Hyperspectral(HS)image classification plays a crucial role in numerous areas including remote sensing(RS),agriculture,and the monitoring of the *** band selection in HS images is crucial for improving the efficiency and accuracy of image *** process involves selecting the most informative spectral bands,which leads to a reduction in data *** on these key bands also enhances the accuracy of classification algorithms,as redundant or irrelevant bands,which can introduce noise and lower model performance,are *** this paper,we propose an approach for HS image classification using deep Q learning(DQL)and a novel multi-objective binary grey wolf optimizer(MOBGWO).We investigate the MOBGWO for optimal band selection to further enhance the accuracy of HS image *** the suggested MOBGWO,a new sigmoid function is introduced as a transfer function to modify the wolves’*** primary objective of this classification is to reduce the number of bands while maximizing classification *** evaluate the effectiveness of our approach,we conducted experiments on publicly available HS image datasets,including Pavia University,Washington Mall,and Indian Pines *** compared the performance of our proposed method with several state-of-the-art deep learning(DL)and machine learning(ML)algorithms,including long short-term memory(LSTM),deep neural network(DNN),recurrent neural network(RNN),support vector machine(SVM),and random forest(RF).Our experimental results demonstrate that the Hybrid MOBGWO-DQL significantly improves classification accuracy compared to traditional optimization and DL ***-DQL shows greater accuracy in classifying most categories in both datasets *** the Indian Pine dataset,the MOBGWO-DQL architecture achieved a kappa coefficient(KC)of 97.68%and an overall accuracy(OA)of 94.32%.This was accompanied by the lowest root mean square error(RMSE)of 0.94,indicating very precise

Objective:To investigate the relationship between ambient sulfur dioxide(SO2)exposure and semen quality ***:A systematic literature search was conducted to identify relevant studies investigating the association between SO2 exposure and semen quality *** search encompassed the timeframe from January 2000 to May 2023 and included electronic databases such as Web of Science,Google Scholar,PubMed,Cochrane,and *** effect estimates with 95%confidence intervals(CI)were calculated using percent changes(PC).The meta-analysis included seven studies with 6711 participants and 15087 semen ***:The results revealed a significant negative association between ambient SO2 exposure and certain semen quality *** particular,SO2 exposure was associated with a significant decrease in progressive motility(PC=0.032;95%CI:-0.063 to-0.001;P=0.044)and sperm concentration(PC=-0.020;95%CI:-0.036 to-0.005;P=0.012).However,no statistically significant associations were observed for total sperm count(PC=-0.038;95%CI:-0.079 to 0.003;P=0.070),seminal fluid volume(PC=-0.009;95%CI:-0.048 to-0.030;P=0.662)and sperm motility(PC=-0.17;95%CI:-0.363 to 0.022;P=0.830).In addition,the results of the subgroup analysis revealed specific variables that were associated with the decrease in relevant sperm ***:This systematic review and meta-analysis provides compelling evidence supporting a consistent negative association between exposure to ambient SO2 and semen quality parameters.

Interplay between temperature-dependent strengthening mechanisms and mechanical stability in high-performance austenitic stainless steels

The effects of deformation temperature on the transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP)-aided 304L, twinning-induced plasticity(TWIP)-assisted 316L, and highly alloyed stable 904L austenitic stainless steels were compared for the first time to tune the mechanical properties, strengthening mechanisms, and strength–ductility synergy. For this purpose, the scanning electron microscopy(SEM),electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD), X-ray diffraction(XRD), tensile testing, work-hardening analysis, and thermodynamics calculations were used. The induced plasticity effects led to a high temperature-dependency of work-hardening behavior in the 304L and 316L stainless steels. As the deformation temperature increased, the metastable 304L stainless steel showed the sequence of TRIP, TWIP, and weakening of the induced plasticity mechanism; while the disappearance of the TWIP effect in the 316L stainless steel was also ***, the solid-solution strengthening in the 904L superaustenitic stainless steel maintained the tensile properties over a wide temperature range, surpassing the performance of 304L and 316L stainless steels. In this regard, the dependency of the total elongation on the deformation temperature was less pronounced for the 904L alloy due to the absence of additional plasticity mechanisms. These results revealed the importance of solid–solution strengthening and the associated high friction stress for superior mechanical behavior over a wide temperature range.

Effects of post-processing heat treatments on the microstructure， aging kinetics， and room/elevated temperature mechanical properties of additively manufactured Inconel 718 superalloy were investigated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM)， electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD)， and X-ray diffraction (XRD)， as well as hardness， tensile， and creep testing were used for characterization. At temperatures higher than 1100 °C， homogenization treatment resulted in the appearance of equiaxed grains by recrystallization and diminishing the dislocation density. The precipitation activation energy for the homogenized aged condition was obtained as 203 kJ/mol， which was higher than the value of ～160 kJ/mol for the as-built IN718 superalloy. Therefore， direct aging resulted in a faster aging response， which led to a significant improvement in tensile properties， as rationalized by the strengthening mechanisms. Direct aging treatment resulted in a higher elevated-temperature ultimate tensile strength (UTS) as well as the optimum creep life and lowest minimum creep rate in comparison with other heat treating routes， which were attributed to the presence of fine and uniformly dispersed strengthening precipitates in conjunction with the high dislocation density.

对比研究使用未热解粉末制备的厚热障涂层(UPTTBC)和传统TBC、厚TBC(TTBC)及密集垂直裂纹(DVC)TTBC 4种涂层的隔热能力和黏接强度。采用降温法测试涂层的隔热能力;根据ASTM C633标准,采用拉拔试验检测涂层的黏接强度。结果显示,UPTTBC和DVC TTBC的黏接强度分别比TTBC高35%和25%。这可能是由于UPTTBC结构中存在亚微米尺度的未熔化区域,起到了阻止裂纹扩展的作用。此外,隔热测试的结果表明,DVCTTBC涂层的隔热能力最差,为0.28℃/μm,而UPTTBC涂层的隔热能力最强,为0.40℃/μm。由于UPTTBCs显微组织中存在亚微米区域,使涂层展现出优越的隔热能力。相反,DVCTTBC因其致密的结构,具有最低的隔热能力。

Effect of alumina and silica nanocomposite based on polyacrylamide on light and heavy oil recovery in presence of formation water using micromodel

Increasing world request for energy has made oil extraction from reservoirs more desirable. Many novel EOR methods have been proposed and utilized for this purpose. Using nanocomposites in chemical flooding is one of these novel methods. In this study, we investigated the impact of six injection solutions on the recovery of light and heavy oil with the presence of two different brines as formation water using a homogenous glass micromodel. All of the injection solutions were based on a 40,000 ppm Na Cl synthetic seawater(SSW), one of which was additive free and the others were prepared by dispersing nanocomposite silica-based polyacrylamide(NCSP), nanocomposite alumina-based polyacrylamide(NCAP), the combination of both nanocomposites silica and alumina based on polyacrylamide(NCSAP),surfactant(CTAB) and polyacrylamide(PAM) with a concentration of 1000 ppm as additives. The Stability of nanocomposites was tested against the salinity of the brine and temperature using salinity and DSC tests which were successful. Alongside stability tests, IFT, contact angle and oil recovery measurements were made. Visual results revealed that in addition to the effect of silica and alumina nanocomposite in reducing interfacial tension and wettability alteration, control of mobility ratio caused a major improvement in sweeping efficiency and oil recovery. According to the sweeping behavior of injected fluids, it was found that the main effect of surfactant was wettability alteration, for polyacrylamide was mobility control and for nanocomposites was the reduction of interfacial tension between oil and injected fluid, which was completely analyzed and checked out. Also, NCSAP with 95.83% and 70.33% and CTAB with 84.35% and 91% have the highest light oil recoveries at 250,000 ppm and 180,000 ppm salinity, respectively which is related to the superposition effect of interactions between nanocomposites, solution and oil. Reservoir simulation is known as perhaps the most widely used, accurate, and reliable method for field development in the petroleum industry. An integral part of a reliable reservoir simulation process is to consider robust and rigorous tuned EOS models. Traditionally, EOS models are tuned iteratively through arduous workflows against experimental PVT data. However, this comes with a number of drawbacks such as forcingly using weight factors, which upon alteration adversely affects the optimization *** objective of the current work is thus to introduce an auto-tune PVT matching tool using NSGA-II multi-objective optimization. In order to illustrate the robustness of the presented technique, three different PVT samples are used, including two black-oil and one gas condensate sample. We utilize PengRobinson EOS during all the manual and auto-tuning processes. Comparison of auto-tuned EOS-generated results with those of experimental and computed statistical error values for these samples clearly show that the proposed method is robust. In addition, the proposed method, contrary to the manual matching process, provides the engineer with several matched solutions, which allows them to select a match based on the engineering background to be best amenable to the problem at hand. In addition, the proposed technique is fast, and can output several solutions within less time compared to the traditional manual matching method.
