Introduction: Gastro intestinal stromal tumors are rare which can arise at any age, mostly between 50 and 60 years old. They are characterized by the expression on the surface of their cells, a specific gene c-kit. They can be located in any segment of the digestive tract, with a preference for the stomach (60%). The jejunum location is found in 200% to 30% of the cases. The originality of our observation is the revelation of a stromal jejunum tumor by a digestive bleeding. Case Report: A 71-year-old man was admitted in emergencies for a low digestive plentiful bleeding with state of hypovolemia shock. Result: The operation was performed after stabilization of his dynamic state and blood transfusion and we discovered a jejunal stromal tumor in operation. The follow-up was simple with a good evolution under treatment by Imatinib. Conclusion: Stromal digestive tumors are rare which can interest all the segments of the digestive tract and their diagnosis must be often evoked in front of any digestive bleeding.

The mucocele of appendix or mucosecreting tumor is a rare affection defined as a cystic dilatation of the light of the appendix following the intra luminal accumulation of mucinous, translucent, gelatinous, secretion which may reach either the entire organ or a segment more often distal. The pathogenesisis is discussed;the diagnosis is more often preoperative. The therapeutic depends on the histological nature. This goes from the simple appendicectomy, whose shapes are benign to the right hemicolectomy in the malignant mucocele. We report a case collaged in the general surgical service of the 5th Military Hospital.

In order to assess the quality of the Aqaba Gulf coastal waters for the sustainable use and development, and consequently for the national income, four field campaigns were annually carried out during the period from 2011-2013 to monitor hydrographic variables, i.e. temperature, salinity, pH, etc., nutrients, some heavy metals, i.e. iron, lead, copper, cadmium, chromium, etc. in addition to petroleum hydrocarbons. Except for the area of Sharm El-Sheikh Harbor, the results for the density, composition, and distributions of beach litter cleared out that the Egyptian shoreline of the Aqaba Gulf is relatively not affected by man-made litter. The area of Sharm El-Sheikh Harbor was subjected to many factors which undoubtedly affected the rate of man-made litter ac-cumulation, especially, oil contamination (oil and old or new tar) which is a good es-timator of levels of oil contamination and an effective means of evaluating the poten-tial threat of oil on coastal resources. The results of the present study cleared out also that water temperature followed seasonal changes in air temperature. Aqaba Gulf water is characterized by its high salinity and the presence of well oxygenated waters. Minor changes in the distribution of pH, BOD, DOM and COD, revealed limited effects of human impacts. Low levels of Chl-a and TSM concentrations and high transparency revealed also negligible effects for human impacts. Significantly higher sea water temperatures, TSM, DO, BOD, DOM, COD, NH4, NO2, PO4 and TP were observed in summer season compared to their corresponding values in winter season. On contrast, higher values of chlorophyll-a, NO2, TN, and SiO4 were observed in winter compared to summer season. Based on the mean annual values, Aqaba Gulf coastal waters are classified as oligotrophic to mesotrophic state. Introduction: Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) diseases in patients living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/ AIDS) are relatively common and of concern to ENT specialists and other health professionals. Aim: It was to describe the epidemiological and diagnostic aspects of ENT and cervicofacial diseases in patients living with HIV/ AIDS. Material and Methods: This was a descriptive study with prospective data collection, conducted over a period of six months (September 16, 2019 to March 16, 2020), carried out at the ENT and Infectious Diseases Departments of the Donka National Hospital. Results: Of 522 HIV-positive patients, 208 (39.8%) presented with ENT diseases. Women represented 62.5% with a sex ratio of 0.6. The mean age was 42.21 years with extremes of 16 and 64 years. Housewives were the most represented (29.8%). Married people were the most affected (76.4%). Cervical involvement was present in 7.7% of patients. Otologic involvement accounted for 43.7%. Oral cavity and pharyngolaryngeal involvement accounted for 50.9%. Nasosinus involvement accounted for 55.7%. HIV type I was the most common (99.5%). Conclusion: Otorhinolaryngology diseases were frequent in HIV positive patients. They may constitute the first reason for consultation. However, these ENT diseases remain in appendix of the opportunistic diseases of HIV/AIDS taking the front stage.

本研究旨在揭示管理信息系统和管理决策对吉布提私人银行业绩的影响。本研究还试图确定管理信息系统在吉布提私人银行管理决策质量中的程度和作用。本研究采用定量研究方法,以调查问卷作为数据收集工具。为了得到准确的数据,我们将120份问卷随机分配给SALANM和AFRICA这两家银行的管理人员和员工,共收回问卷120份。这个研究主要分为两个部分,第一个部分是进行一个描述性的分析,第二个部分是运用线性分析进行假设检验。假设检验主要是为了揭示信息系统对组织绩效的重要作用,根据这个提出三个假设检验。结果显示非独立变量对独立变量的积极影响,这个研究最重要的就是突出了信息科技单元的重要性。分析可靠性和检验假设后结果显示非独立变量对公司的绩效有重要的影响。因而信息系统的缺乏将影响绩效和决策。研究表明在吉布提私人银行为了更好地效率而提高信息系统和决策的重要性是十分必要的。

目的：通过观察西药加针刺治疗急性周围性面瘫和西药加科摩罗传统按摩法治疗急性周围性面瘫的临床疗效,对两种治疗方案的疗效进行比较,探讨西药加针刺治疗周围性面瘫的优势,为周围性面瘫的针刺治疗在科摩罗的推广应用提供临床依据。方法：60例急性周围性面瘫均为科摩罗国立医院门诊病人,按就诊顺序先后,分为对照组(单号,西药加科摩罗传统按摩方法)和治疗组(双号,西药加针刺)各30例。对照组采用方案为肾上腺皮质激素(地塞米松)40mmg/天,口服每次20mg,2次/天,连续用药七天(这是科摩罗国立医院治疗急性周围性面瘫的常规用药)。治疗组在与对照组用相同的肾上腺皮质激素(地塞米松)的基础上,加针刺阳白、攒竹、丝竹空、地仓、颊车、牵正、翳风、合谷。配穴：鼻唇沟平坦加迎香,人中沟偏歪加水沟,味觉减退或舌麻加廉泉。针刺方法：患者采取仰卧位,采用苏州华佗厂生产的“华佗牌”25-40mm长的一次性无菌米针进行针刺。穴位常规消毒后,阳白透鱼腰,攒竹向鱼腰或睛明方向针刺,地仓透颊车,迎香向鼻根部斜刺,水沟向上斜刺,廉泉向舌根方向针刺,其余穴常规针刺。面部穴采用平补平泻法,合谷用泻法。留针30min,每天治疗一次,每周治疗5天。二组均观察5周。观察指标：面部表情、眼裂闭合程度、鼻唇沟变浅程度、口角歪斜程度、额纹消失程度等主要症状。二组均于治疗前、后记录患者的病情并分析、比较其临床疗效。结果：1、主症、症状比较：治疗组治疗前、后主症、症状积分比较,有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后的主症、症状积分和对照组同期比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05),肾上腺皮质激素加针刺治疗急性周围性面瘫的疗效明显好于肾上腺皮质激素加科摩罗传统按法。2、总有效率比较：治疗组30例治疗后痊愈8例,显效16例,愈显率为80%,有效6例,无效0例。总有效率100%;对照组治疗后没有痊愈的,显效只有1例,愈显率为3.33%,有效29例,无效0例总有效率100%。两组总有效率虽相似,但治疗组的愈显率明显高于对照组。说明肾上腺皮质激素加针刺治疗周围性面瘫的总有效率优于肾上腺皮质激素加科摩罗传统按摩法,尤其是愈显率更为突出。3、在5周的针刺治疗过程中,没有发生任何不良反应。结论：1、肾上腺皮质激素加针刺与肾上腺皮质激素加科摩罗传统按摩法均是治疗急性周围性面瘫的有效方法。2、肾上腺皮质激素加针刺治疗急性周围性面瘫的疗效优于肾上腺皮质激素加科摩罗传统按摩法,具有痊愈率高、疗程短等优势。3、针刺疗法是治疗急性周围性面瘫安全、有效的方法。

Objective:To develop a simple sensitive high performance thin layer chromatography(HPTLC)-densitometric method for quantification of glycyrrhizin in the Glycyrrhiza glabra root methanol extract and licorice root capsule methanol ***:Chromatography was performed on glass-backed silica gel 60 F254 HPTLC plates with the green solvents ethyl acetate:glacial acetic acid:methanol:water in proportion of 6:2:1:0.5,v/v/v/v as mobile *** and quantification of developed plate was done densitometrically at 254 *** method was validated for detection and quantification limits,precision,recovery and robustness according to International Conference on Harmonization ***:The system gave compact spot for glycyrrhizin(R_(f)=0.280±0.001).The regression curve of standard was found to be Y=4.213x+*** limit of detection(15.7 ng per band),limit of quantification(47.1 ng per band),recovery(99.4%-99.8%)and precision(≤1.62%and≤1.84%;intraday and interday)were satisfactory for *** range for glycyrrhizin was 20-200 ng(r^(2)=0.996).The content of glycyrrhizin was estimated as 5.9%and 11.2%w/w in glycyrrhizin in the Glycyrrhiza glabra root methanol extract and licorice root capsule methanol extract,***:This estimation technique is very much useful for the estimation of glycyrrhizin present in various formulations as well as for quality control of crude drugs containing glycyrrhizin.
