Accurate fluid flow simulation in geologically complex reservoirs is of particular importance in construction of reservoir *** approaches in naturally fractured reservoir simulation involve use of unstructured grids or a structured grid coupled with locally unstructured grids and discrete fracture *** methods suffer from drawbacks such as lack of flexibility and of ease of *** this study,I combined fracture modeling by elastic gridding which improves flexibility,especially in complex *** proposed model revises conventional modeling fractures by hard rigid planes that do not change through *** is a dubious assumption,especially in reservoirs with a high production rate in the *** proposed elastic fracture modeling considers changes in fracture properties,shape and aperture through the *** strategy is only reliable for naturally fractured reservoirs with high fracture permeability and less permeable matrix and parallel fractures with less *** of elastic fracture modeling results with conventional modeling showed that these assumptions will cause production pressure to enlarge fracture apertures and change fracture shapes,which consequently results in lower production compared with what was previously *** is concluded that an elastic gridded model could better simulate reservoir performance.

In this work,ultrasonic irradiation and destabilizer solvent were used for destabilizing colloidal platinum *** stabilized platinum nanoparticles were prepared in w/o microemulsion systems composed of sodium bis-（2-ethylhexyl） sulfosuccinate（AOT） and four different solvents,namely,cyclohexane,n-hexane,n-heptane,and *** recovery process of Pt nanoparticles from the colloidal systems was performed by exposing the colloidal samples to ultrasonic irradiation and applying various destabilizing *** of UV-visible spectra confirms that the quantity of Pt nanoparticles removed from the suspension depends on the length of time of the ultrasonic irradiation and the nature of the microemulsion oil phase.A critical time for the ultrasonic irradiation has been introduced for the phase separation of colloidal *** perform the solvent study,four destabilizer solvents,namely,dioxane,ethyl acetate,diethyl ether,and tetrahydrofuran,were used for breaking the colloidal suspension of platinum *** on the ’good solvent’ and ’poor solvent’ idea,it is verified that the effect of the destabilizer solvents on the aggregation process follows the following order：tetrahydrofuran 〉 ethyl acetate 〉dioxane〉 diethyl ether.

Root activity has an important impact on soil development but we have little knowledge of the interaction of the root zone and soil genetic *** aim of this investigation was to study the interactions between soil chemical characteristics and root zone processes in a declining Persian oak forest(Quercus brantii Lindl.).A randomized complete block design was used to investigate the long-term eff ect of Persian oak on soil horizons,and the chemical and biological properties in two soil zones(under and outside the canopy).Results indicate that the rhizosphere zone had signifi cantly higher total organic carbon(TOC)than outside the canopy soil in the upper soil *** subsurface horizons,water-extractable organic carbon values were signifi cantly higher in rhizosphere than in non-rhizospheric *** biomass carbon(MBC)values in the rhizospheric zone decreased from the fi rst to the second *** MBC/TOC ratio indicated signifi-cant diff erences between the rhizosphere and soils outside of the canopy,with the exception of the subsurface *** the subsurface horizon of the rhizosphere,there was greater respiration of organic carbon(ΣCO 2/TOC)than in outside of canopy *** addition,root processes infl uenced pH,nitrogen fractions,and availability of phosphorus,potassium,iron,zinc and *** erences in soil characteristics between rhizospheric and non-rhizospheric zones were signifi cant in surface horizons due to higher root density than in deeper soil *** fi ndings indicate that Persian oak(Quercus brantii Lindl.)roots infl uenced the main soil chemical properties,even in calcareous soils.

The effect of Er3＋ ion concentration on transient and steady-state behavior in 45-nm Er3＋：YAG crystal is investigated. It is shown that by changing the signal field, the coherent field and the concentration of Er3＋ ions in the crystal, the absorption, dispersion, and group index of the weak probe field can be adjusted. Also, it is found that the probe absorption occurs in the presence of population inversion and probe amplification is obtained in the absence of population inversion.

We study the absorption-dispersion process and group index of weak probe field in a four-level Er^3＋：YAG *** find that the Er^3＋ion concentration and incoherent pumping field can influence the absorption-dispersion process and group index of weak probe field. Moreover, our results show that Er^3＋ion concentration plays a major role in lasing without inversion and absorption with inversion.

This paper considers a novel formulation of the multi-period network interdiction problem. In this model, delivery of the maximum flow as well as the act of interdiction happens over several periods, while the budget of resource for interdiction is limit. It is assumed that when an edge is interdicted in a period, the evader considers a rate of risk of detection at consequent periods. Application of the generalized Benders decomposition algorithm considers solving the resulting mixed-integer nonlinear programming problem. Computational experiences denote reasonable consistency with expectations.

The appropriate production of liquefied natural gas(LNG)with least consuming energy and maximum efficiency is quite *** this paper,LNG production cycle by means of APCI Process has been *** equilibrium equations and exergy equilibrium equations of each equipment in the APCI cycle were *** equipments are described using rigorous thermodynamics and no significant simplification is *** some operating parameters as key parameters,influences of these parameters on coefficient of performance(COP)and exergy efficiency of the cascading cycle were *** results indicate that COP and exergy efficiency will be improved with the increasing of the inlet pressure of MR(mixed refrigerant)compressors,the decreasing of the NG and MR after precooling process,outlet pressure of turbine,inlet temperature of MR compressor and NG temperature after cooling in main cryogenic heat exchanger(MCHE).The COP and exergy efficiency of the APCI cycle will be above 2% and 40%,respectively,after optimizing the key parameters.

An experimental program was conducted to explore the impact of nanosilica on the microstructure and mechanical characteristics of cemented sandy *** agent included Portland cement type *** content was 6% by weight of the sandy *** was added in percentages of 0%,4%,8% and 12% by weight of *** samples were prepared with relative density of 80% and optimum water content and cured for 7 d,28 d and 90 *** characteristics of cementnanosilica-sand mixtures after 90 d of curing have been explored using atomic force microscopy(AFM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) *** of curing time on microstructure properties of cemented sandy soil samples with 0% and 8% nanosilica have been investigated using SEM *** compression test(for all curing times) and compaction test were also *** SEM and AFM tests results showed that nanosilica contributes to enhancement of cemented sandy soil through yielding denser,more uniform *** XRD test demonstrated that the inclusion of nanosilica in the cemented soil increases the intensity of the calcium silicate hydrate(CSH) peak and decreases the intensity of the calcium hydroxide(CH) *** results showed that adding optimum percentages of nanosilica to cement-stabilized sandy soil enhances its mechanical and microstructure properties.

A double cascade-type four-level multiple-quantum-well-based exciton-biexciton transitions are proposed. The study is carried out on a 4.8-rim ZnSe single-quantum well which is embedded into ZnMgSSe cladding layers and pseudomor- phically grown by molecular beam epitaxy on a （0 0 1） GaAs substrate. It is displayed that the exciton spin relaxation and relative phases between applied fields can influence the transient and steady-state behaviors of absorption, dispersion, and group velocity of two weak probe and signal fields. Also, transient behaviors of electron population of different levels are discussed. It is found that the probe or signal amplification occurs in the absence of population inversion.
