ldentifying risks and prioritizing is important for payment service provider(PSP)companies to get banking projects and gain more market ***,studies regarding the identification of risks and causal relationships are insufficient in the lranian PSP industry and the industry is unique because of its *** this study,30 experts involved with PSP companies are employed as the research *** key risks and 46 sub-risks are also ***,the fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory technique is applied to determine the effective and affected risks and the severity of their effects on each ***,all risks are *** to the interal interrelationships of the main risks,the weight of each risk is calculated via the fuzy analytic network *** the second-level risks have no significant interrelationships,they are ranked via the fuzzy analytical hierarchy ***,the best-worst method is used to ensure that the obtained rankings are *** study identifies the risks affecting the loss of banking projects and determines the impacts of these risks on each.A sensitivity analysis is then conducted on the weights of the criteria,and the results are compared.

Human resources are a key source of sustainable competitive advantage and are considered as one of the substantial factors for an organization's *** organization can survive without its human *** employees'needs,desires,and satisfaction is *** managers consider financial and non-financial compensation for employees'*** is a need for a practical look at the field of nursing service compensation,especially in the healthcare *** this study,the factors affecting nursing service compensation in the selected private hospitals in Iran were initially identified and confirmed using the exploratory and confirmatory factor *** three major factors are empowerment components,organizational components,and financial ***,the driver factors(causes)and dependent factors(effects)in the nursing service compensation system were investigated and their relationships were determined using the fuzzy DEMATEL ***,these factors were ranked using the best-worst(BWM)*** results of BWM indicate that financial components gained the top-ranked,followed by organizational components,and empowerment components.

In this work,we describe a new strategy for the electrochemical determination of captopril（CA） using ferrocenemonocarboxylic acid as a mediator and multiwall carbon nanotubes as sensors in aqueous solution at pH *** diffusion coefficient（D）,and the kinetic parameters such as electron transfer coefficient（α）.and heterogeneous rate constant（kh）,for CA were also determined using electrochemical *** the optimized conditions,the electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of captopril showed two linear dynamic ranges with a detection limit of 0.3×10^-6 mol L^-1 *** linear calibration range was 0.8×10^（-6） to 65×10^-6 mol L^-1 using cyclic ***,this modified electrode was also examined as a selective,simple and precise new electrochemical sensor for the determination of captopril in real samples such as drug and patient human urine.

Various alcohols and phenols were trimethylsilylated in excellent yields using hexamethyldisilazane in the presence of catalytic amounts of environmentally friendly, hydrophobic, highly thermal stable, and completely heterogeneous sulfonic acid functionalized mesostructured SBA-15 in dichloromethane at ambient temperature. Primary, bulky secondary, tertiary, and phenolic hydroxyl functional groups were transformed to the corresponding trimethylsilyl ethers in excellent yields. The simple experimental procedure was accompanied by easy recovery and the catalyst was reusable (at least 18 reaction cycles); these are attractive features of this protocol.

The selection process of appropriate Performance Appraisal （PA） methods for organizations in today＇s dynamic and agile environments along with its funding scales is a complex problem. Performance appraisal in modem organizations has become a part of the strategic approach toward integrating business policies and human resource activities. The existence of multiple criteria in the decision-making procedure makes finding the optimal PA method more challenging. The current study tackles a PA method assessment by applying a multiple criteria decision analysis method i.e., MULTIMOORA integrated Shannon＇s entropy significance coefficient. A case study on the optimal PA method selection is analyzed by identifying the criteria and alternatives based on the literature and expert comments of the case-study employing two approaches, that is, MULTIMOORA and Entropy MULTIMOORA. The final rankings of the suggested methods are compared to TOPSIS and TOPSIS integrated Shannon＇s entropy methods utilizing correlation coefficients of the final ranks. Eventually, by identifying the optimal PA approach i.e., 360-degree feedback, the selected optimal method employed in the case study and results are demonstrated and described with a comprehensive example.

A carbon paste electrode（CPE） chemically modified with multiwall carbon nanotubes and ferrocene（FC） was used as a selective electrochemical sensor for the simultaneous determination of trace amounts of cysteamine（CA） and folic acid（FA）.This modified electrode showed very efficient electrocatalytic activity for the anodic oxidation of *** peak current of differential pulse voltammograms of CA and FA increased linearly with their concentration in the ranges of 0.7-200μmol/L CA and 5.0- 700μmol/L *** detection limits for CA and FA were 0.3μmol/L and 2.0μmoI/L,*** diffusion coefficient（D） and transfer coefficient（α） of CA were also *** conditions are sufficient to allow determination of CA and FA both individually and simultaneously.
