A sensitive and selective method employing chemiluminescence(CL)coupled with flow injection(FI)is reported for nalbuphine hydrochloride(Nal)assay in pharmaceutical *** enhancement effect of Nal on the CL reaction between tris(2,2′-bipyridyl)ruthenium(II)chloride-diperiodatocuprate(III){Ru[(bpy)_(3)]^(2+)-Cu(III)complex}in acidic medium is used as analytical *** optimal conditions of the CL reaction were sulfuric acid 1.0×10^(−3) mol/L,Ru[(bpy)s]2+7.5×10^(−5) mol/L,Cu(III)/Ag(III)complexes 4.0×10^(−4)/5.0×10^(−4) mol/L,sample loop volume of 120µL and flow rate of 2.5 mL/*** sensitivities of the method in terms of detection(S/N=3)and quantification(S/N=10)limits are 5×10^(−4) and 0.001 ppm(1 ppm=1 mg/L),*** linear response of the instrument in the form of CL intensity with respect to Nal concentration is over the range 0.001-15.0 ppm(R^(2)=0.9999)with relative standard deviation from 0.8%to 3.2%and injection throughput of 120 injection/*** applications of the method include the quantitative analysis of Nal in pharmaceutical injection *** and the average results of the proposed method are not significantly different from the results of a reported method by applying F-and paired student *** most likely CL reaction mechanism is written in accordance with spectrophotometric and CL studies.

The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),which caused the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,has affected more than 400 million people *** the recent rise of new Delta and Omicron variants,the efficacy of the vaccines has become an important *** goal of various studies has been to limit the spread of the virus by utilizing wireless sensing technologies to prevent human-to-human interactions,particularly for healthcare *** this paper,we discuss the current literature on invasive/contact and non-invasive/noncontact technologies(including Wi-Fi,radar,and software-defined radio)that have been effectively used to detect,diagnose,and monitor human activities and COVID-19 related symptoms,such as irregular *** addition,we focused on cutting-edge machine learning algorithms(such as generative adversarial networks,random forest,multilayer perceptron,support vector machine,extremely randomized trees,and k-nearest neighbors)and their essential role in intelligent healthcare ***,this study highlights the limitations related to non-invasive techniques and prospective research directions.

Drought stress(DS)is one of the most critical environmental abiotic stresses for wheat production in the arid *** of high-yielding genotypes tolerant to DS can play a significant role in mitigation the negative impacts associated with *** the present study,generation means analysis(GMA)was used to study the performance of two crosses under well irrigation(WI)and deficit irrigation[cross I(Line 44×Shandweel-1)and cross II(Line 20×Sakha 93)].Significant differences were observed for days to heading(DH),days to maturity(DM),plant height(PH),spike length(SL),number of spikes per plant(NS/P),number of grains per spike(NG/S),thousand-grain weight(TGW),grain yield per plant(GY/P),and proline content(PC)in the six populations of the two crosses within each irrigation *** II had early maturity and the highest PC,NS/P,TGW,and GY/P regardless of the irrigation *** I showed positive significant relative heterosis and heterobeltiosis for GY/P under the two irrigation *** inheritance of characters of cross I revealed additive,dominant,and epistatic effects,which varied with trait and *** genetic effects predominated in DH,SL,and PC,while non-additive were found in DM,NS/P,NG/S,and GY/***-sense heritability estimates(h^(2) n)were high for DH and PC,moderate to high for PH and SL,moderate for DM,NG/S,NS/P,and TGW,and low for GY/*** on different drought indices the populations BC_(1),BC_(2),F_(1),and P1 of cross II and BC1 of cross I were more tolerant to drought ***,PC,TGW and DH can be used as selection indicators to improve wheat for drought tolerance in early generations and other yield components traits in late *** second cross(Line 20×Sakha 93)shows promise and is of interest to a drought tolerance breeding program,where wheat breeders can use recombinant breeding strategies to construct desirable drought stress *** and path coefficient revealed that TGW and PC were the main

The present study was conducted to evaluate the hypolipidemic effects of coffee silver skin(CSS)supplementation in rats fed a highfat diet(HFD).A total of 40 albino rats were used in the present *** groups were as follows:Rats fed a normal diet,N group;high fat diet,HFD group;high fat diet+10%CSS,HFD 10;HFD+15%CSS,HFD 15;HFD+20%CSS,HFD 20;the diets were followed for 8 *** samples were collected at the end of the *** the time of sacrifice,the weights of heart,liver,kidneys,epididymal fat and retroperitoneal fat of the experimental rats with respect to body weight were *** lipid parameter of the serum was recorded and liver and kidney function tests were ***,a histopathological assay was performed on the liver and kidney tissues of the rats fed the tested *** weight gain of the rats fed a HFD supplemented with 10,15 and 20%CSS was∼1.05,1.08 and 1.12 times lower than that of those rats fed HFD,*** incorporation of CSS at a level of 20%reduced the increase in liver,kidney,epididymal fat and retroperitoneal fat weight by 17.84,19.38,47.23 and 18.00%,respectively,compared with HFD *** administration induced considerable increases in alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase activities compared with the control *** results also indicated that the HFD-fed rats exhibited increased levels of urea,uric acid and creatinine,by∼26.38,8.40 and 6.75%,respectively,compared with the control *** the exception of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,all lipid fractions increased significantly in rats fed a *** administration of a HFD induced marked pathological changes in the liver and kidneys of the ***,the incorporation of various levels of CSS in to a HFD reduced these *** results of the present study illustrate that the incorporation of CSS into HFDs reduces the hyperlipidemia effect of these diets.

Aim: To evaluate the relationship between serum levels of visfatin, lead (PB) and cadmium (Cd) in obese male subjects with osteoarthritis (OA). Methods: A total of 40 obese males (age: 25 - 55 years;BMI ≥ 30) participated in the study. They were subdivided into 3 groups;group A, 10 patients with OA;group B, 15 workers in gasoline filling stations;group C, 15 obese subjects without any apparent other health problems or chronic diseases. After overnight fasting, blood samples were collected from all participants to evaluate blood levels of Pb, Cd and HbA1c, in addition to serum visfatin, lipid profile, glucose and total antioxidant state (TAS). Results: Obese patients with OA have significantly higher BMI value (p alue (r) was reported in obese OA patients followed by obese gasoline station workers and healthy obese subjects, respectively. BMI in obese healthy subjects shows weak positive and non-significant relationship with serum visfatin levels, while highly positive and significant correlation was reported between these two markers in obese gasoline station workers. However, BMI values and serum visfatin showed weak negative and non-significant correlation with serum visfatin levels in obese OA patients. Conclusion: Serum visfatin levels could be key regulators of obesity and OA, and an important partner with excessive environmental exposure to Pb in the pathogenesis of these disorders.

Bloom filter(BF)is a space-and-time efficient probabilistic technique that helps answermembership ***,BF faces several *** problems with traditional BF are generally ***,a large number of false positives can return wrong content when the data is ***,the large size of BF is a bottleneck in the speed of querying and thus uses large *** order to solve the above two issues,in this article,we propose the check bits *** the implementation perspective,in the check bits approach,before saving the content value in the BF,we obtain the binary representation of the content ***,we take some bits of the content value,we call these the check *** bits are stored in a separate array such that they point to the same location as the ***,the content value(data)is stored in the BF based on the hash function *** retrieval of data from BF,the reverse process of the steps ensures that even if the same hash functions output has been generated for the content,the check bits make sure that the retrieval does not depend on the hash output *** thus helps in the reduction of false *** the experimental evaluation,we are able to reduce more than 50%of false *** our proposed approach,the false positives can still occur,however,false positives can only occur if the hash functions and check bits generate the same value for a particular *** chances of such scenarios are less,therefore,we get a reduction of approximately more than 50%false positives in all *** believe that the proposed approach adds to the state of the art and opens new directions as such.

The influence of cooling rate on the microstructure and mechanical properties of two new ultrahigh-strength steels(UHSSs)with different levels of C,Cr and Ni has been evaluated for the as-cooled and untempered *** UHSS had higher contents of C and Cr,while the other one had a higher Ni *** the basis of dilatation curves,microstructures,macrohardness and microhardness,continuous cooling transformation diagrams were constructed as a guide to heat treatment *** rates(CRs)of 60,1 and 0.01°C/s were selected for more detailed *** characterization was made by laser scanning confocal microscopy,field emission scanning electron microscopy combined with electron backscatter diffraction,electron probe microanalysis and X-ray *** properties were characterized using macrohardness,tensile and Charpy V-notch impact *** with the higher C and Cr contents showed lower transformation temperatures and slower bainite formation kinetics than that with the higher Ni *** cooling rates led to lower volume fractions and carbon contents of retained austenite together with finer prior austenite grain size,as well as effective final grain size and lath *** changes were accompanied by higher yield and tensile *** best combinations of strength and toughness were obtained with martensitic microstructures and by avoiding the formation of granular bainite accompanied by proeutectoid carbides at low *** the cooling rates studied,UHSS with the higher C and Cr contents showed the higher hardness and strength but at the cost of toughness.
