Spherical fuzzy soft expert set(SFSES)theory blends the perks of spherical fuzzy sets and group decision-making into a unified *** allows solutions to highly complicated uncertainties and ambiguities under the unbiased supervision and group decision-making of multiple ***,SFSES theory has some deficiencies such as the inability to interpret and portray the bipolarity of *** work highlights and overcomes these limitations by introducing the novel spherical fuzzy bipolar soft expert sets(SFBSESs)as a powerful hybridization of spherical fuzzy set theory with bipolar soft expert sets(BSESs).Followed by the development of certain set-theoretic operations and properties of the proposed model,important problems,including the selection of non-powered dam(NPD)sites for hydropower conversion are discussed and solved under the proposed *** problems mainly focus on the need for an efficient tool capable of considering the bipolarity of parameters,complicated ambiguities,and multiple *** the new approach by a detailed comparative analysis,it is concluded that the proposed model is more comprehensive and reliable for multi-attribute group decisionmaking(mAGDm)than the previous tools,particularly considering the bipolarity of parameters under SFSES environment.

The present study was conducted to evaluate the hypolipidemic effects of coffee silver skin(CSS)supplementation in rats fed a highfat diet(HFD).A total of 40 albino rats were used in the present *** groups were as follows:Rats fed a normal diet,N group;high fat diet,HFD group;high fat diet+10%CSS,HFD 10;HFD+15%CSS,HFD 15;HFD+20%CSS,HFD 20;the diets were followed for 8 *** samples were collected at the end of the *** the time of sacrifice,the weights of heart,liver,kidneys,epididymal fat and retroperitoneal fat of the experimental rats with respect to body weight were *** lipid parameter of the serum was recorded and liver and kidney function tests were ***,a histopathological assay was performed on the liver and kidney tissues of the rats fed the tested *** weight gain of the rats fed a HFD supplemented with 10,15 and 20%CSS was∼1.05,1.08 and 1.12 times lower than that of those rats fed HFD,*** incorporation of CSS at a level of 20%reduced the increase in liver,kidney,epididymal fat and retroperitoneal fat weight by 17.84,19.38,47.23 and 18.00%,respectively,compared with HFD *** administration induced considerable increases in alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase activities compared with the control *** results also indicated that the HFD-fed rats exhibited increased levels of urea,uric acid and creatinine,by∼26.38,8.40 and 6.75%,respectively,compared with the control *** the exception of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,all lipid fractions increased significantly in rats fed a *** administration of a HFD induced marked pathological changes in the liver and kidneys of the ***,the incorporation of various levels of CSS in to a HFD reduced these *** results of the present study illustrate that the incorporation of CSS into HFDs reduces the hyperlipidemia effect of these diets.

Objective:To determine the disease prevalence and its relationship with hepatitis B and C viruses among school children in five endemic areas by ***:During June 2007 and march 2009,1 484 school children aged between 5-16 years participated in the current study from 32 basic schools in five districts(al-Dhabab,Hedran,Warazan,al-Barh and al-Shmaytin) in Taiz Governorate,Republic of *** of school children who participated in the study;1 406 stool samples,1 484 urine samples and 214 blood samples were collected and ***:Schistosoma mansoni(***) was found in all the studied areas except ***,Schistosoma haematobium(***) was recorded only in al-Shmaytin and *** *** and *** were observed in al-Shmaytin *** overall prevalence was 20.76%for *** and 7.41%for ***. The prevalence rate of infection among males was higher than females,shwing no significant *** of light,moderate and heavy infections in the case of *** were 41.78%, 25.34%and 32.87%***,for *** it was 50.90%for light infection and 49.09%for heavy *** to the prevalence of viral hepatitis among infected school children with schistosomiasis,it could be noticed that hepatitis B virus was higher than the prevalence of hepatitis C ***,the presence of HBsAg and anti-HCV was not associated with Schistosoma ***:Schistosomiasis infection is an important public health problem in Taiz Governorate,Republic of *** was a correlation between S. haematobium and hepatitis B,but no association between *** infections and hepatitis B and C viruses.

Based on theWorld Health Organization(WHO),meningitis is a severe infection of the meninges,the membranes covering the brain and spinal *** is a devastating disease and remains a significant public health *** study investigates a bacterial meningitis model through deterministic and stochastic ***-compartment population dynamics explain the concept,particularly the susceptible population,carrier,infected,and *** model predicts the nonnegative equilibrium points and reproduction number,i.e.,the meningitis-Free Equilibrium(mFE),and meningitis-Existing Equilibrium(mEE).For the stochastic version of the existing deterministicmodel,the twomethodologies studied are transition probabilities and non-parametric ***,positivity,boundedness,extinction,and disease persistence are studiedrigorouslywiththe helpofwell-known *** and nonstandard techniques such as Eulermaruyama,stochastic Euler,stochastic Runge Kutta,and stochastic nonstandard finite difference in the sense of delay have been presented for computational analysis of the stochastic ***,standard methods fail to restore the biological properties of the model,so the stochastic nonstandard finite difference approximation is offered as an efficient,low-cost,and independent of time step *** addition,the convergence,local,and global stability around the equilibria of the nonstandard computational method is studied by assuming the perturbation effect is *** simulations and comparison of the methods are presented to support the theoretical results and for the best visualization of results.
