The new Coronavirus disease or COVID-19 is a contagious viral/immunological systemic disorder with predominantly respiratory features caused by human infection with SARS-CoV-2, which is rapidly spreading from person-to-person all around the world as a pandemic. As long as there is no effective vaccine available to prevent this disease and no definitive treatment is provided to cure it, it is better to prevent this disease by following a series of principles, which are: home quarantine of asymptomatic to mild COVID-19 patients and hospitalization of severe cases, physical distancing, staying at home, handwashing, cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces, face-mask using, cough and sneeze covering, healthy nutritious diet along with the routine life activities and daily exercise, video communication by phone/online with family, and finally practice to relieve stress/anxiety.

In this paper, the structural parameters, and density of the states of TaB2 compound have been calculated, and investigated in hexagonal phase with P6/mmm space group. The calculations have been performed with ultra-soft pseudo-potential in the frame work of Density Functional Theory （DFT） by using the Quantum Espresso package. With respect to high quantity of bulk modulus, and low quantity of the volume it is being understood that this compound has a very hard structure. The figure of density of states shows that this compound is a kind of metal. The obtained results from this research have good accord with experimental results, and with the same researches.

COVID-19 is a new contagious, deadly viral/immunological systemic disorder with predominantly respiratory features caused by human infection with SARS-CoV-2, which is rapidly spreading from person-to-person all around the world as a pandemic, whereas, Allergic Rhinitis is an old non-contagious, non-deadly, and non-viral disorder with nasal inflammation which occurs when the immune system overreacts to allergens. Mild to moderate COVID-19 can be mistaken with Allergic Rhinitis. Fever, dry cough, dyspnea, fatigue, body ache, anosmia, and lack of taste are the cardinal feature of COVID-19, whereas runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, postnasal discharge, itchy eyes, and itchy skin are the cardinal feature of Allergic Rhinitis. Some of the cardinal feature of COVID-19 can be accessory feature of Allergic Rhinitis and vice versa. These two diseases are usually distinguishable by an expert physician. At the same time, an inexperienced physician will easily confuse them. The known cases of Allergic Rhinitis have allergies in this spring or year similar to previous years, not COVID-19, unless this time the symptoms are sudden, new, or more severe, and with previous conventional allergy treatment;don’t give up and get even worse. In fact, the mission of this article is to provide the easiest way to differentiate these two diseases. In the SARS-CoV-2 epidemics in the Red zones, when we cannot differentiate these two diseases;Allergic Rhinitis should be discarded in favor of COVID-19.

Investigation of the Optical Properties of CdBr<sub>2</sub>

The optical properties of CdBr2 were studied by first principle using the density functional theory. The dielectric functions and optical constants are calculated using the full potential-linearized augmented plane wave (FP-LAPW) method with the generalized gradient approximation (GGA). The theoretical calculated optical properties and energy Loss (EEL) spectrum yield a static refractive index of 2.1 and a plasmon energy of 13eV for hexagonal phase. The results, in comparison with the published data, are in good agreement with the experimental and previous theoretical results.

The electronic structure, band gap and density of states of (7,7) Armchair carbon nanotube by the full potentiallin- earized augmented plane wave (FP-LAPW)method in the framework density functional theory (DFT) with the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) were studied. The calculated band structure and density of state of Armchair (7,7) carbon nanotube were in good agreement with theoretical and experimental results.

For the computation of the sediment quantity released from reservoirs, a vertical two-dimensional hydrodynamic model is combined with a sediment transport model. The hydrodynamic model is based on the equations of mass and momentum conservation along with a k ?ε model for closure of the Reynolds stresses. The sediment transport model is based on the convection-diffusion equation of sediment concentration and the sediment continuity equation. Both the hydrodynamic and sediment transport models are developed in a boundary-fitted curvilinear co-ordinate system. Comparison of the predicted mean velocity field with laboratory results indicates that the present model captures most experimental trends with reasonable accuracy. Also good agreement is found in comparison of the sediment transport results for the numerical model and the experimental model.

Comparison of Meta-Cognitive Beliefs with Regard to Depressed, Obsessive-Compulsive and Normal Individuals

The Entrance Exam of the Universities （EEU） in Iran is a competitive high-stakes test that affects all the test stakeholders, the curriculum and the whole educational context. This effect, positive or negative, is literally called washback. This paper aimed to report the findings of a study on the Iranian parents’ perceptions of the EEU. To this end, a survey questionnaire including 24 items was developed based on two main themes of parents’ activities at home to help their children pass the EEU and parents’ direct attitudes towards the EEU. The questionnaire was randomly administered to 30 Iranian parents whose children were in pre-university level. The results indicated that the EEU directly and negatively influences the Iranian parents and their children. Although the majority of the surveyed parents have a negative attitude towards the high-stakes exam of the EEU, they do whatever they can to help their children cope with this exam. The findings also justify the necessity of conducting research studies on the other stakeholders of this high-stakes test.

The main purpose of the present study was to investigate and compare the meta-cognitive beliefs of three groups consisting of depressed, obsessive-compulsive and normal individuals. This expost facto study was carried out on 174 individuals (58 depressed, 58 obsessive-compulsive, and 58 normal). The depressed and obsessive-compulsive patients were selected from psychological clinics in central and southern Tehran using purposive sampling. The normal group was randomly selected from the staff of the related clinics. Participants completed three questionnaires including the Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II), the Maudsley Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory (MOCI), and the Meta-CognitionsQuestionnaire-30 (MCQ-30). The MANOVA test was used to analyze the statistical data. There were significant differences between the mean scores with regard to the meta-cognitive beliefs in normal individuals and in patients with depression or obsessive-compulsive disorders. Furthermore, with regard to cognitive confidence and cognitive self-consciousness subscales, there were significant differences between depressed and obsessive-compulsive patients. The mean scores of these two subscales were higher in obsessive-compulsive patient, in comparison with depressed individuals. There was no significant difference between the depressed and obsessive-compulsive groups regarding the three subscales of positive beliefs about worry, uncontrollability and need to control thoughts.
