In this paper, a statistical comparative investigation of the implementation of Concurrent Engineering (CE) in Jord.nian Ind.stry is introd.ced. practices of CE are reviewed. then mapped.into six statistical latent. A Structural Equation Mod.l (SEM) is d.veloped.for the implementation of CE, then the mod.l is applied.to the following Jord.nian ind.strial sectors: chemical and.cosmetics ind.stries, engineering and.electrical ind.stries and.information technology, wood.and.furniture ind.stries, and.construction ind.stry. The implementation level for the six CE practices among the selected.sectors is investigated.a statistical comparative analysis between the consid.red.ind.strial sectors is cond.cted. Thereafter, a system d.namics mod.l is d.veloped.to und.rstand.the true CE trad.-offs, which is used.as a valid.ty measure to insure that the proposed.statistical mod.l and.hypotheses are valid.

Wind.ws malware is becoming an increasingly pressing problem as the amount of malware continues to grow and.more sensitive information is stored.on *** of the major challenges in tackling this problem is the complexity of malware analysis,which requires expertise from human *** d.velopments in machine learning have led.to the creation of d.ep mod.ls for malware ***,these mod.ls often lack transparency,making it d.fficult to und.rstand.the reasoning behind.the mod.l’s d.cisions,otherwise known as the black-box *** ad.ress these limitations,this paper presents a novel mod.l for malware d.tection,utilizing vision transformers to analyze the Operation Cod.(OpCod.)sequences of more than 350000 Wind.ws portable executable malware samples from real-world.*** mod.l achieves a high accuracy of 0.9864,not only surpassing the previous results but also provid.ng valuable insights into the reasoning behind.the *** mod.l is able to pinpoint specific instructions that lead.to malicious behavior in malware samples,aid.ng human experts in their analysis and.d.iving further ad.ancements in the *** report our find.ngs and.show how causality can be established.between malicious cod. and.actual classification by a d.ep learning mod.l,thus opening up this black-box problem for d.eper analysis.

Gastric cancers are caused.primarily d.e to the activation and.amplification of the EGFR or HER2 kinases resulting in cell proliferation,ad.esion,angiogenesis,and.*** therapies are ineffective d.e to the intra-tumoral heterogeneity and.concomitant genetic ***,d.al inhibition strategies are recommend.d.to increase potency and.red.ce *** this stud.,we have cond.cted.computational high-throughput screening of the ChemBrid.e library followed.by in vitro assays and.id.ntified.novel selective inhibitors that have a d.al imped.ment of EGFR/HER2 kinase ***-based.High-throughput Virtual Screening(d.HTVS)was used.to screen the whole ChemBrid.e small molecular library against EGFR and.*** atomistic molecular d.namic simulation was cond.cted.to und.rstand.the d.namics and.stability of the protein-ligand.***/HER2 kinase enzymes,KATOIII,and.Snu-5 cells were used.for in vitro *** atomistic Molecular d.namics simulations followed.by solvent-based.Gibbs bind.ng free energy calculation of top molecules,id.ntified.compound.C3(5-(4-oxo-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-2-yl)-2-[3-(4-oxo-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-2-yl)phenyl]-1H-isoind.le-1,3(2H)-d.one)to have a good.affinity for both EGFR and.*** pred.cted.compound.C3,was promising with better bind.ng energy,good.bind.ng pose,and.optimum interactions with the EGFR and.HER2 resid.es.C3 inhibited.EGFR and.HER2 kinases with IC50 values of 37.24 and.45.83 nM,*** GI50 values of C3 to inhibit KATOIII and.Snu-5 cells were 84.76 and.48.26 nM,*** on these find.ngs,we conclud. that the id.ntified.compound.C3 showed.a conceivable d.al inhibitory activity on EGFR/HER2 kinase,and.therefore can be consid.red.as a plausible lead.like molecule for treating gastric cancers with minimal sid. effects,though testing in higher mod.ls with pharmacokinetic approach is required.

The microstructure of granular med.a, includ.ng grain's shape- and.size-polyd.spersities, orientation, and.area fraction can potentially affect its permeability. However, few stud.es consid.r the coupling effects of these features. This work employs geometrical probability and.stereology to establish quantitative relationships between the above microstructural features and.the geometric tortuosity of the two-d.mensional granular med.a containing superellipse, superoval, and.polygon grains. Then the lattice Boltzmann method.(LBM) is used.to d.termine the permeabilities of these granular med.a. By combining the tortuosity mod.l and.the LBM-d.rived.permeabilities, mod.fied.K–C equations are formulated.to pred.ct the permeability and.the shape factor, consid.ring the grain's shape- and.size-polyd.spersities, orientation, and.area fraction. The reliability of these method. can be verified.by comparing them with both our simulations and.available experimental, theoretical, and.numerical d.ta reported.in the literature. The find.ngs implicate that the tortuosity and.permeability of the granular med.a are strongly correlated.with the grain's shape, orientation, and.area fraction but unaffected.by the size polyd.spersity and.spatial arrangement of grains. Only circularity is not enough to d.rive a unified.formula for consid.ring the impact of grain shape on tortuosity and.permeability, other shape parameters need.to be explored.in the future.

In this stud.,we successfully extracted.the‘knee structure’for non-sequential d.uble ionization(NSd.)in the helium *** achieve this,for the first time,we solved.the time-d.pend.nt Schröd.nger equation in three d.mensions for the helium atom,utilizing the shield.ng charge *** find.ngs corroborate prior observations by Wang et al[Wang and.Eberly,***.105,083001(2010)],d.monstrating that NSd. occurs within a narrower time wind.w in circular polarization compared.to linear *** a result,the yield.of linear polarization was higher than that of circular polarization,aligning with the previously reported.***,in the case of circular polarization,the time wind.w further narrows with increasing intensity,attributed.to a d.crease in the time-of-flight.

Local scour around.pipelines crossing rivers or in marine environments is a significant *** can lead.to failure of the pipelines resulting in environmental sid. effects and.economic *** stud. d.veloped.an experimental method.to red.ce local scour around.pipelines with a stead. flow of clear water by installing cylind.ical and.cubical sacrificial *** sizes of sacrificial piles were examined.in a linear *** piles were installed.on the upstream sid. of the pipeline at three *** scour d.pth red.ction rates below the pipeline were *** results showed.that sacrificial piles could.protect a pipeline from local scour.A portion of scoured.sed.ment around.the sacrificial piles was d.posited.beneath the *** sed.ment accumulation red.ced.the scour d.pth beneath the *** of the experimental results d.monstrated.that the size of piles(d.,the spacing between piles,and.the d.stance between the pipe and.piles(Xp)were the variables that red.ced.the maximum scour beneath the pipeline with a d.ameter of *** the piles with d.0.40d.and.0.64d.X_(p)=4Od.was the optimal d.stance to install a group of piles,and.cubical piles could.mitigate scour more effectively than cylind.ical piles und.r similar *** the piles with d.d.the greatest red.ction in scour d.pth was achieved.at X_(p)=50d.with any d.sired.spacings between piles,and.cylind.ical piles in this d.mension could.protect the pipeline against scour more effectively than cubical piles.

Heat and.thermal problems are major obstacles to achieving high power d.nsity in compact permanent magnet(PM)***,a comprehensive,accurate,and.rapid.temperature rise estimation method.is required.for novel electric machines to ensure safe and.reliable operations.A unique three-d.mensional(3d.lumped.parameter thermal network(LPTN)is presented.for accurate thermal mod.ling of a newly d.veloped.outer-rotor hybrid.PM flux switching generator(OR-HPMFSG)for d.rect-d.ive ***,the losses of the OR-HPMFSG are calculated.using 3d.finite element analysis(FEA).Subsequently,all machine components consid.ring the thermal contact resistance,anisotropic thermal cond.ctivity of materials,and.various heat flow paths are comprehensively mod.led.based.on the thermal *** the proposed.3-d.LPTN,internal nod.s are consid.red.to pred.ct the average temperature as well as the hot spots of all active and.passive *** measurements are performed.on a prototype OR-HPMFSG to valid.te the efficiency of the 3-d.LPTN.A comparison of the results at various operating points between the d.veloped.3-d.LPTN,experimental test,and.FEA ind.cates that the 3-d.LPTN quickly approximates the hotspot and.mean temperature of all components und.r both transient and.stead. states with high accuracy.
