Background: Fabella i. a natural occurri.g sesamoi. bone, carti.age or a mi.ture of both that i. usually located at the posterolateral corner (PLC) of the knee [1]. Recently the PLC of the knee has been extensi.ely i.vesti.ated because i. i. a common si.e of i.juri.s and di.eases [2] [3]. The complexi.y of PLC anatomy needs to be fully understood because the fabella could be mi.sed di.gnosi. as an osteochondral defect, osteochondri.i. di.secans (OCD), calci.i. tendi.i.i., or forei.n body. We present a case report of fabella syndrome tri.gered by trauma and also performed a revi.w of li.erature for the vari.us di.gnoses that mi.ht be confused wi.h fabella syndrome. Case presentati.n: A 29-year-old, Sudanese male presented to the trauma center i. Ki.g Khali. Hospi.al i. KSA, complai.i.g of pai. and parti.l swelli.g i. hi. left knee joi.t due to trauma. Fabella was detected i. the posteri.r lateral corner (PLC) of the knee joi.t embedded i. the lateral head of the gastrocnemi.s muscle. All other pathologi.al condi.i.ns were excluded. Conclusi.n: Fabella i. sesamoi. bone wi.h vari.ble si.e, found i. the PLC. Commonly i. present i. causes peri.di. pai. especi.lly i. the fully extended knee or i. remai.s asymptomati.. Trauma, surgery, sports or heavy extreme acti.i.i.s may tri.ger the pai. of asymptomati. fabella. Cli.i.i.ns should consi.er that pai. i. the PLC of the knee can result from the presence of the fabella i. a condi.i.n called fabella syndrome.

i. developed and developi.g countri.s, breast cancer i. one of the leadi.g forms of cancer affecti.g women ali.e. As a consequence of growi.g li.eexpectancy, i.creasi.g urbani.ati.n and embraci.g Western li.estyles, the hi.hprevalence of thi. cancer i. noted i. the developed world. Thi. paper ai.s todevelop a novel model that di.gnoses Breast Cancer by usi.g heterogeneous datasets. The model can work as a strong deci.i.n support system to help doctors tomake the ri.ht deci.i.n i. di.gnosi.g breast cancer pati.nts. The proposed modeli. based on three datasets to develop three sub-models. Each sub-model worksi.dependently. The fi.al di.gnosi. deci.i.n i. taken by the three sub-models i.dependently. The power of the model comes from the di.ersi.y checks of pati.ntsand thi. reduces the ri.k of wrong di.gnosi.g. The model has been developedby conducti.g i.tensi.e experi.ents. Several classi.i.ati.n algori.hms were usedto select the best one i. each sub-model. As the fi.al results, the sub-modelaccuraci.s were 72%, 74% and 97%.

The goal of theproposed EADCRP-6G techni.ue i. to conduct energy-effi.i.nt cluster-baseddata collecti.n and opti.al route planni.g for 6G-enabled UAV ***-6G techni.ue deploys i.proved Red Deer Algori.hm-based Clusteri.g (i.DAC) techni.ue to elect an opti.al set of Cluster Heads (CH) andorgani.e these clusters. Background: Mi.roRNAs (mi.s) are noncodi.g gene regulators that may have a role as di.gnosti. or prognosti. bi.markers i. systemi. lupus erythematosus (SLE). Ai.: To measure the blood levels of mi.-146a, mi.-126 and mi.-30a i. Sudanese SLE pati.nts and to i.vesti.ate thei. potenti.l role i. di.ease pathogenesi. and uti.i.y as bi.markers for SLE. Materi.l and Methods: A total of 48 SLE pati.nts and 20 matched healthy i.di.i.uals were enrolled i. thi. study. SLE di.ease acti.i.y i.dex (SLEDAi. was assessed. The blood levels of mi.-146a, mi.-126 and mi.-30a were determi.ed by Real-ti.e polymerase chai. reacti.n (PCR) i. all parti.i.ants. Γ-i.F and i.-2 were analyzed by ELi.A, and CD markers were used i. flow cytometry. Results: The mean age of the pati.nts was 31.5 ± 8.5 years wi.h di.ease durati.n > 5 years. i. SLE pati.nts, the mean blood level fold changes of mi.-146a (0.33 ± 0.277;P i.-126 (2.44 ± 1.771;P = 0.007) and mi.-30a (1.56 ± 1.40;P > 0.305) compared to controls. Down regulati.n of mi.-146a i.crease expressi.n of γ-i.F (P i.n of mi.-126 i.crease expressi.n of CD markers (P Mi.-126 at a cut-off value 1.209 and mi.-146a at cut-off value of 0.9233 whi.h can di.cri.i.ate between SLE pati.nts si.ni.i.antly associ.ted wi.h SLE di.ease. Conversely, mi.-30a was i.si.ni.i.antly associ.ted wi.h SLE di.ease (P value > 0.05) as no di.ferences between the SLE pati.nts and healthy control. Conclusi.n: Ci.culati.g mi.-146a and mi.-126 could be a potenti.l noni.vasi.e bi.marker i. SLE. Thi. study provi.es an overvi.w of the current state of research on the role of mi.NAs i. the i.mune pathogenesi. and regulati.n of SLE. Background: Protei. ki.ase B (AKT/PKB) fami.y i. frequently ampli.i.d i. ovari.n cancer (OC). To the greatest of our knowledge, there i. a lack of publi.hed reports about the ampli.i.ati.n of the genes belongi.g to the AKT fami.y among Sudanese women wi.h OC. The present study was conducted to detect the AKT1 gene ampli.i.ati.n and i.s associ.ti.n wi.h tumour types, grades, and ages among Sudanese women wi.h OC, beari.g i. mi.d the ethni. vari.ti.n. Methods: Thi. i.sti.uti.n-based study i.cluded 79 cases of women di.gnosed wi.h ovari.n cancer (OC) at Omdurman Materni.y Hospi.al i. the peri.d 2013-2018. Formali.-fi.ed, paraffi.-embedded (FFPE) ti.sue secti.ns were used to extract RNA. AKT1 gene ampli.i.ati.n was assessed usi.g quanti.ati.e real-ti.e PCR. Results: The mean age (±SD) of i.cluded women was 49.29 (±13.612). The ampli.i.ati.n of AKT1 gene was observed i. 18/79 (22.8%) of OC women, wi.h a hi.h frequency i. women wi.h undi.ferenti.ted 1/2 (50%), clear cell 2/6 (33.3%), muci.ous 3/11 (27.3%), endometri.i. 3/17 (17.6%), and serous carci.omas 5/30 OC (16.7%). Hi.h frequency was seen i. women wi.h low (26.3%;n = 10/28) rather than i. hi.her (19.5%;n = 8/33) grade carci.oma, and i. older (25.8%;n = 8/23) rather than younger (18.2%;n = 2/9) women. No si.ni.i.ant associ.ti.n between AKT1 gene ampli.i.ati.n and tumour types, grades, and ages of women was observed (Fi.her’s Exact test: p = 0.405, 0.593 and 0.851, respecti.ely). Conclusi.n: AKT1 gene ampli.i.ati.n ari.es i. around one-fi.th of Sudanese women wi.h ovari.n cancer (OC). i. i. seen more i. undi.ferenti.ted, clear cell, and muci.ous tumours types, and more frequently i. low tumour grade and older women, but not to a stati.ti.ally si.ni.i.ant level. These outcomes sustenance previ.us studi.s suggesti.g that acti.ated AKT genes have a vi.al role i. OC progressi.n and may offer a plan for targeted therapy and prognosti. evaluati.n.

A total of 240 water samples were collected duri.g the three seasons of 2009 from di.ferent si.es and sources i. the i.ternally di.placed camps (i.P) i.cludi.g bore holes, hand pumps, dug wells, water poi.ts, water reservoi. and household storage contai.ers. Samples were i.vesti.ated usi.g the most probable number method to detected and count the total coli.orm, faecal coli.orm and faecal enterococci. Enteri. bacteri. detected were E. coli. Enterococcus faecali., Klebsi.lla, Ci.robacter and Enterobacter .House hold contai.ers showed conti.uous level of contami.ati.n by all di.ferent bacteri. throughout the three seasons. Thi. was followed by hand pumps, both reservoi. and boreholes and dug wells. Water poi.ts revealed no level of contami.ati.n throughout the three seasons.
