Objecti.es:The objecti.e of the study was to explore the i.pact of audi.ory sti.ulati.n protocol on audi.ory response i. cerebrovascular stroke(CVS)*** and Methods:A pre-posttest nonequi.alent control group quasi.experi.ental study was conducted at Al Mai.al Hospi.al at Al Kars Ei.y Hospi.al,Cai.o Uni.ersi.y,among 60 CVS pati.nts,and the sample was randomly assi.ned through a coi. to allocate subjects to study or control group(30 for each group).Audi.ory sti.ulati.n techni.ues were appli.d three ti.es per week for the study group for two consecuti.e *** i. the control group recei.ed only routi.e hospi.al care duri.g the study *** Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score for assessi.g the neurologi.al functi.n and level of arousal and the audi.ory subscale score of Western Neuro Sensory Sti.ulati.n Profi.e(WNSSP)for assessi.g audi.ory response were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after the ***:There were stati.ti.ally si.ni.i.ant di.ferences between the study group and the control group regardi.g thi.d readi.g of GCS score(11.5±0.3 vs.10.6±0.9,t=4.676,P=0.000).The scores of all audi.ory subscales of WNSSP i. the study groups i.creased after i.plementi.g the audi.ory sti.ulati.n protocol(Pi.n:Uti.i.i.g the audi.ory sti.ulati.n protocol by nurse proves to be an effecti.e method for enhanci.g heari.g responses i. i.di.i.uals wi.h CVS.

A systemati. revi.w method was used i. thi. study to determi.e current knowledge gaps of the SP 800-66 revi.i.n 1. Some li.i.ati.ns were employed i. the search to enforce vali.i.y. 射孔密度分布对水平井生产动态的影响

针对水平井产量受水平井井筒射孔密度分布影响的问题,建立两种水平井射孔密度分布模式(即分别增大井筒入口段和出口段射孔密度)下的数值模型对水平井两相流动进行模拟;将模拟结果与实验结果进行对比,验证本研究数值模拟方法的可靠性,在此基础上采用数值模拟研究两种射孔密度分布模式下井筒各流型阶段总压降、气水两相流体表观速度、空隙率、液膜厚度和产气量、产液量的变化规律。研究表明,当水相流量保持不变时,随着空气流量的增加,总压降、气水两相流体表观速度增大,空隙率增加,液膜厚度减小;相较于增大出口段射孔密度,当入口段射孔密度增大时,产液量和产气量均增加,且产气量随着气体流量增加而增大;产液量在泡状流阶段增加,而达到弹状流—分层流过渡点后开始降低,进入分层波状流阶段后产液量开始增加;无因次产液量在增大井筒入口段射孔密度的模式下更大,且随着径向气相流量的增加而增大。
