Background: Children with Cerebral Palsy (CP) often receive physiotherapy to achieve maximum motor potential and prevent secondary conditions. Conductive Education (CE) is an education programme that combines special education and rehabilitation. Purpose: Study the effect of physiotherapy and conductive education in development of fine, gross motor skills and mental function in the children with CP. Subjects and Methods: This is a prospective case study that was carried out on 105 children with CP less than 4 years old selected from outpatient clinic in National Institute for Neuro Motor System. Cases were taken consecutively from February 2019 to September 2019. A written informed consent was taken from all participants after proper explanation of the study. They were classified into three groups (group I, group II and group III) according to their age. All children are subjected to complete history taking, clinical examination, use of developmental quotient (DQ) sheet before and after 6 months of regular physiotherapy and conductive education program. Results: There was statistically significant improvement in fine motor, cognation and gross motor in 3 groups after 6 months of regular physiotherapy and conductive education program. The research was elaborated in Kafr el-Dawar area (Egypt northern region) to study the availability of the soil plant nutrients. The research introduced three parameters to comprehensively and carefully describe the availability of the soil plant nutrients: potentiality, gradient and anisotropy. Potentiality defines the categories of soil ability to supply plant nutrients;meanwhile gradient expresses the increasing rate of the availability of the soil plant nutrients. The gradient anisotropy refers to the directions or orientation of the increasing rate of the availability of the soil plant nutrients. The introduced parameters enabled to spatially study the availability of the soil plant nutrients. Analytical data, of soil available phosphorus (P), indicated that P ranged from 0.2 ppm to 11.4 ppm to locate all studied soil samples into the low class of the soil nutritional P ability. This was not the case of available potassium (K), where the soil samples were distributed into three available K soil categories: medium, high, and very high. GIS map of soil P nutritional potentiality for plant (potato), displayed the soil studied area in one category, as low P soil nutritional potentiality to coincide with the analytical data classification. Contrary, the K map classified the soil studied area into three categories of soil K nutritional potentiality: medium, high and excessive. This obviously referred that the individual determination of soil K nutritional potentiality is misleading for interpretation of soil tests because it does care of the spatial distribution of soil available K. Nearly, all soil samples had high available micronutrients that they were located in the high category in both classification of analytical data and GIS maps. Vanishing Lung

Background: Vanishing lung is a rare syndrome. It mainly affects young males who are smokers, it considered an advanced stage of bullous disease, where the entire lobe or lung paranchym is replaced by bullae, it appears radiologically as a hyperlucency due to air trapping and destruction of interstitial tissue and vascularity in alveolar wall’s. Misdiagnosed usually as pneumothorax so must be differentiated from other causes of Hyperlucency lung syndrom. Hereby a case of vanishing lung diagnosed primarily as a post TB lung destruction. Case Report: A sixteenth-year-old virgin female patient, with treated for TB for six months without radilogical improvement. CXR and CT scan revealed diffuse left lung hyperlucency, TB work up (sputum exam, washing by bronchoscopy) appears no active disease. Left pneumenctomy had done, grossly there are no lung pranchyma and microscopically no signs of TB in the specimen. The findings are consistent with Vanishing lung. Conclusions: An understanding of the broad differential diagnosis of pulmonary hyperlucency is necessary to determine the underlying cause and provide appropriate patient care.

At present,the immense development of social networks allows generating a significant amount of textual data,which has facilitated researchers to explore the field of opinion *** addition,the processing of textual opinions based on the term frequency-inverse document frequency method gives rise to a dimensionality *** study aims to detect the nature of opinions in the Arabic language employing a swarm intelligence(SI)-based algorithm,Harris hawks algorithm,to select the most relevant *** experimental study has been tested on two datasets:Arabic Jordanian General Tweets and Opinion Corpus for *** terms of accuracy and number of features,the results are better than those of other SI based algorithms,such as grey wolf optimizer and grasshopper optimization algorithm,and other algorithms in the literature,such as differential evolution,genetic algorithm,particle swarm optimization,basic and enhanced whale optimizer algorithm,slap swarm algorithm,and ant–lion optimizer.

Water contaminated with pathogenic microbes is considered as one of the most common routes for transmitting diseases in human *** methods have been applied for the decontamination of microbes in contaminated *** the current study,an easy to do hydrothermal method has been used for the preparation of TiO_(2)-Ag *** obtained material was characterised using a scanning electron microscope(SEM)and fourier transform infra-red spectroscopy(FTIR).The morphological appearance of the obtained nanoparticles was in the shape of a sphere with a size range of 60-90 *** antimicrobial activity of the prepared nanoparticles was tested against several pathogenic bacteria and *** obtained results proved that the nanoparticles succeeded to affect all the tested microbes in the following order:Bacillus cereus ATCC6633>Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC9027=Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC13883>Vibrio cholera ATCC700=Candida albicans ATCC 700=Escherichia coli NCTC10418>Staphylococcus aureus *** minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of the prepared nanoparticles varied among the tested microbes at range of 12 mg/ml and 25 mg/*** results encourage the application of prepared TiO_(2)-Ag nanoparticles for treatment of microbe-contaminated waters.

Central airway injury is a very rare entity during blunt chest trauma. It is serious and may be fatal. Usually, it has fundamental manifestations but in some cases, it is insidious and has been discovered lately. It’s suspected when major air leaks from the chest tube and the lung fail to expand despite adequate chest drainage. Right main bronchus injuries are the most frequent. Diagnosis can be suspected clinically and confirmed by Ct scan and bronchoscopy. Conservative management can be applied in special cases but the majority of cases need surgical intervention which depends on primary reconstruction. An early diagnosis and treatment can avoid dramatic complications and provide complete recovery. Associated other organ injury is common and is an important mortality factor. Close cooperation with the emergency team and anesthesiologists is necessary. Here I presented a case of right main bronchus disruption discovered after one year of blunt chest trauma with complete lung atelectasis, managed successfully by resection of the fibrotic injured bronchus and primary reconstruction saving the lung.

In this work, a highly efficient algorithm is developed for solving the parabolic partial differential equation (PDE) with the nonlocal condition. For this purpose, we employ orthogonal Chelyshkov polynomials as the basis. The convergence analysis of the proposed scheme is derived. Numerical experiments are carried out to explain the efficiency and precision of the proposed scheme. Furthermore, the reliability of the scheme is verified by comparisons with assured existing methods.

An investigation of the resonant interaction of the rubidium atoms with an intensity (10 kWcm-2 ≤ I ≤ 2 MWcm-2) and a wavelength close to that of the D1 and D2 transitions of the rubidium atom (5S1/2 → 5P3/2 or 5S1/2 → 5P1/2, λD1 = 780 nm, λD2 = 795 nm), which has passes through rubidium vapor with density (1011 - 1014 cm-3) been studied theoretically. The system of equations describing the processes of Collisional ionization and multiphoton ionization of rubidium vapour resonantly excited with nanosecond pulsed laser is solved. The dependence of the ion density on the laser intensity and the atomic density of rubidium are considered. The result of calculations revealed that, both quadratic ion density dependence on laser intensity and linear behaviour of the ion density versus rubidium density for 5S1/2 → 5P3/2 transition is due to photoioization process. In contrast, for 5S1/2 → 5P1/2 transition, the ion density dependence is nonlinear and indicates that the collisional processes play the major contribution in the total ionization. Also, the obtained results showed reasonable agreement with the experimentally measured values of the ion density dependence given by Bakhramov et al. In addition, the analysis of mutual competition between the different ionization processes considered for the ion yield as a function of both laser intensity and atoms density are also presented this work.

Background: Esophageal strictures are considered to be one of the most challenging matters for gastroenterologist, general and thoracic surgeons in diagnosis and management. They can be grouped into three general categories: intrinsic diseases, extrinsic diseases, and diseases that disrupt esophageal peristalsis and/or lower esophageal sphincter (LES) function. Crohn’s disease (CD) is a very rare cause of esophageal stricture. The prevalence of esophageal CD ranges from 1% to 2% in adults with CD. It is almost diagnosed lately when complications have occurred as Strictures, fissures, esophagobronchial fistulas, and mediastinal abscesses. Case Report: Thirty-nine years old Kurdish patient, referred to our department for evaluation. Although many consultations during the last two years, the Pt was still undiagnosed. She had progressive dysphagia, and weight loss of about 25 kg. She had no other digestive or extra digestive complaint, nor caustic ingestion history and nor drug history. This paper presents an enhanced Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm applied to the reactive power compensation (RPC) problem. It is based on the combination of Genetic Algorithm (GA) and PSO. Our approach integrates the merits of both genetic algorithms (GAs) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) and it has two characteristic features. Firstly, the algorithm is initialized by a set of a random particle which traveling through the search space, during this travel an evolution of these particles is performed by a hybrid PSO with GA to get approximate no dominated solution. Secondly, to improve the solution quality, dynamic version of pattern search technique is implemented as neighborhood search engine where it intends to explore the less-crowded area in the current archive to possibly obtain more nondominated solutions. The proposed approach is carried out on the standard IEEE 30-bus 6-generator test system. The results demonstrate the capabilities of the proposed approach to generate true and well-distributed Pareto optimal nondominated solutions of the multiobjective RPC.
