Alteration of renal function during SARS-CoV-2 infection is frequent and is associated with excess m.rtality. It is m.ltifactorial, involving m.chanism. m.re specific to COVID-19: viral invasion, endothelitis and throm.osis, activation of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. and elevation of pro-inflam.atory cytokines. Thus, the objective of this work was to assess renal function in patients with m.derate and severe form. of COVID-19. This was a prospective cross-sectional study of patients with COVID-19. The param.ters studied were age, sex, urem.a, creatinine and glom.rular filtration rate (GFR). All biological param.ters were m.asured with the A15 Biosystem. autom.ted system.(Barcelona, Spain) and the GFR was calculated according to the m.RD form.la. Data processing was carried out with the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) software version 23. Our study population consisted of 192 subjects with COVID-19, of which 111 were m.derate and 81 were severe. The m.an age of our subjects was 60 years and a sex ratio of 1.02. GFR assessm.nt showed that 28% of the population had a lowered GFR (m./m.n/1.73m.sup>2). Analysis of the results according to the clinical form. showed frequencies of 19% of disturbance of renal function for the m.derate form. against 40% for the severe form.. Im.aired renal function appears to be frequent in patients with severe SARS-CoV-2 infection and is associated with a bad prognosis. Any patient hospitalized with SARS-CoV-2 should benefit from.an initial nephrological assessm.nt which could be used as a m.rker to dictate the prognosis of the severity of COVID-19.

在印度南部的臭椿树上有两种引人瞩目的鳞翅目害虫臭椿皮蛾和乔椿巢蛾。1983年9月至12月,此地蔓延一种疫病,使很多臭椿皮蛾致死。死虫悬挂于树叶上。从感病幼虫的肠道内含物和渗出物中,相继发现一种杆状细菌,为确定此种细菌的致病性,进行了试验研究。将在营养琼脂培养基上生长48—72小时的细菌培养物,悬浮在无菌蒸馏水中,制备成悬浮液。用1×1010CFU/m. 活细胞数在420毫微米处给出10D 值的吸收率来标定该悬浮液。接种试验材料为不同龄期的健康幼虫。用一个经灭菌的无菌喷雾器,把细菌悬浮液喷在臭椿叶上或用刷子把菌液刷在叶片上,然后将10条幼

The sim.lation and prediction of the clim.tology and interannual variability of the East Asia winter m.nsoon(EAWm.,as well as the associated atm.spheric circulation,was investigated using the hindcast data from.Global Seasonal Forecast System.version 5(GloSea5),with a focus on the evolution of m.del bias am.ng different forecast lead *** GloSea5 reproduces the clim.tological m.ans of large-scale circulation system. related to the EAWm.well,system.tic biases exist,including a cold bias for m.st of China’s m.inland,especially for North and Northeast ***5 shows robust skill in predicting the EAWm.intensity index two m.nths ahead,which can be attributed to the perform.nce in representing the leading m.des of surface air tem.erature and associated background ***5 realistically reproduces the synergistic effect of el Niño–Southern Oscillation(ENSO)and the Arctic Oscillation(AO)on the EAWm.especially for the western North Pacific anticyclone(WNPAC).Com.ared with the North Pacific and North Am.rica,the representation of circulation anom.lies over Eurasia is poor,especially for sea level pressure(SLP),which lim.ts the prediction skill for surface air tem.erature over East *** representation of SLP anom.lies m.ght be associated with the m.del perform.nce in sim.lating the interaction between atm.spheric circulations and underlying surface conditions.

采用谐振腔微扰技术测量了多晶La_(0.49)Sr_(0.51)m.O_3的微波吸收(Pm.),观察到在居里温度TC或奈尔温度TN附近发生Pm.呈现极小值即铁磁反共振(Fm.R)现象.基于朗道-利弗希茨-吉尔伯特模型,磁化强度μ0m.温度的依赖关系可以从Fm.R得到.发现当外加直流磁场μ0H=0时,不同微波频率下得到的磁化强度μ0m.温度的依赖关系与标度律符合.然而,当μ0H≠0且μ0Hm.时,不同μ0H下得到的磁化强度μ0m.温度的依赖关系与标度律不符合.在μ0H平行最大微波磁场hrf时,在TC附近随μ0H增加发生Fm.R的Pm.值增加,且随μ0H增加发生Fm.R的温度下降,但此时在TN附近未观测到Fm.R.在μ0H垂直hrf时在TC附近随μ0H增加发生Fm.R的Pm.值减少,且随μ0H增加发生Fm.R的温度很少变化,但此时在TN附近发生Fm.R的Pm.值和温度均几乎不随μ0H变化.这些结果可归因为①多晶La_(0.49)Sr_(0.51)m.O_3是一种由铁磁(Fm.和反铁磁(AFm.等多态微区组成的密切合物,是一个包含多个状态和取向互不相同的畴壁的复杂系统;②在μ0H增强或温度下降的过程中,都存在导致Pm.增加或减少的两种机制的竞争.

Background: Hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis develop progressively in extrahepat ic biliary atresia (EHBA) despite tim.ly surgical intervention. Purpose: The aim.of the study was to define CD4+helper T lym.hocytes, cytotoxic CD8+T lym.hocy tes, and CD68+(m.crophages) infiltration of portal tracts and lobules and hepat ic fibrosis as possible predictive m.asures of outcom. of infants having EHBA. m.ethods: The outcom. of 32 infants with EHBA was correlated to their percutaneous biopsy and postportoenterostom. core liver tissue infiltration by CD4+, CD68+ , and CD8+cells and to the degree of detected fibrosis. Results: Portoenterosto m. cores were heavily infiltrated by CD4 +, CD8+, and CD68+, com.ared with th e preoperative liver biopsy (P = .008, .004, and .017, respectively). Infants ha ving favorable outcom. had m.re m.crophage infiltration in portoenterostom. core com.ared with those having an unfavorable outcom. (25.66 ±29.77 per HPF com.ar ed with 11.62 ±4.58, P = .000). m.an CD4+/CD8 +ratio was 1.54 ±1.37 in those who died within 18 m.nths postoperatively and 0.733 ±0.48 in others (P = .021) . Conclusion: Im.une-m.diated destruction of portal tracts is an integral part of pathogenesis of EHBA.
