This paper discusses a search problem for a Helix target motion in which any information of the target position is not available to the searchers. There exist three searchers start searching for the target from the origin. The purpose of this paper is to formulate a search model and finds the conditions under which the expected value of the first meeting time between one of the searchers and the target is finite. Also, the existence of the optimal search plan that minimizes the expected value of the first meeting time is shown. Furthermore,this optimal search plan is found. The effectiveness of this method is illustrated by using an example with numerical results.

Tagetones A(1) and B(2), two new monocyclic diterpenoids were isolated from the n-hexane fraction of fresh flowers of Tagetes minuta L.(Asteraceae). Their structures were established by multiple spectroscopic methods(IR, HR-ESI-MS, and 1D-, and 2D-NMR), in addition to comparison with literature data. Compound 1 showed cytotoxic activity towards MCF7 and A549 cancer cells with IC_(50) values being 4.68 and 4.24 μmol·L^(-1), respectively, compared to doxorubicin(IC_(50) 0.13 and 1.12 μmol·L^(-1), respectively). Compound 2 also exhibited significant activity against HCT116 cancer cells(IC_(50), 6.30 μmol·L^(-1)).

We present a statistical distribution of a nanorobot motion inside the *** distribution is like the distribution of A and B particles in continuous time random walk scheme inside the fAuid reactive anomalous transport with stochastic waiting time depending on the Gaussian distribution and a Gaussian jump length which is detailed in Zhang and Li[***,Published Online with doi:10.1007/s10955-018-2185-8,2018].Rather than estimating the length parameter of the jumping distance of the nanorobot,we normalize the Probability Density Function(PDF)and present some reliability properties for this *** addition,we discuss the truncated version of this distribution and its statistical properties,and estimate its length *** use the estimated distance to study the conditions that give a finite expected value of the first meeting time between this nanorobot in the case of nonlinear flow with independent d-dimensional Gaussian jumps and an independent d-dimensional CD4 T Brownian cell in the blood(d-space)to prevent the HIV virus from proliferating within this cell.

In this paper,we present a complex cooperative search technique for finding the Random Walking microorganism cells on one of n-intersect real lines at the *** have 2n unit speed searchers starting together from the ***,proving the existence of a finite search plan,we are discussing the existence of optimality for this search plan which minimizes the expected value of the first meeting time between one of the searchers and the microorganism cells.

AIM: To evaluate transient elastography (TE) as a noninvasive tool in staging liver fibrosis compared with liver biopsy and morphometry in children with different chronic liver ***: A total of 90 children [50 with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV), 20 with autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) and 20 with Wilson disease] were included in the study and underwent liver stiffness measurement (LSM) using TE. Liver biopsies were evaluated for fibrosis, qualitatively, by Ishak score and quantitatively by fibrosis area fraction (FAF) using digital image analysis (morphometry). LSM was correlated with fibrosis and other studied variables using spearman correlation. A stepwise multiple regression analysis was also performed to examine independent factors associated with LSM. Different cut-off values of LSM were calculated for predicting individual fibrosis stages using receiver-operating characteristic curve. Cut-off values with optimal clinical performance (optimal sensitivity and specificity simultaneously) were ***: The majority of HCV group had minimal activity (80%) and no/mild fibrosis (72%). On the other hand, the majority of AIH group had mild to moderate activity (70%) and moderate to severe fibrosis (95%) and all Wilson disease group had mild to moderate activity (100%) and moderate to severe fibrosis (100%). LSM correlated significantly with both FAF and Ishak scores and the correlation appeared better with the latter (r = 0.839 vs 0.879, P < 0.0001 for both). LSM discriminated individual stages of fibrosis with high performance. Sensitivity ranged from 81.4% to 100% and specificity ranged from 75.0% to 97.2%. When we compared LSM values for the same stage of fibrosis, they varied according to the different etiologies. Higher values were in AIH (16.15 ± 7.23 kPa) compared to Wilson disease (8.30 ± 0.84 kPa) and HCV groups (7.43 ± 1.73 kPa). Telehealth utilization among Egyptian population and health institutional readiness:An exploratory study

Objective:This study aimed to assess the public’s perspectives and the health institutions’readiness for telehealth utilization in ***:A cross-sectional study design was employed,and data were collected from a convenient sample of 800 Egyptian citizens and 26 nursing administrators and information technology personnel from 16 governmental hospitals and 10 private hospitals between January and March *** Egyptian community utilization of telehealth questionnaire and the telemedicine hospital readiness assessment were used to collect the ***:The results revealed that 35.1%of the general Egyptian population used telehealth services and 43%expressed willingness to use them in *** perceived by the general Egyptian population,the most prevalent barriers to telehealth utilization were communication barriers(97.6%),lack of confidence in health professionals(77.6%),technological limitations(72.5%),the need for physical examination(25%),and privacy concerns(10%).Regarding hospital readiness,42%of governmental hospitals were not taking any initiative to implement telehealth services,and 15.4%were at the beginner level,meaning that some steps had been ***,the hospital was still far from being able to implement telehealth *** contrast,private hospitals were either at the beginner or advanced ***:Although the use of telehealth services in Egypt has increased,there is a need to address the barriers to public utilization and improve hospitals’readiness to implement telehealth services to enhance public usage.

Expanding the Tanh-Function Method for Solving Nonlinear Equations

In this paper, using the tanh-function method, we introduce a new approach to solitary wave solutions for solving nonlinear PDEs. The proposed method is based on adding integration constants to the resulting nonlinear ODEs from the nonlinear PDEs using the wave transformation. Also, we use a transformation related to those integration constants. Some examples are considered to find their exact solutions such as KdV- Burgers class and Fisher, Boussinesq and Klein-Gordon equations. Moreover, we discuss the geometric interpretations of the resulting exact solutions.

Aim:The aim was to assess the impact of hyperglycemia on the recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)as well as evaluate survival after curative ablation by ***:This study,which was conducted retrospectively on 107 chronic hepatitis C(CHC)patients with 159 HCCs,was presented to the Hepatology Unit of Internal Medicine Department at Tanta University *** lesions were curatively treated by radiofrequency ablation(RFA)and the surveillance of HCC recurrence was evaluated radiologically every 3 months for periods between 6 and 36 *** 107 subjects,70 were males and 37 were females,with mean age 50.4±9.4 *** patients were divided according to their glycemic state into the following three groups:Group I,which included 37 type 2 diabetic patients,with adequate maintenance of blood glucose,has 52 HCCs;Group II,which included 25 type 2 diabetic patients with inadequate maintenance of blood glucose,has 43 HCCs;and Group III,which included 45 euglycemic non-diabetic patients,has 64 ***:Our results showed that,there was signifi cant increase in recurrence rate in diabetic patients with inadequate maintenance of blood glucose(Group II)compared to those in Group I and Group III(P<0.0001).Interestingly,there was no signifi cant difference concerning HCC recurrence between diabetic patients with adequate maintenance of blood glucose(Group I)and non-diabetic euglycemic patients(Group III).Our results also identifi ed that,inadequate maintenance of blood glucose in diabetic patients was also a signifi cant predictor of poor ***:Inadequate maintenance of blood glucose in diabetic patients is a signifi cant risk factor for recurrence of HCC and for poor survival after curative RFA therapy in CHC patients.

This paper presents an enhanced Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm applied to the reactive power compensation (RPC) problem. It is based on the combination of Genetic Algorithm (GA) and PSO. Our approach integrates the merits of both genetic algorithms (GAs) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) and it has two characteristic features. Firstly, the algorithm is initialized by a set of a random particle which traveling through the search space, during this travel an evolution of these particles is performed by a hybrid PSO with GA to get approximate no dominated solution. Secondly, to improve the solution quality, dynamic version of pattern search technique is implemented as neighborhood search engine where it intends to explore the less-crowded area in the current archive to possibly obtain more nondominated solutions. The proposed approach is carried out on the standard IEEE 30-bus 6-generator test system. The results demonstrate the capabilities of the proposed approach to generate true and well-distributed Pareto optimal nondominated solutions of the multiobjective RPC.
