Socia. media.pla.forms like Insta.ra. ha.e increa.ingly become venues for online a.use a.d offensive comments. This study a.med to enha.ce user security to crea.e a.sa.e online environment by elimina.ing ha.e speech a.d a.usive la.gua.e. The proposed system employed a.multifa.eted a.proa.h to comment filtering, incorpora.ing the multi-level filter theory. This involved developing a.comprehensive list of words representing va.ious types of offensive la.gua.e, from sla.g to explicit a.use. Ma.hine lea.ning models were tra.ned to identify a.usive messa.es through sentiment a.a.ysis a.d contextua. understa.ding. The system ca.egorized comments a. positive, nega.ive, or a.usive using sentiment a.a.ysis a.gorithms. Employing a. technology, it crea.ed a.dyna.ic filtering mecha.ism tha. a.a.ted to evolving online la.gua.e a.d a.usive beha.ior. Integra.ed with Insta.ra. while a.hering to ethica. da.a.collection principles, the pla.form sought to promote a.clea. a.d positive user experience, encoura.ing users to focus on non-a.usive communica.ion. Our ma.hine-lea.ned models, tra.ned on a.clea.ed a.a.ic la.gua.e da.a.et, demonstra.ed promising a.cura.y (75.8%) in cla.sifying a.a.ic comments, potentia.ly reducing a.usive content significa.tly. This a.va.cement a.med to provide users with a.clea. a.d positive online experience.

The study wa. performed to determine whether the srum concentra.ions of IL （interleukin）-6 a.e eleva.ed in pa.ients with Ra.（rheuma.oid a.thritis） a.d to investiga.e the rela.ionship between IL-6 levels a.d iron sta.us in Ra.pa.ients. 95 serum sa.ples were obta.ned, 70 of them from pa.ients with Ra.who ha. visited the depa.tment of Rheuma.ology a. a.-Sa.der medica. city in Na.a. governora.e （Ira.） a.d 25 a.e a.d sex-ma.ched hea.thy controls. The a.thors a.sessed the clinica. pa.a.eters of the disea.e, including ESR （erythrocyte sedimenta.ion ra.e）, CRP （C-rea.tive protein）, a.d RF （rheuma.oid fa.tor）. Serum levels of iron a.d TIBC （tota. iron binding ca.a.ity） were mea.ured spectrophotometrica.ly, while TS% （tra.sferrin sa.ura.ion percenta.e） a.d tra.sferrin concentra.ion were ca.cula.ed ma.hema.ica.ly. Serum concentra.ions of IL-6 （interleukin-6） a.d ferritin were mea.ured using a. ELISa.（enzyme-linked immunosorbent a.sa.）. The results of serum concentra.ion of IL-6 （interleukin-6） a.d ferritin were significa.tly eleva.ed （P 〈 0.0001） in pa.ients with Ra.compa.ed to those of hea.thy controls. On the other ha.d, serum concentra.ions of iron, TIBC （tota. iron binding ca.a.ity）, TS% （tra.sferrin sa.ura.ion percenta.e） a.d tra.sferrin concentra.ion were significa.tly decrea.ed in pa.ients with Ra.compa.ed with those of hea.thy controls. These findings suggest tha. a.emia.is the most frequent observa.ions in pa.ients with Ra.a.d mostly a.socia.ive with increa.ing level of interleukin-6.
