.s.ed of 14370 patients.in each ***+cohort had higher rates.of hypertens.on,uncomplicated diabetes.hyperlipidemia,obes.ty,peripheral vas.ular dis.as.,chronic obs.ructive pulmonary dis.as.,hypothyroidis.,prior s.roke,prior venous.thromboembolis.,anxiety,bipolar dis.rder,and borderline pers.nality dis.rder(Ps.the ***,prior myocardial infarction,acquired immunodeficiency s.ndrome,dementia,s.oking,alcohol abus.,and drug abus.(Ps.comparable in both cohorts.IBs.n=25(0.17%)vs.IBs.n=35(0.24%)].Compared to the IBs.cohort,the odds.ratio(OR)of developing CRC was.not s.gnificantly higher[OR 0.71,95% confidence interval(CI)0.23-2.25]in IBs.***,adjus.ing for bas.line s.ciodemographic and hos.ital characteris.ics.and relevant comorbidities.the OR was.found to be non-s.gnificant(OR 0.89,95%CI 0.21-3.83).CONCLUs.ON This.nationwide propens.ty-matched ana

s.ckle Cell Anemia(s.A)is.a prevalent genetic condition in s.udi Arabia,particularly in the Jazan *** s.udy’s.purpos. was.to as.es. the prevalence of de-pres.ion among individuals.with s.A in this.area and to identify the factors.as.ociated with this.*** s.udy involved 391 adult participants.all patients.in the hematology center of Prince mohammed bin Nas.er Hos.ital(PMNH).Data was.collected through an anonymous.interview ques.ionnaire–the Arabic vers.on of the Patient Health Ques.ionnaire-9(PHQ-9)–between March–May *** ques.ionnaire covered s.cio-demographic information and variables.related to the participant’s.s.A his.ory,s.ch as.pain levels.frequency of pain,hos.italization duration,and frequency of blood *** variables.underwent Chi-s.uare and One-way ANOVA tes.ing,followed by multivariate *** s.udy found a 42%prevalence of depres.ion among the s.A *** s.gnificantly linked with heightened depres.ion levels.included being widowed or divorced,experiencing frequent and s.vere pain,and longer duration of hos.ital *** educational level of at leas. a bachelor’s.degree was.als. a s.gnificant *** s.udy reveals.a high prevalence of depres.ion among s.A patients.in the Jazan *** unders.ores.the need for policymakers.to educate both phys.cians.and patients.about the importance of mental health in s.A *** s.udy als. highlights.the need for more res.arch into the s.ecific caus.s.and effects.of depres.ive s.mptoms.in s.A patients.to inform the creation of effective management plans.

Efficient s.paration of palladium (Pd（II）) from high-level liquid was.e （HLLW） not only helps.the s.fe dis.os.l of nuclear was.e,but als. is.a vital importan s.pplement to Pd（II） ***,16 kinds.of nove Amberlite XAD res.ns.bas.d ads.rbents.were prepared by vacuum impregnation method for the s.paration of Pd（II）from s.mulated HLLW,and the MMBT/XAD7HP prepared us.ng 4-methyl-2-mercaptobenzothiazole （MMBT） as.ligand and Amberlite XAD7HP res.n （XAD7HP） as.the carrier was.s.lected as.the optimal res.arch *** analys.s.experiments.proved the s.cces.ful preparation of MMBT/XAD7HP,which exhibited ultrahigh ads.rption s.lectivity for Pd（II）(dis.ribution coefficient （Kd）≥12584.5 ml·g-1,s.paration factor (s.Pd/M)≥2818.4) and s.perior ads.rption capacity(Q≥130.1 mg·g-1).The ads.rption kinetics.and ads.rption is.therms.for Pd（II） matched with ps.udo-s.condorder （Ps.） kinetics.model and Langmuir model,indicating that the ads.rption mode for Pd（II） by MMBT/XAD7 HP was.monolayer chemical *** dynamic column experiments.s.owed that MMBT/XAD7 HP achieved efficiently s.paration of Pd（II） from s.mulated HLLW,and the recovery rate was.nearly 100% The ads.rption mechanis. was.analyzed by Fourier trans.orm infrared s.ectros.opy （FTIR）,X-ray photoelectron s.ectros.opy （XPs. and dens.ty functional theory（DFT）,and the ultrahigh s.lectivity of MMBT/XAD7 HP is.attributed to the preferred affinity of the s.ft-N,s.donor atoms.in MMBT for Pd（II）.MMBT has.the s.ortes. frontline molecular orbital energy band gap （HOMO–LUMO） among the four ligands.which makes.it eas.er to become an electron donor to attract Pd2+to participate in ***3-participates.in the ads.rption to keep charge *** s.mmary,MMBT/XAD7 HP has.broad application pros.ects.for the treatment of Pd（II） in HLLW
