Analysis of Eigenvalues for Molecular Structures

In this article,we study different molecular structures such as Polythiophene network,PLY(n)for n=1,2,and 3,Orthosilicate(Nesosilicate)SiO4,Pyrosilicates(Sorosilicates)Si2O7,Chain silicates(Pyroxenes)(SiO3)n,and Cyclic silicates(Ring Silicates)Si3O9 for their cardinalities,chromatic numbers,graph variations,eigenvalues obtained from the adjacency matrices which are square matrices in order and their corresponding characteristics *** convert the general structures of these chemical networks in to mathematical graphical *** transform the molecular structures of these chemical networks which are mentioned above,into a simple and undirected planar graph and sketch them with various techniques of *** matrices obtained from these simple undirected graphs are *** also label the molecular structures by assigning different *** graphs have also been studied for *** a connected graph,the eigenvalue that shows its peak point(largest value)obtained from the adjacency matrix has multiplicity ***,the gap between the largest and its smallest eigenvalues is interlinked with some form of“connectivity measurement of the structural graph”.We also note that the chemical structures,Orthosilicate(Nesosilicate)SiO4,Pyrosilicates(Sorosilicates)Si2O7,Chain silicates(Pyroxenes)(SiO3)n,and Cyclic silicates(Ring Silicates)Si3O9 generally have two same *** matrices have great importance in the field of computer science.

In this article,we calculate various topological invariants such as symmetric division degree index,redefined Zagreb index,VL index,first and second exponential Zagreb index,first and second multiplicative exponential Zagreb indices,symmetric division degree entropy,redefined Zagreb entropy,VL entropy,first and second exponential Zagreb entropies,multiplicative exponential Zagreb *** take the chemical compound named Proanthocyanidins,which is a very useful polyphenol in human’s *** are very beneficial for one’s *** chemical compounds are extracted from grape *** are tremendously anti-inflammatory.A subdivision formof this compound is presented in this *** compound named subdivided grape seed Proanthocyanidins is abbreviated as SGSP_(3).This network SGSP_(3),is converted and modeled into its mathematical graphical formation with the support of the latest mathematical *** have also developed many closed formulas for the measurement of entropy for the general chemical structure of the subdivided grape seed Proanthocyanidins *** achieved outcomes can be correlated with the chemical version of SGSP_(3) to get a better understanding of its biological as well as physical features.

Pulmonary Diseases Decision Support System Using Deep Learning Approach

Pulmonary diseases are common throughout the world,especially in developing *** diseases include chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,pneumonia,asthma,tuberculosis,fibrosis,and recently *** general,pulmonary diseases have a similar footprint on chest radiographs which makes them difficult to discriminate even for expert *** recent years,many image processing techniques and artificial intelligence models have been developed to quickly and accurately diagnose lung *** this paper,the performance of four popular pretrained models(namely VGG16,DenseNet201,DarkNet19,and XceptionNet)in distinguishing between different pulmonary diseases was *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first published study to ever attempt to distinguish all four cases normal,pneumonia,COVID-19 and lung opacity from ChestX-Ray(CXR)*** models were trained using Chest-X-Ray(CXR)images,and statistically tested using 5-fold cross *** individual models,XceptionNet outperformed all other models with a 94.775%accuracy and Area Under the Curve(AUC)of Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)of 99.84%.On the other hand,DarkNet19 represents a good compromise between accuracy,fast convergence,resource utilization,and near real time detection(0.33 s).Using a collection of models,the 97.79%accuracy achieved by Ensemble Features was the highest among all surveyed methods,but it takes the longest time to predict an image(5.68 s).An efficient effective decision support system can be developed using one of those approaches to assist radiologists in the field make the right assessment in terms of accuracy and prediction time,such a dependable system can be used in rural areas and various healthcare sectors.

采用三维非线性有限元分析方法评价与估算了桥面板与混凝土覆层间结合界面的干燥收缩诱导应力,并采用修正Fowler准则测算了桥面板与聚合物覆层间的热诱导应力。在评价覆层与面板间相对厚度to/ts的影响时,ts取常数200 mm;在评价相对弹性模量Eo/Es的影响时,Es取常数,27.5 GPa,并设定了3个Eo/Es比值,分别是0.5,0.75,1.0。在评价每个Eo/Es比值的影响时,考虑3个to/ts比值,其值分别为0.281,0.375,0.45,并对应3个覆层厚度值,分别为55,75,3.6,90 mm。结果表明:收缩诱导剪切应力与黏结应力随Eo/Es比值及to/ts比值的增加而增加;有限元分析结果与修正Fowler准则测算结果表现出相同的变化趋势,但由前者估算的黏结应力要比由后者估算的高很多。对诱导黏结应力有重要影响或者会导致黏结强度下降的其他因素也进行了深入讨论。

Cervical cancer is screened by pap smear methodology for detection and classification *** smear images of the cervical region are employed to detect and classify the abnormality of cervical *** this paper,we proposed the first system that it ables to classify the pap smear images into a seven classes *** smear images are exploited to design a computer-aided diagnoses system to classify the abnormality in cervical images *** features that have been extracted using ResNet101 are employed to discriminate seven classes of images in Support Vector Machine(SVM)*** success of this proposed system in distinguishing between the levels of normal cases with 100%accuracy and 100%*** top of that,it can distinguish between normal and abnormal cases with an accuracy of 100%.The high level of abnormality is then studied and classified with a high *** the other hand,the low level of abnormality is studied separately and classified into two classes,mild and moderate dysplasia,with∼92%*** proposed system is a built-in cascading manner with five models of polynomial(SVM)*** overall accuracy in training for all cases is 100%,while the overall test for all seven classes is around 92%in the test phase and overall accuracy reaches 97.3%.The proposed system facilitates the process of detection and classification of cervical cells in pap smear images and leads to early diagnosis of cervical cancer,which may lead to an increase in the survival rate in women.

Melanization of shrimp gills is a general symptom in shrimp black bill diseases(sBG);therefore,the cause is not immediately *** study aimed to determine the primary and secondary agents associated with a black gill outbreak in the Delvar complex in the Bushehr Province of *** July and August of 2020,450 healthy and affected shrimps were collected based on brown to black gill color from three farms of the Bushehr Province in *** of pathogens was performed by gross signs,wet mounts,microbiological tests,histopathology methods,and sequencing of molecular *** mean weight and length of infected shrimps was significantly(P<0.05)lower than the healthy *** histological examination of sBG indicated the adhesion of secondary lamellae,accumulation of hemocyte cells at the end of the secondary lamellae,and necrosis of epithelial cells with pyknosis and *** to our results,Aspergillus sydowii as a primary agent correlates with sBG disease in Litopenaeus vannamei from Iran,and other biotic factors,including bacterial(Vibrio owensii and ***)probably are secondary agents associated with sBG disease.

Alzheimer’s disease is a severe neuron disease that damages brain cells which leads to permanent loss of memory also called *** people die due to this disease every year because this is not curable but early detection of this disease can help restrain the ***’s ismost common in elderly people in the age bracket of 65 and *** automated system is required for early detection of disease that can detect and classify the disease into multiple Alzheimer *** learning and machine learning techniques are used to solvemanymedical problems like *** proposed system Alzheimer Disease detection utilizes transfer learning on Multi-class classification using brain Medical resonance imagining(MRI)working to classify the images in four stages,Mild demented(MD),Moderate demented(MOD),Non-demented(ND),Very mild demented(VMD).Simulation results have shown that the proposed systemmodel gives 91.70%*** also observed that the proposed system gives more accurate results as compared to previous approaches.

Alarming Presentation of a Seemingly Common Condition in a Patient with Renal Impairment

We received a 23-year-old male, working in the Army for 18 months, with advanced renal impairment, haemoptysis and hyperkalemia. An impression of the pulmonary renal syndrome was made and he was managed aggressively with haemodialysis, plasma exchange and pulsing with methyl prednisolone. His condition improved, but the renal functions did not. The vasculitic workup including Extractable Nuclear Antigen (ENA) and Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody (ANCA) which were sent on admission came out to be negative. As he apparently responded to the initial management protocol, he was subjected to renal biopsy which did not reveal any vasculitis but was consistent for end-stage renal disease. Subsequently he was subjected to lung biopsy which also was not supportive for vasculitis. However, we concluded that the initial pointers for Wegener’s granulomatosis were misleading. The haemoptysis entirely subsided as the congestion improved. He was maintained on Haemodialysis three times per week schedule and discharged to the peripheral health care facility.

Slip Compensation in Efficiency-Optimized Three-Phase Induction Motor Drive Systems

Energy efficiency optimization techniques of electrical drive systems improve the overall efficiency and reduce the hardness of mechanical characteristics of the drive system. It is therefore important to reduce the slip of induction motor to maintain its stable operation at different frequencies and loads. In this paper a slip compensator, based on fuzzy logic incremental controller has been developed to improve the steady state performance of efficiency-optimized three-phase induction motor drive system. The slip control is accomplished through a fuzzy controller with 9 rules, taking speed error and speed error variation as inputs, to produce the frequency. The proposed controller reduces the slip occurring at low frequencies and light loads to certain value, and also reduces the energy efficiency of the system.
